A Coffee Shop in London should be considered more than just a place for coffee and snacks. It has to be a meeting point for friends, for families for meetings and it is somewhere that you can chill when you need time away from your busy life.

Insomnia Cafe is located on the second floor of Primark Store, Tottenham Court Road. Pleasant cafe, serves a good selection of teas coffees and sandwiches. Service is prompt. I did not wait too long when I was there.

This place gets RIDICULOUSLY packed because it's on the 4th floor of Primark. Literally everyone takes up all the seats and multiple tables as they throw their shopping bags and hand baskets around. I went on 15/2/20. Place is too busy to be relaxing. I had hurt my foot and was waiting for my husband to finish shopping. I found a table and one chair and luckily, even though it's not a thing, a male busser took my order and payment for a latte so that I wouldn't lose my table to someone putting their shopping down. The latte was nice and fairly priced.

Had a really nice Caffè latte and good service. Not too many spots to sit and a screaming baby kept the whole area on its toes (read: no area dividers to make it a little more intimate.)

Decent selection of beverages and food. Hot drinks were a bit on the bland side and brownie was rock solid...good place for a shopping break but don’t expect it to be the best coffee in London.
