Reviews of Kentish Town Stores

It’s not easy to find someone who really knows what is a Long Black in London. The lovely ladies here in Kentish Town Stores know it very well. And the Flat White was smooth as silk at the same time it retained most of the favour of the espresso base.
The Danish was good too. Definitely will come back more. And love those ceramics selling in the shop.

Chanced upon this cute spot as I was in the neighborhood taking my daughter for a class. Delish coffee- had the flat white. Tried the pear & cardamom cake, which I would highly recommend as well.
It's also a boutique store selling hand crafted coffee cups etc, and if I needed some, I would def buy! The staff was rather pleasant and accommodating - which is not always the norm in London!
All in all a perfect find for a morning cuppa!

Lovely coffee shop, with kind and smiling staff. In addition to the normal and tasty coffee brews and different sweet treats (I highly recommend the cinnamon bun), you can buy hand made, locally sourced products like soap, cups and mugs, fruit jam, hand cream, etc. Also they have sitting space outside the shop and inside on the upper floor. Enjoy a cup when in Kentish Town!

I feel like this is the best place to start exploring Kentish Town coffee scene! Such a cozy place, full of light and good vibes.
The baristas are absolute angels, so friendly and always ready to help! Little chats with them create such a nice atmosphere and their music choices are on point 👌🏻
I had an oat latte and a peanut butter blondie, easily one of the best ones I’ve had in London 🥰
Keep doing what you’re doing, you’re great!
Ps. To idk why the photo miniature is weird, but once clicked on the full picture - shows as it should!

Great coffee, cute shop, outside seating available

The place is overall nice. They serve good food in good portions, nice warm drinks and they sell cute pottery stuff.
The workplace upstairs is very nice and you can easily find a spot there to relax or to work.
But one annoying thing that doesn’t make me want to come back is that they open all the windows upstairs to keep the room well ventilated every day, whatever the temperature is outside. Even though it might be for good reasons (covid?) I always end up feeling so cold that I just want to leave this place and draw me a bath at home. Second time I came, I brought extra layers of clothes but it wasn’t enough, I was still feeling cold after a while.
I’ll probably come back again during warm days or when the covid will be over.

Go to coffee and breakfast/lunch spot in Kentish town. Lovely staff, great coffee and baked goods/sandwichs (and delicious sausage/veggie rolls on some weekends!). Also sells very nice ceramics from various artists.

So many good coffee spots in Kentish Town and this is one of my “hidden” favourites. Off the main road and full of locals. Staff are super and take pride in making great coffees (also not “hipster” coffee snobs). Avocado 🥑 on toast was super tasty. Highly recommend trying their cold brew!

A bright, lovely coffee shop that serves really high quality AllPress coffee. There's a workspace for hire upstairs, a load of beautiful handmade stuff for sale and very friendly staff.
Great place for coffee on the go or to stop and chill/work.
They do dairy alternatives and even serve mugs of Yorkshire Tea for 90p and 🥰

I live locally, and this is always our go-to coffee shop whether on-the-go or for a bite to eat with friends. I particularly recommend their dark hot chocolate and their gluten-free hazelnut cookies. All the staff there are lovely and a pleasure to chat to while they prepare my order. As well as a great menu of hot and cold drinks, snacks and light lunch options, they have a beautiful array of ceramics on sale, as well as a co-working space upstairs available for hire. Couldn't ask for more!

I couldn’t recommend KTS more highly. The friendliest atmosphere, sweet staff and elegant interiors. The drinks menu is very clever, everything from a cup of Yorkshire tea to two choices of luxury hot chocolate. The ceramics offer is unique and accessible. It’s the kind of place where everyone feels like a regular. I can’t wait for my next visit!

In a year of such trouble, strife and turmoil it could and would be easy to be completely down in the dumps and wish for 2021 to begin in earnest. However, there has been a silver lining. Kentish Town Stores is it. A stunning mix of Grade A coffee and bespoke wares, with staff to match. It truly has been a life saver during this lockdown (currently 2 as we speak). Interiors are beautiful and have I mentioned the coffee? Grade A. Thank You!!💜

Less is better and KTS is great evidence for that.
Smooth and strong coffees that are nicely crafted. Support independent coffee providers. Great small selection of pastries and dessert. Vegan options available.
Also have a range of local artists exhibit their work for sale. Great gifts and great birthday cards.
KTS also provides working space monthly subscriptions for once or twice a week. Have not seen this but judging my the decor, trust it’s nice and well equipped.

Love this little shop. They have some really amazing items, and support a tonne of small independent creatives and artists.
Great place to go if you're looking to get a close friend a really exceptional gift.
