I absolutely adore this cafe. It’s a stunning environment and great staff. Our waitress was a lovely, attentive and very kind lady called Anastasia who advised us on the best food and checked in on us often. She was delightful and we felt very well served throughout our time here. The food was also incredible and I want to go back to try more. The cakes selection was fantastic and the quality of them top notch. The tea flavours were also unique (I had a pomegranate tea and a rose tea, and both were refreshing and delicious) and I’d love to return to sample more! The mains were also extremely well done, and I just wish I had the time to have tried more. My friends and I shared all of our meals, teas and cakes, so I got a good idea of the quality of different dishes, and I would say nothing was less than exceptional. All in all I would recommend this place and was very happy with the quality of the food, the drinks — and Anastasia’s service which was 5*! It is on the pricey side, but for a treat it’s a great spot to spend quality time with friends.

The ultimate cake place!!! Desserts are literally out of this world. Huge variety of cakes and desserts & food options as well. As its always very busy, I always opt for take out options. A piece of cake normally costs around £6.90 but portions are very generous!!! My favourite is the cheesecake or pistachio&rose cake. Definitely worth going to! service here is easily a 10/10 and its always spotless and clean!!

On Valentines day,lunch time it was full packed. But I had nice table outside with view to Cathedral. My Valentines heart cake was so delicious and decaff latter with ,,love,, on it was really good.The staff were very friendly and make me laugh a lot.Thank you guys

I absolutely love this place! The food is of excellent quality. The portions are generous. The display of edibles is divine … you get to eat edible art! The staff are very friendly. They have good quality furniture and it is very clean. There are vegan options and they staff are good at giving advice in relation to any food allergies and any recommendations you may seek when you cannot decide what to eat! It can get busy as it’s such a good quality place. The portions of tea are very generous! I’d advise you to starve yourself a bit before coming here - as there will be so many things you will want to try! I can’t wait to come back here for breakfast next week! Xx

We got here around 9pm and were disappointed to be told that the kitchen was now closed and we could only order from what was already on display but we needn't have worried too much! The tiramisu and milk cake we ordered were honestly divine. The decor and ambiance of this place is just perfect along with the decor and service. We loved our experience here!

If you love cakes like me this is the place to go even though the prices are a bit higher in this area. So many choices of cakes I couldn’t even choose. The place is very nice inside and staff is nice too. However I think the style they serve coffee is a bit too much for me but everyone likes something else. Never seen coffee frozen inside the ice with milk served on the side so I can’t judge. Pistachio coffee was nice but extremely sweet. I prefer just a normal latte but thats me.

A must addition to your halal brunch places to visit. The decor is very gram-worthy with butterflies and flowers. Service was friendly. We got the aussie breakfasts which we demolished. The lemon elderflower cake was divine! I reccomend a visit here!

Nice place to try. We luckily managed to have a seat outside and enjoy a piece of cake there. The variety of cakes was incredible, the one we got was yummy and the fruit on top of it was delicious. However, I must say it is a bit pricy especially for take-always, but if you manage to get a seat outside (there are only two tables though) I guess it’s worth it.

The choice on offer not what it has been previously but to be expected with the current state of affairs with Covid-19. They kept some tables free to observe social distancing which was good to see. Good desserts and mocktails. Milk cake well worth a try.

Not cheap, but definitely worth it. One of the best breakfasts I had in London in a year. Try the French or Italian options, they are both amazing. Also coffee is really good, not the burned stuff served in most places. Service is nice and friendly. On Saturday it would be wise to come around 10AM, as afterwards the place will get full pretty quickly, and for a good reason. If you're out of luck to get a table, be sure to grab some cakes. Those are totally amazing.

The food is good, however was really disappointed with the service, I've been to the other L'eto cafe in London and it was excellent. However the staff here seemed too busy chatting amongst themselves, I had go up to the staff twice to get them to take my order, which when it did come was very lukewarm...almost cold, but we were starving so we ate it. They also made a slight mistake with our drinks and when we ask for them to rectify it, they took almost 10 minutes to just grab us an extra cup for the tea (as we ordered 2 cups with a pot off Tea.) It Just seemed like everyone was still hungover from New Years eve!

Really enjoyed our brunch on the 27th October 2021. The Eggs Benedict were outstanding and so were our drinks - pistachio latte and a white hot chocolate. We got a chocolate fudge cake and a raspberry tart to-go. The fudge cake was delicious and probably the best chocolate cake I've had in a while. The place is a bit pricey, but worth it.

Really cool place and in a very good location. They have lots of varieties, you can have breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner and really delicious cakes, I loved their desserts display. It’s impossible not to go in if you see it. You can either take something from the menu or from the buffet. It’s a really good place to share stuff while have a chat or over a cocktail. The place is really crowded. We didn’t have a reservation but we were lucky to be seated quick enough. The service could be improved, and more people people added at least at rush hour as we had to wait for our food quite a while and when it arrived it was cold. It is quite expensive, that’s maybe due to the location. I would recommend it but try to chose an hour when not everyone will be there.

After a very bad experience with different branch for this chain I decided to try it in different location, the place itself is really pretty, unique and different, we tried two different types of cakes, the honey one and the pistachio one both were fine nothing special but there was plenty of other options which looks good. But they need to work really hard on their customer service as from the last experience and this one I’m not impressed at all, I’m not sure if I would come back even that I would like to try their other options but not before they improve their service.

A really nice place with a delicious range of cakes and tarts. Often they a have some decoration of the store to make it look really nice. The staff are friendly and ready to help. The lady serving us was knowledgeable of the allergens in the cakes when we asked. We gave 4 stars because the prices are very high and it can get busy inside in a small space. I'd recommend stop by before the evening when it is quieter.

I absolutely love L'ETO! Delicious cakes, decent variety and damn great coffee (I'm exceptionally picky when it comes to coffee, but their flat white is seriously great). Pistachio cake and honey cakes are a way to go, give it a try and you definitely won't be disappointed 😉

Lunch was so good we came back the next day for breakfast. Its really not that expensive for the quality and attention that goes into the food, 3 of us had lunch with drinks and cake each for £100 including a 12.5% tip. The staff also given the fact its in central london within walking distance of the National History Museum and the V&A.

Very friendly service. I had continental breakfast Arabic n lunch salad here, both of them are not bad. Recommend Aubergine with yogurt salad and the one with crispy kale. Quite delicious. But the price is way higher than care nearby the station... one person with just one dish over 20 pounds, slightly feel it doesn’t worth it.

If you haven't had food or desserts in L'eto , then basically you haven't done much in life !!! Haha just kidding. Basically you've not had one of the best desserts in England. You just have to visit this location specially since it's just a short walk from Harrods. You have many different types of teas and coffees , eggs, sandwiches, wraps and hummus. But each preparation is just too perfect! I've been living in Manhattan, NY since the last 15 years but I can confidently say that I have not been to any place that compares to L'eto. It's difficult to mention any one thing that is special since each item is too good. But the Moroccan, Arabic and Turkish breakfasts are awesome. The coffee in a cone is a must try and so is the saffron iced latte, which is basically hot saffron milk poured onto ice cubes of coffee. The result is pure bliss!!! Enjoy

Went to L'Eto this evening. Food was good, but Alessia's service made our experience extra special. Her advice and recommendations were excellent, also so friendly. I'm told that it's best to go for the cakes. I had the pancakes and omelette which were flavourless. I also asked about the variety of hot chocolate but the server didn't have a clue about the menu. I orders a normal hot chocolate and it was like warm. Such a disappointment especially when the prices are so high.

Think ‘Sex and the City’ and this place could very well be where the ladies spend their Sunday brunch at. Cozy and comfortable, offering lots of colourful selections of salads and mains at their buffet spread, the cafe / restaurant is a great gathering place for the rich and beautiful smack in the middle of capitalism central. The Savoury French toast with with truffled egg cocotte (the problem with rich people is that they have to call an egg grilled in the middle of bread with cheese and truffles something which the great unwashed can’t understand) was good though slightly salty. The wait staff was efficient and polite perfectly armed with the look of professional disdain. Overall, satisfying and a great though brief experience.

I cannot say this enough but this is one of my absolute favourite dessert place. They have a range of cake choices such as the honey cake, saffron cake and many more. The prices are not exaggerated and you don’t ace to book so whenever you go you’re guaranteed a table, but some branches are more packed than the others and you’d have to wait a little longer but in general would recommend.

One of the best eggs benedict I've ever had, the eggs were perfect with runny yolk and the hollandaise sauce was amazing. The bread was good as well, might be nicer with a little butter. The turkey was dry but ham would probably have been alright. Their spinach was especially fresh, I'd never appreciated spinach so much before. The honey and hazelnut latte is good too, a bit more honey would have been nice. On a side note they had a really good playlist going the whole time, so a very enjoyable experience overall.

Lovely ambience and cosy atmosphere with Christmas decorations up. The coffee (flat white) is very good and the spinach bun base of the eggs benny was awesome. Eggs came out hard but they happily replaced them so a great customer response from the team today. Definitely one of the better cafés in Kensington- where its hard to avoid a chain from my experience. Will definitely be back again.

I went to this Cafe on a Sunday evening and it was quite crowded, I had to wait for 10 minutes for a table (I had 5 groups ahead of me on the waiting list). I ordered a Caffe Latte and two Cakes... The first cake was a Saffaron Dulce De Luche, and the second was a Chocolate Fudge Cake. The Cafe Latte was standard fare, while the two cakes were a mixed experience. The Saffaron cake was exquisite... It was soft and moist with a balanced flavor that is both cream and sweet (but not overly so) with a hint on the Saffron after which it was named. It complemented the Latte perfectly. The Chocolate Fudge cake was dry and hard, I know this type of cake is expected to be dry, but when the waitress advises the customer to use a fork and knife with a slice of cake then that is exceptionally hard. It wasn't a very pleasant experience, almost like a type of cinnamon challenge instead of a treat. The service was quite slow and the waiters were quite lost, with a dropped item taking 10 minutes to be cleaned and a cup of tap water arriving late and twice (as in two member brining a glass of water to my table). But overall the experience wasn't very bad with a good ambiance and seating. To summerize: this Cafe is obviously cattering for Cakes, but it seems to do some better than others. They have an issue dealing with weekend pressure, but nothing a little bit of organization wouldn't solve. I will try to pass-by during weekdays to get a better understanding of how much this is an issue. There is a lot to like here though, but perhaps if these issues are addressed my next visit will be better.

I adored this place! My boyfriend and I ended up in London earlier this month trying to fly back to the United States. We arrived in London on my birthday and were lucky that this place was still open and serving cakes. I had a lovely cream-filled cake with blueberries. It was not too sweet but just sweet enough. Obviously, there are many cake and pastry shops in London to choose from but I was glad we ended up here!

This place is what fait maison wants to be. Lovely interior and a great location with great tea and cakes. My friend and I went just for some deserts and were happy with the portions and the quality. The crepes were excellent and the cakes were very nice but a minor complaint would be that they were too sweet! Neither me nor my wife could finish the meringue cake nor the giant blueberry macaron. They were both very nice but felt overwhelmingly sweet, though this could also be a reflection of the size of the cakes. The prices are reasonable considering the location and the place generally had a good vibe to it. Would definitely go again to try some of their savoury stuff.

The cakes here are incredible. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and very nice. A couple of negatives - extortionate price and time it took for cakes and drinks to come. If you can afford the cost of a cake (£6 or more) then enjoy it, but if not I'd go elsewhere. Very good but slow service and really expensive.

O-M-G!!! Best freakin' desserts ever! I was walking minding my own business on my way to another well-known restaurant that serves pastries (who shall remain nameless). The coconut mango three tiered dessert thing-y caught my eye (and spoke to my taste buds)WOW! Dare I say, this is one of the absolute most delicious desserts I've had in awhile. Seriously, 10/10 for taste and presentation. Plus the servers were super friendly and welcoming! And just to think I got all this goodness for under 7 pounds!!! 🥰

A popular place for lunch with tourists, this place offers fine selection of savoury and sweet choices. Honestly, it will be the display of mouth wateringly good looking cakes in the window that will draw you in. If a particular cake catches your eye, you can ask one of the many attentive staff about it, such as the flavour and the ingredients, and they will bring it to your table. Service is usually quick and friendly, even during busy periods. Good value for money too. Also, you can take a selection of the cakes to go!

I cannot say enough about this dessert café. My friends and I had come across it while walking in London and I fell in love. It is a small café so if you aren’t purchasing to go you’ll be waiting in line. The line for take out when I was there was about ten minutes. My friend bought the blueberry cheesecake, I bought the pistachio rose cake and the fig cardamom cake. Both delicious in their own ways. The fig had a cardamom centre which was crumbly and enticing. I would have liked more fig flavor though. The whipped cream was overpowering. The pistachio rose was DELICIOUS. Omg I didn’t want to stop eating it. I was soft, crumbly, slightly sweet but not overpowering. The pistachio added a savory taste while the rose was delightful. Perfect. Dreaming about going back and trying everything lol. Highly recommend.
