Well my daughter came here and were initially thinking they may say oh there is no space or something. But the usher was so friendly and the waitress was great Now we both had a chai latte which was great. ☕️The coffee walnut cake 🍰was scrumptious and not too sweet. The blueberry cheese was as beautiful as it tasted. We sat near the aloe Vera plant 🪴 and felt very relaxed . I am sure I heard the UrSher say 45 minutes or something like that but we must have stayed longer. Nice clean place with lovely atmosphere. 😍Well done 👏🏽 thank you

First of all: fantastic gluten free menu! The staff are pleasant, and the food is good. We had: avocado and poached eggs on gluten free bread, shakshuka avo on toast, gluten free pancakes with banana and maple syrup, two fresh orange juices and two teas. Amazing fluffy pancakes, however it would be nice if they didn’t use cow milk’s yoghurt and instead a plant-based sustainable yoghurt. But all in all, a really nice place for the gluten free :) P.S: would be nice if the toilet was kept to a cleaner standard.

My delicious aquamarine birthday cake for work colleagues arrived on time.Thank you so much for the cake, everyone absolutely loved the cake and it tasted amazing. I would recommend Lola's service to anyone! Aquamarine colour is recommended for people born in March :) In ancient times, aquamarine was believed to be the treasure of mermaids.

What a great place for breakfast/ brunch. The menu is full of the things that you would want to eat for those meal times. I had the shakshuka which came with Sourdough toast, so delicious. My daughter had the pancakes with bacon which was fluffy pankes, maple syrup and topped with bacon. The issue was watching all of the other dishes being served, eggs, mushrooms, etc. Made me want to return as soon as possible. Great find in West Hampstead.

I'm gluten Intolerant and here I felt like I was in paradise. Most of the options are gluten free and everything is dilicious!! I had amazing avocado on toast, poached egg and the fluffiest pancakes ever! Staff are really friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

The service is fine. Although I didn’t receive the notification about my cake being available for collection until the next day (had to call and check), they prepared and got everything ready in time. The cake looked great, just like in the picture. However there is something really weird going on with the cream: it was good in the center, but everywhere else it was very primitive sugary cream more common to cheap cupcakes. It felt like there were two completely unrelated types of cream, one of which was terrible. Would be 5/5 if not for this regardless of the notification failure.

cupcakes are a little pricey and had a lot of icing which wasnt the best ive ever had. i think the cake to icing ratio was probably 40/60 but maybe it was just the one i ordered that has that problem. either way the decor is beautiful and there are so many options for vegans and non vegans, its impossible to fault them on that regard. id come back and try more however, i still have a lot of hope!

Visited on Saturday for late morning brunch. Very busy time of day but we got seated after a 10 minute wait. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Some of the dishes seemed a bit on the pricey side, but portions were massive so no complaints there! I had the vegetarian English breakfast. The veggie sausages were far better than most I have in cafes, the eggs were great and the sauces were fantastic. Will definitely be coming back for more in the future.

It's an okay café, as it's a chain it's a bit difficult to judge. The cakes we had weren't very nice, but maybe that was just our choice. It's unlikely that I would visit again but maybe for cupcakes it would be interesting.

If you're a fan of Lola's cupcakes then you have to come to their bakery! As soon as you walk-in you're presented with glorious cakes, tarts and a selection of svaoruy items on display. The menu is fabulous and they really do cater for all (veggies, vegans, gluten free etc). The do classic brunch dishes as well as more breakfast and lunch items like toasties, rarebit brekky, toasties and salads. The coffee here is pretty decent too, the portions are big and are definitely value for money compared to other cafe's in heading towards central London. The staff are great and the venue has a great atmosphere. A must go to place.

My youngest daughter has celiac disease. We just moved to England from San Francisco, CA and I was stressed out about finding a gluten free cake for her birthday. Not only are we new, we also are in lockdown and I wasn’t sure I could find anything. She really wanted a red velvet cake. Google was my friend and helped me find Lola‘s. They have so many vegan options everything‘s gluten-free and it’s absolutely delicious! They also have a cake locker where you can pick cakes up in an old red phone booth. They have locations all around the city and the products are great ! Thank you Lola’s. It is really hard to be 10 years old and not be able to eat cake and cookies and churros and everything else the 10-year-olds usually get to eat. Lola’s really made it an exciting special day. Update- we have been back several times. The people are wonderful and the products are consistently fabulous. BUT, If you want one of their gluten free peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, you better get there early. They are amazing and sell out fast!

Known primarily for their delicious cakes, this location also has a café. They serve not only their classic sweet treats but also a variety of all-day brunch options such as breakfast pastries, pancakes, French toast, avocado dishes, eggs done in a variety of ways as well as a few vegan options. I highly recommend this place, I ordered the mushrooms and poached eggs on toast which was simply delicious. The place itself is bright and airy and the service was very good.

Good food, Lola is always a guarantee and here in particular everything is organic (which justifies the prices)👍😁 however I would say that service still needs improvements, which is something that I would expect from any newly opened place. I took a seat but I had to wait a good 15 minutes for someone to ask me if I had been served and it wasn't busy. One person serving the tables and at least 4 behind the counter which shows a bit of disorganisation. It wasn't busy so someone else could have approached me. I am sure that it will improve with the time 😉

Really great food and a generally awesome selection! Their cupcakes are always amazing as well! Recommend getting their full English breakfast especially if you're vegetarian as it is really tasty. Included are chickpeas which was fairly decent. Really recommend going here if you have the chance!

A lot of staff for slow service. With so many people and not a huge amount of tables it should be pretty slick. Coffee and pain au chocolat £6.19 which I am assuming includes service (slow service) but I never saw a menu and wasn't offered a receipt.

I have been a few times recently to Lolas for lunch since being at home due to covid restrictions. The cakes here are always delicious and my absolute favourite. However, the food seems to be really bad. I recently had boiled eggs on toast which should be simple. The toast was cold and the eggs completely hard boiled. My boyfriend had the pancakes that were poor. The full English breakfast is always large and seems quite good but they could go for better quality sausages. I think Lolas is great for coffee and cakes but the food to eat in is below average and extremely over priced for the quality.

I go to Lola’s quite often (alone and with friends) because it is one of the best local places that offer gluten-free options for me (and vegan options for friends). The food is fresh and responsibly priced. The coffees are delicious (even when using a milk substitute)! It is always busy in there which I think reflects how great it is! I do agree that sometimes the waiting staff are slow/ confused but I think the one I had in particular was being trained so it’s understandable. I personally am quite a patient person and I think there are worse things in life than waiting an extra 5 minutes for a latte. I think the restaurant could benefit from having a more organized structure to the service: two people making drinks/ two on counter and however many on waiting tables. I often find they are all over the place and have observed many confused (probably new) customers come in and not know what to do/who to talk to. Overall, I really enjoy coming here and do so often! Keep up the good work.

Good bakery with good coffee's and a nice place to sit however, some of the staff are extremely rude. I was studying here and one member was making comments about how it is not a place for studying, also entertaining rude comments by another costumer who suggested we should be in a library. They also asked me to move my table 3 times so the other customers could sit even though I had ordered breakfast, coffee and a cake. Overall a funny experience as I couldn't care less but beware of rude staff and old grumpy customers.

Delicious food, very well prepared and presented. The choice of both sweet and savory food is quite big and the coffees are very tasty. The baristas and waiters were really polite and friendly however there is some room for improvement here i.e. the waiting staff can be more proactive and more "aware" of what goes on in general. It was very busy though, which does not help the staff of course. A very good experience overall, I recommend this place if you are in the area.

Lovely interior and friendly staff, but food isn't freshly made even though it's advertised as such. Had a very soggy Chicken Caesar salad. Was told that it was freshly made in the morning - it was 3pm when I ordered it.... Same thing happened next time I ordered another salad. I went there and for some reason there was 10 members of staff working in that tiny space(yes I actually counted and 3 is the most I've seen at Starbucks), even though there was so many staff members the customer service was lacking. The food here is nice, especially the cakes, although other food is less and less mindful of vegan or plant based eating. The service, however, remains abysmal. Over a year after opening, the waitresses still forget what you order, don’t bring water, there are huge delays, you are not offered sauces, and there is general confusion. It is getting more marginal to put up with this as the food becomes less focussed.

O Service was good, staff was also friendly, and there was a particular servant called Ruby who helped me a lot to better understand the dishes and also gave me a shot of the shake for me to sample and manage to make the best decision. Comfortable location, friendly staff and tasty food. One thing I would like to suggest is half portions for the loaf cakes for those looking for a treat and watching what they eat. I had the Chocolate Beetroot Loaf which was moist, not too sweet and a good flavour but it was huge! Too much for one person. Doggy bag isn't always the answer either as it can be just as much about calorie control as reluctance to waste food.

My friend and I visited on Thursday, excited to try as we have seen Lola's Bakery had just opened in our hood. We both got a coffee and cake, she had the berry cake and I had a banoffee cupcake. We both agreed the coffee was terrible, neither of us usually take sugar with our coffee but it was that nad she took 2 sugars and I added 1 cube. The banoffee cupcake was the most decent thing, just overpriced for what it is, £3.95 if you eat in. The berry cake wasn't great, sponge was slightly stodgy. I also tried the red velvet and carrot cake samples at counter. Red velvet tasted dry. I bake myself and my friend agreed my versions of red velvet and carrot cake are better. The menu did have quite a few appealing salads so I would potentially go back to try them. Its a nice place to catch up with friends and the back area makes it good for mums and their babies, but they need to improve the coffee as there are places like Wired and Loft, as well as Gail's to compete with. Service started off really good but for some reason it felt like the waitress was trying to hurry us out even though it was pretty empty. She kept trying to clear our table and seemed in a hurry to bring us the bill which was very strange and not appreciated. Disappointed for Lola's as wanted to enjoy my first experience there. Understand it might just be teething issues and new staff so will give it another chance.

The vegan cakes are divine. Quite a good selection of 4 different options of which we tried 3. Super chocolaty chocolate cake with a rich chocolate cream on top, the lemon cake with lots of layers of frosting with underlying coconut notes. Carrot cake just as you would expect soft and moist. At Lola’s almost every day they do the best coffe I’ve tasted for a while. Depending on who’s doing the coffe. Always ask for a lady with long Curley hair I think her name is Joanna she’s amazing. All the staff seem lovely can’t say the same about the manager she always walks around like she’s in a bad mood. The breakfast/brunch is lovely but it’s been cold a few time which is not nice to eat. As long as my coffe is on point I will always return :)

Popped into the bakery to pick up a couple of things while I waited at the station opposite. Both pastries I got were very delicious and kept me going through the day. I order and pay a prosecco and take a seat. After five min the waitress come to tell me she had mistaken and that I had to order some food because prosecco only goes with food. But that unfortunately the kitchen is closed and I could have some potatoes. I say I don’t want to eat potatos, So they refund me and I leave. I really didnt like my experience but after my complain I received a very very good customer service so to be fair I have decided to raise the stars. Thanks Lola

On my last visit I actually had a very enjoyable breakfast and the staff very accommodating especially Victoria. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was playing up and having a lot of difficulties.
