Proper Italian espresso, the staff understood coffee culture too.
The pastries and sides are nice, not often you see panettone offered.
It's right as you come from the parking area so a good space to wait for someone too.

2018 review: Massive management problem here. 4 webcams on top of your signs will not help this situaton. At the moment the staff is blaring out KissFresh and that's not very Italian is it? Standing alone at the counter I asked for a water and the staff carried on making coffee. He then replied curtly " when I am ready ".. and carried on making coffees. I get he is busy.... But still it's just opening a tap - especially as it was only a refill and for the sake of clearing up people waiting at the till area... It's also very curt.. "when I am ready" .. it actually really funny... As it was so rude. Staff need to have a machiato and chill...
On that note, the coffee and preparation is superb. The staff really know how to make coffee.. so I will leave an extra star.. but service is so important in a cafe ... It's why your customers come ultimately.
C. G.I have visited here a number of times and it is by far the best coffee in Brent Cross and the customer service is always good and friendly.
I will say sometimes the barista is not as good as others that work there, some tamp very softly and it is clear in the shot it is not properly extracted. As well to this the grind is not timed or weighed so the amount used is random. This needs to be improved.

M. P.Very nice, clean environment. Staff are very helpful and polite. Tea & Coffee are most definitely 100% the best in terms of aroma for coffee, and taste for both.
A lot nicer than some of the bigger coffee shops ☕🙌🏾🥰
