Lovely clean café with great fresh sandwiches and fabulous chocolate brownies. We visited on a Monday lunchtime and sat upstairs. The café had people sitting upstairs and downstairs and there is also seating outside (see photos). Service (which is table service) is great and prompt and the guy who served us very friendly. Good choice of sandwiches, toasted paninis and jacket potatoes. My husband had the chicken and mayo sandwich and I asked for the avocado, spinach, cheese and sundried tomato panini on brown bread instead of a panini (which was no problem). The bread slices are thick but are soft, light and fresh and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. We then had a gluten-free chocolate brownie each which was great. We would definitely visit again.

Perfectly situated in a little alley leading to Greenwich Market. Coffee was a bit bitter, apple pie very nice, salted caramel cake too. The place could use a redecoration as it doesn't really give an inviting and cosy feeling (but that may be just my personal opinion).

Lovely little cafe and so glad I discovered it by chance today. We had the cream tea and the scone, jam and clotted cream were lovely. Definitely worth a visit. Prices are really reasonable.

Delightful hole-in-the-wall place for dessert and coffee. Service was friendly and competent. Raspberry cheesecake and raspberry coconut bread were delightful. If you like black coffee, like I do, you will find the coffee a little too strong and not as flavorful as it could be. But if you like cream and sugar in your coffee, you'll probably like it.

This is a hidden gem in Greenwich market, one of its exits goes through this street where you will find this very cute cafe. The cakes are absolutely delicious and so the coffes, I just wish it was a little bigger inside for when it's full outside. I come very often and I absolutely recommend it.

Called in here after finding it 'hidden' down an alley. The service was wonderful, friendly and efficient. We ordered 2 cream teas and everything was perfect. The scones came lightly warmed served with just enough jam and cream (you so often get too much resulting in waste). Can't praise this place enough and will definitely be back.

Situated in the heart of Greenwich Market with an excellent overview this little cafe for me felt like something off a movie. Looks like a small café from the outside but it seemed rather spacious as it had a downstairs and an upstairs. I really loved the warm welcome and service provided by the staff. The food was excellent and the service was really quick. For anyone who is looking a good meal and a good environment I highly recommend this place.

It was a really lovely experience! The Monsoon cafe seems to be a family business, which is amazing because you can encourge a small business. The location is lovely, close to everything but also remote from the road noise. Prices are fair and the food is delicios!! Reccomend 🧡

I visit this spot everytime I am in London, and it never disappoints. This is my third time visiting London and 3rd time at Monsoon cafe. This time we got to take my 1 year old nephew, and the service and the staff was so happy to see me back. They remembered our visit from last year and offered us a complementary chicken tikka panini. The coffee and location are unbeatable. . I highly recommend visiting this place on your next visit to London, North Greenwich!

We were looking for a nice place to have a well-deserved snack after visiting the Cutty Sark and the Observatory. And we found this tea room excellent. The welcome was cordial and the small tables inside were very relaxing. Don't hesitate to order the Apple Pie and don't leave without tasting a Scone with jam and a "Coited" cream. I don't really know what it is but it's a real bomb. I recommend even if the prices are a little high, but like everywhere in London.
