K. S.When we went, there were no tapioca pearls - not sure if this is a regular occurence - . Instead, we were recommended the jelly ball, which we were told was the most similar to the tapioca pearls. We ordered the caramel milk tea which was nice, but it didn't taste like caramel. However, the staff were nice. It was hard to hear the cashier over the loud noises in the background. Another staff member came to reiterate what the original staff worker had said. So overall, it was unfortunately not the best bubble tea as advertised.
D. L.Mooboo is one of my favourite bubble tea shops, their flavours are very refreshing and less milky than many other tea shops, they can get busy at times so no conversations are expected.

a.The staff here work like clockwork, and we got our drinks quite quick despite there being a bit of a queue.
The drinks were just as I expected. No better or worse than similar bubble tea chain stores. The lady who took our orders was very polite and friendly! (for some reason, I've only ever encountered rude staff at other bubble tea places..)
L. S.Ordered chocolate milk and watermelon and didn’t like either. The watermelon doesn’t taste like watermelon at all taste more like honeydew. Customer service was okay.
Z.Loved this Mocha bubble tea with tapioca pearls but 100% sugar which is apparently the “normal” amount is far too much! It was so sweet I could not finish it. I would recommend 50% sugar or less.
P. S.Had my first bubble tea here after waiting for a long time. Since I was a newbie, I went by the recommendation of the house and was pleasantly surprised by the classic milk bubble tea with tapioca bubbles. Tasted nice and was quite a heavy drink in itself. May go back for more. At £3.99 it felt tiny bit expensive, but I'm assuming you get coffee at the same price at most of the locations as well. (Note to self: I should stop being so stringy...)
