I like to visit this store when shopping at Regent Street as staff are always nice and helpful. This time, my evening shopping was made very pleasant by Matt and his colleague (sorry, I forgot his name) who explained very patiently on the new limited edition. Thanks to you both!

If you are Nespresso coffee fan then this is the place for you. Spacious clean store with double doors accessible for wheelchair users however the doors are heavy and not automatic so will need help for someone to push them. They have a Lovely coffee bar taster sessions of new coffee.

It is Nespresso's best and most impresive shop in London, presenting and selling nit just coffee capsules but all other assortments and gadgets ny Nespresso. Staf is very knowlegeable of all products and esoecialky their Coffee. The place is Large, clean and artistcaly decirated, set up in order to provide a welcome feeling. Placed almost next to one of the Picadilly Exits, it is easy ro get to. It could be your last stop before going home from shopping on Regent street. Although it is situated in a very expensive area of London with High rent prices remain the same as all other Nespresso shops. Visit for the experiance.

Went there yesterday and the female sales person was cold and not very interested in helping me however couple of months ago I was served by a gentleman called Jordan and he was absolutely fantastic! He introduced me to different flavours, explained the coffee origins, he was professional and friendly. I bought more coffee than I planned and appreciated his help. He was passionate about coffee and thanks to him I feel a little bit more like an expert now :-)

As a fan of Nespresso coffee I was probably always going to enjoy visiting one of their boutiques and I wasn't disappointed. The shop is laid out really well. Staff and friendly and helpful. There is a coffee tasting section and all the Nespresso products are on display and available to buy. This is a good experience store because you can actually see the products as opposed to viewing them on the website and in terms of machines, cups, glasses and capsule holders this is extremely useful. It is also nice just being able to buy a few sleeves of coffee instead of 200 from the website in order to avoid paying postage.

Everytime I need Nespresso capsules I go to this shop. The shop is in the perfect location, has a lot of space and a great place to try coffee before or after you buy it. (I have mixed feelings about the staff serving the coffee... Not always friendly) But the staff at the till was always helpful.

Love this flagship boutique. Staff can not do enough for you. When I go to this boutique looking for advice on which coffee to buy the staff are always happy to help and let me taste new coffees at the tasting bar. I love being a member of the Nespresso club. It's makes your experience personal and exclusive. Your made to feel part of something special and the coffee is the best ever superior taste and flavour. I'm a coffee snob and would not drink any other coffee.

However was undecided but the sales assistant Amer was very pleasant, patient and knowledgable about the products, great customer service from him and also the young man at the till who introduced me so some new flavours! Overall a great experience.

This location does a very good job of keeping two distinct areas. One is the coffee bar for samples, and the other is the actual retail area. No matter how long the queue is for samples at the bar it is always possible to get in and out and buy some pods pretty quickly on the retail side. I have also always had really friendly upbeat people serving me. I appreciate too that there does not seem to be pressure to upsell.

We purchased a VertuoPlus machine and we love it! The coffee is absolutely fantastic! The staff here were very patient with us as we were contemplating which machine for a while. I didn't find the salesperson overly pushy at all, as you may read on other reviews. He was polite, patient, demo'd the machine, and answered any questions we asked.

Huge shop with tasting room. Service is quick if all you need is coffee and know what you want but finding staff to explain coffee machines can take time. I am also perplexed that for several months they have had a certain capsule holder on prominent display but have no stock. I suggest its been discontinued so they should take it off display.

You will simply be spoilt for choice!

The Nespresso Store on Regent Street is one of my favorites out of the Nespresso stores globally because it's well laid out and spacious. The people there are friendly and helpful. The sumptuous store sells a coffee lifestyle, Nespresso coffee, espresso machines and the art of espresso for coffee machine. Sixteen Premium Blends and a collection of accessories for coffee connoisseurs to enjoy their espresso. The store is very spacious, with beige and light browns and it feels very fluid. It's a coffee tasting experience and a lifestyle. There's a tasting area, where customers can taste 16 Grand Cru coffees and learn how to identify distinct notes and aromas. Recycling zone for club members to drop off their used capsules; Club Room, for Nespresso members; and The Nespresso PickUp, where customers can place an order through the Customer Relationship Centre and collect it two hours later from the boutique. Very stylish coffee shop!

Great store and very friendly staff who were funny and kind when we were prevaricating over our 150 capsule selction to get our free milk foamer. When we got back we found we where one pck missing but a quick call to the freephone helpline number sorted it out super fast. Will be back for more.

Aah Nespresso - What else? Simply can't live without the daily espresso. Grab a membership card whilst they have them in stock so you can grab your free samples from the tasting island. Since Nespresso regularly have limited edition crus you can try them at the tasting island before buying. All the reasons to go direct rather than to a Selfridge's installation. Staff are well trained and knowledgeable on offering you the perfect option.
