F. R.Only just discovered this gem in the park. Gluten free pizza's here are amazing. Been twice now in as many weeks, ordered the Thai coconut soup which was fantastic and gluten free pizzas. Great value, great service and will definitely be back... as long as the soup stays on the menu :)
L. W.I started coming here on Saturday afternoons a while back and haven't stopped. The food is generous, delicious and freshly made. The staff are friendly and welcoming and it's a really lovely setting. One of the highlights of my week and I'd recommend it to anyone, although all the locals know about it anyway.
C. B.We had heard about this new cafe on the Greenwich “grapevine” everyone is talking it ! Especially the cinnamon buns ! Went on Saturday to a busy and beautiful cafe , amazing food , staff are fantastic and even remembered my order when I came back for a second coffee ( black Americano , hot milk on the side ) We HAD to order the cinnamon buns , still warm from the oven , my wife had a sausage roll and declared it the best she had ever had. Cafe is immaculate, the lady hoovers the floor when people leave and may have left crumbs on the floor !!! The toilets are clean and functioning something that it rare in a park. Highly recommend for food, service , you have just bagged yourselves 2 new customers !
J. A.Just moved to Greenwich and stumbled across this absolute gem of a park cafe. It’s a pretty ugly building from the outside but inside is a totally different story! It’s like Gails but only better ! We enjoyed the best French style hot chocolate this side of Paris , gluten free chocolate brownies , warm cinnamon buns ( they make them themselves ) the lady behind the counter said that 90% of the food on the counter was home made , stunning carrot cake, almond tarts, sausage rolls, vegetable sausage rolls . OMG it was amazing, my mum had the Gruyère tart , it came with a little potato salad and green salad ( even the dressing was home made ) service was lovely , place was super clean . I wish all cafes were as lovely as this. So pleased I have moved to Greenwich ( well ok Hither Green!)
C. C.This place is a hidden gem! The pizzas were generous and tasty. There are lots of nice bites and drinks on offer. I love that it’s almost hidden away in the middle of a park with great views- you can sit outside.
m.I came to this cafe for the first time this afternoon. It's a real little gem in a really beautiful setting. The staff were super friendly and helpful and they even adapted a meal for me to suit my food allergy. Lots of choice on the menu, veggie and vegan options, lovely smoothies, and gluten-free bread!! It's not easy to eat out when you're gluten-free, often there isn't much on a menu I can eat but here I had a decent choice. It wasn't until I was almost ready to leave that I noticed they also have cocktails on the menu, so I will definitely be returning for those! Thank you to the staff for a lovely visit and I'll be telling friends about it :-) x
