The afternoon tea is just fine.
Food tastes well, but nothing special.
The highlight is the design idea of the food with fashion icons, the mocktails and nice and relaxing environment to talk.
No scones included in the afternoon tea package, need to order separately.
But good to have the Easter edition.

As Americans visiting London for the first time, we wanted a proper fancy tea experience, and this place gave it to us! The sandwiches were delicious and the cakes were fantastic. The themed menu added a ton of interest to the experience. The staff put up with our many questions and were the epitome of kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Wonderful food and tea, and top notch super professional service! We had two lovely ladies taking care of us and they were so professional, friendly and patient! Not to mention the gorgeous and luxurious setting and the quick (concierge) service with the cloakroom - they discretely give you a small folder with your number in it, very classy. Oh, and order the cappuccino - the cappa art is incredible!

We were gifted a champagne pret a porter afternoon tea and we were pleased with the atmosphere of the room. The massive plus and surprise was the staff professionalism and kidness. They are really attentive and nice during the entire experience. The food was good and the concept of cakes inspired by haute couture is really great. I personally didnt enjoy all the cakes as it might be too experimental for me but it was nice to experiment.

The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. We had a fantastic and attentive server, Salute, who made sure we were looked after. Food was delicious. Would definitely recommend as a luxury treat

I visited pret a portea with two friends. We had a nice time initially as service started off well and the food was good!
The meat is halal so do watch out if you don’t eat halal/ beef. Also the bags they give you to take away break so be warned. They are not strong enough.
One major complaint was the slow service which ruined our experience. We were sat in a corner and ignored for most of the time. It’s a shame when you spend so much money and don’t feel well looked after.
We didn’t think the service charge was justified and so didn’t pay. I’d rather have a good time and just pay the service charge however did not feel it was well deserved on this occasion.

Went there for their famous Prêt-à-Portea afternoon tea. They served pretty tasty sandwiches. I was positively surprised by them.
Selection of tea was meh. Many of them require additional £ which I found kinda annoying.
Sweets were just ok. They look cute but taste pretty basic.
The best part of this place was our waiter (a young Greek guy). He was so attentive and made sure we were happy throughout.

Still my favourite afternoon tea in London! Accompanying my clients to afternoon tea is a daily occurrence for me in the summer months, and while the likes of The Dorchester, Claridges and The Connaught have their own, excellent offerings, The Berkeley's Prêt-à-Portea is just a little more of a light hearted take on the whole affair. Cakes and sweets are beautifully crafted into the latest fashion accessories and the sandwiches and scones are plentiful and delicious. The conservatory where tea is served is light and airy and the perfect setting to while away a couple of hours before returning to the hustle and bustle of Knightsbridge. Service is exemplary and never intrusive. Highly recommended

Elegant tea room, with nice light coming in
Sandwiches 7/10, I liked the salmon and beet, the other 3 options I didn't like them
Tea 10/10 I took the strong one
Desert 7/10

Such a fabulous tea. Marvelous savoury things to start with and then an astonishing array of cakes and pastries. They looked amazing and tasted even better. Champagne and an amazing array of teas. What more could you want??? Definitely somewhere for everyone's bucket list.
Faultless service too. Just perfect

5 stars for the waitresses alone, the ladies serving us were both excellent and very attentive. The sweets were all delicious. The only criticism I have is that the sandwiches were very average. Although you could ask for a scone I think it should be included in the £60 or reduce the number of sandwiches to include it. Still great experience though and I would recommend.

(Translated) The price is outrageous, but the food tastes great.
I really enjoyed it.
Serving times are as laid back as anywhere in the UK.
Take your time and enjoy it slowly.
