Been here a few times when I work locally. It’s an ideal cafe for locals and also builders. The owner, Sam, makes you feel very welcome and attends to your needs. He remembers what I order and how I like it too, and calls me and all my colleagues by our names. It shows how engaged he is with his customers. It’s always a a pleasure when I do visit!
