It is a small soft play area, but absolutely enough for a party gathering. I would advise you to check on your young kids as the stairs leading from the function room upstairs are rather steep. Toilet amenities are kept clean, the selection of food is rather wide.

By far the best soft play in North London, my daughter had the best time causing havoc & making friends with a mischievous smile on her face 😅 This place offers large indoor play areas for children of all ages, with plenty of seating/tables for adults & high chairs for babies. The cafe serves a lovely Cappuccino among loads of other food, drinks & snacks. The customer service was brilliant from all members of staff, thank you! 😊 5* Would recommend as the best soft play, from me & my daughters overall experience 👍🏼

Today was the first time we visited Rainbow Soft Play and Cafe. The indoor area has plenty of space and all the kids were very well looked after by their parents. Most of the parents were happy to climb and play with their little ones and that still didn’t make us feel the place would be crowded. The team is very polite and friendly. Coffee is delicious, and the food looked yummy too. I’m sure we will try something from the menu next time :) My daughter had fabulous time, just as my husband and I. We all really enjoyed spending 2 hours in the soft play area and we can’t wait to return! :)

I really appreciate this place. It's very convenient for me to take my three girls and know that they're in a safe space, where they can run around freely and I can keep my eye on them. Unlike some other soft plays, it's really easy to locate your children in this one as it's not vast. It's a good size though. The indoors is bright, airy and clean and there is a good selection of food in the cafe. The portion sizes are big, and when something hasn't been quite right with my food or drink before, the staff have always been quick to put it right. They have recently started adding broccoli and cucumber strips to the kids meals which I was pleased to see. I must say that I tend to go during quieter times (during the week) which I much prefer to the weekends. The times I have been it's been absolutely fine to stay for longer that your allotted time slot - as it's not been too busy. I know at the weekends it's very popular though and pre-booking is essential. The management here clearly care on making this business a success and something the parenting community can enjoy when they want to let the kids run around indoors.

It’s a decent place, the facilities for children are large enough to provide entertainment for the entirety of the slot you order. The cafe is of a good quality too. The reason why it’s 4 and not 5 is the parking. The car park is too small and the tarmac so worn down it is getting to the point it’ll start damaging cars. Huge cavernous potholes, if your car is unusually low, you won’t have a good time.

It had been about 9 months since i had come here with my daughter, and i was incredibly suprised by the under 4 rating for the place as i had always thought it was good To day i paid £2 for myself and £6.50 for my daughter. Good price. Adults used to he free but the people used to bring extended families so it got too crowded. so £2 for adults make sense. Therebis an additional £2.50 charge to go out the outdoor inflatable castles. which i think is fair. They also have an additional under 2s area which they didnt before. my daughter had a great time. i saw a lot of complaints about the cost of the food. Even my partner complained about the cost of the food. But the food is well cooked and good quality. The portions are also quite large. in fact if you are cost conscious about the food you could easily buy an adult dish and it would be enough for 1 adult and a child, therefore getting 2 people fed for £10. Otherwise £7 for an omlette and salad and crisps is quite good because it is a huge omlette. Though i think adding chips instead of crisps would be better. Also i think the kids meal is decent value, £6.50 for a kids meal with drinks and crisps. The centre is in quite a affluent part if london so the prices are not too disconnected from which you find in the area. Though if i was being critical i would say prices for dishes could be a pound or 2 lower As business owner myself i would say for the morning session there were more staff then needed, so perhaos an opportunity to cut costs and pass some savings on to the customers Going back to the softplay area i think its a good size for the number of kids and yiu have the 2 outdoor bouncy castles which almost double the play area. i would give this place 4.5.

Lovely clean soft play, best suited to age 6 and under, I'd say (my 4 yr old loves it, but 7 yr old gets bored quite quickly). Café has lots of space and lots of choice! Unlike a lot of kiddy venues, the food is actually really tasty and there are some great healthy options of salads, pasta and omelettes, alongside the kids' favourites like pizza, burgers and chips. Accessible toilets and easy parking in the Chickenshed or Bramley Rd car parks. Booking online is very straightforward and prices are fair. Really nice for a few hours out with the little ones!

Great place. I wish I could give them more than 5 starts. I took my little one there yesterday and I was very impressed. The soft place is well located, you can eat and enjoy yourself and watch your little ones playing at the same time. There is also a big play area outside. The place is very clean, food was amazing. Staff are very kind and friendly. I love taking my little boy out to play, we have visited so many places so far and it is one of the best we have been in. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Not bad, not horrible! It was our first time at a soft play with my 10 mts old son and, eventhough i asked the staff if they have a suitable play area for his age group, it wasn't what i expected. Very small for 0-2 years but the biggest problem was the bigger kids always jumping in the ball pit. One actually pushed my son and he started crying pfffff it was ok, fortunately i settled him, but he is still so frail and could get hurt easily if older kids are allowed in the small kids area. Anyway, ill try again during the week when is less crowded and i will be with my son in the pit all the time just ro keep others away. But i thought this was why i was paying the £6.50 plus £2 for each adult. Not just to breathe air 😂oh and it is full of dust!!! You need a cleaner!

I had a great experience here with my friend and her little baby. I take the point raised by people about the play area being small, but in perspective, to the kids it’s huge! I think it was plenty. There is decent food offered, the place is very clean and I witnessed staff fogging to clean the equipment and regularly wiping it all down. The staff were very friendly and I would recommend this place. I take the comments also about food prices, I think these could be a bit lower for the kids meals definitely. The adult meals not too bad. I know people have had financial hardship but the reality is you can’t expect to have everything dirt cheap!

staff who where cleaning the tables where extremely rude .Not all of them but one young lady when i asked her advise on where my friend could park. The young lady went to ask someone came back and said dont know and its not there problem. was proper shocked on the rudeness.and it was over crowed as there was a party going on .not well organized. we wentbon a saturday so would probably go on a week day next time.

This is a lovely soft play, my child's favourite. It's clean and safe and secure. Keeps the kids busy and is popular with local families, especially those with little kids and big kids who can use the separate areas, whilst the parents have a coffee. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's a good soft play, but the food is ridiculously expensive. I've paid £6.50 for the chicken nuggets for my child and I was delivered 6 small almost burnt nuggets with a cup of fries and a Ribenna. They claim the nuggets are real chicken, but I doubt it. Also, I have paid extra £2,50 so my child could use the bouncy castle outdoors and I have seen no control about it. Many people were taking they children there without the green badge that shows they have paid. I think is not fair with people who does pay. They should stop charging extra for that or should control it better.

It was our first time visiting the Rainbow soft play. We went during the school half term break and I expected it to be busy! I r eally like the setup and the staff are helpful. My only concern was that alot of parents seemed to be so engrossed in their own 'mummy meet ups' that they weren't overseeing their own child. A few times while my 3yr old was in the 0-4yrs section and older children were charging through and knocking over the smaller children. I spoke to staff who said they would make an announcement to remind parents. Maybe I'll try again when it's not a peak time. Would definitely be interested in hiring the whole venue.

My daughter came to a birthday party here and had a great time! One of the employees, Erol, went above and beyond his job description to help me push my car out of the very muddy public car park. Without his help I would have been truly stuck and I'm incredibly grateful. He deserves a pay rise or a promotion!!

The overall experience for the children was good in terms of the play area. However, I like to stress how awfully expensive the catering / restaurant area is: for a packet of Walkers crisp the venue charge 1.50, for a juice carton is 2.00, a sticky sweet stick 3.00, etc, the excessive charge list goes on. They had a good selection of cakes but they do not offer gluten free or vegan options; aside from providing gf pasta, you can easily spend £20.00 just on junk food alone. The restaurant should also provide healthy options, such as yogurts and more fresh fruits, which should be more visible. The restaurant menu for main food should also be more visible. There is too much emphasis on the unhealthy options at front - you can’t miss it.

A really fun location for children and one of the best soft plays I've been too. There are 2 separate areas one for younger children (below 2-3) and one for above 3 year olds. My son who is 2 and half loved both paths especially the big slide at the end. As the weather was good there was 2 bouncy castles up with a good obstacle course. There is plenty of seating space for adults and a large menu with adult and children options. I'd recommend for anyone that had children.

A fantastic soft play centre to have within a 10 minutes drive. My 18 month old had a ball with two sections dedicated to the under 4’s. Such a warm welcome and farewell from the front desk. Despite it being a busy Sunday morning (it was drizzling and understandably everyone is keen to be out of the house!) there were lots of tables available, room on the facilities and service was super quick. Agree the food is on the pricier side but quality was high! We will definitely be back!

The (obviously purposely placed) snack and drink display causes so much unnecessary stress for the parents and for toddlers. Why have everything in easy reach of babies and toddlers. Please move them to higher shelving. The food is extremely overpriced for it being a kids venue.

It was ok, however, a child vomited inside the soft play and it was just wiped up, I could still see traces of vomit on the play equipment. I feel that the area should have been cleared momentarily and cleaned thoroughly. As a plus the staff were polite and helpful.

Have been twice in the last month and enjoyed both visits. Children love it and have a great time. Menu is varied and lots of choice. Prices are a little steep but not outrageous. It's also in a good location in the park so you can run around after Only issue is the parking, can be a bit of a pain as quite a small car park.

Only problem is I could see lots of parents taking pictures. Think rainbow should consider a safeguarding policy? We look forward too visiting again on a less crowded day so we can enjoy it more.

Far too many kids for a relatively small play area. Young children intimidated by boisterous 8 or 9 years old. Cafe incredibly expensive for nothing special food. Can't reccomend this place.

I had high hopes for Rainbow soft play but unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. Firstly the parking is very cramped, so much so that cars were getting stuck and tempers were flaring. We did however receive a warm polite welcome and were ushered to the baby soft play area (my little girl is 1). Unfortunately this area was tiny and cramped and to be honest there wasnt much to do in there. She was bored after 5 mins. They need to make the area much more fun and sensory for the baby population. Annoyingly the older kids would come in and jump around in the baby area and no staff member was policing this. In fact the staff were standing around looked uninterested. The cafe area was spacious and comfortable but at the expense of the play areas. Much more could be done to make the baby soft play experience playful, sensory and enjoyable (for babies and parents).

I have visited this place before restrictions and was pleasantly surprised how clean and sanitary the soft play was, not only being new but how it was being maintained. It was the ONLY place I trusted to go to during a pandemic and ive also been to the outdoor play during restrictions and it was wonderful. I felt that all needs were met to make me feel safe and secure. We have been going once a week since it reopened and I hope we get to continue.

The premises are clean, where every effort has been made to introduce effective covid19 measures. My son loved the outdoor bouncy softplay and the indoor softplay (when it opens) looks good too. The restaurant is somewhat overpriced. A £4.50 shake contained no ice cream...just milk and some strawberries. The profit margin on that must be 400%+.

Visited the new Rainbow soft play today with my 8 month old daughter and my friend with her young son. What a wonderful venue with lovely staff. It's very clean, they had social distancing measures in place and I felt comfortable being there. All the staff were wearing appropriate PPE too. There were plenty of signs around the venue to practice safe distancing etc. This venue is perfect for meeting with friends whilst the children are having fun. They also have parking outside the venue which is great. Would like to say a massive thank you to Erol (Manager) who was very polite, kind and attentive to me and my friend today. We will definitely be back soon!

Went here 12th with my family and grandaughter Avaani. Avaani loved it, what a gem place. Staff were friendly and so polite, nothing was too much for them. The food was lovely, two Brunch, one cheese burger and chips and chicken burger and chips, side order of avocado. All the ingredients was fresh and of great quality . Will definitely be back 😊 .

Omg, I cannot explain how good it was herre! My kids 2 year old and son 11 month year old enjoyed like no other. There cafeteria is nice wide spacious if you fancy a coffee/ cheeky burger and chips or spag bol. Honestly, best soft play in local area has to be Rainbow Soft Play in town! Highly recommended Everyone!
