Really easy to book this place online, the staff were expecting us and paid attention to the note left at the time of booking. Very friendly and accommodating. The décor! Incredibly well thought out with so much attention to detail. Great space upstairs and down and we were given a choice of whether we wanted to sit inside or out. We were not rushed at all even though we spent ages taking pics once we've finished the food! Great food and drinks with a fun twist. Three generations went here for brunch and everyone had a great time and left feeling full. We will definitely be back.

Cute place. Not worth the hype sadly. A couple of the staff came across quite rude and uninviting, which made it slightly uncomfortable (staff training in customer care is much much needed). Requested inside seating when booking on open table, but was sat on table in the road (Was a bit strange to be honest). Hardly had room between table and seat. Drinks were nice and the happy hour surprise when ordering was great.

I visited Saint Aymes on Saturday 5/6/21 with my sister and younger niece for a girlie lunch. Upon arrival we were checked n promptly, I didn't choose outside seating but due to cancellation, we were able to move outside. We ordered our food via the QR code, which I liked as if you were a big party, everyone could pay for their meal individually - with no hassle. All the food and drinks arrived quickly despite being made fresh and the portions were big. The waitress checked in with us twice, to see if you needed anything further. After our meal, we went inside to take pictures amongst the flower walls. The owner was there and came to say hello to us and other guest, during our visit the waitresses were happy to take pics for other guest who asked. I had an amazing experience and I'm looking forward to going back again soon.

Saint Aymes is super aesthetically pleasing, with all the pretty flowers and pink chairs outside and all the chic interior design inside. The perfect spot for a mini IG photoshoot. I had the Chicken & Waffle (Gluten Free) which became a chore to finish as I felt it was filling, but dry towards the end, even after adding the gold syrup. Maybe some mayo would have helped or just more syrup. The Unicorn Latte (coconut milk) was very cute as I was able to choose the colour of it. It came with a small cup of coffee to add into in. You were also able to pay extra for add ons, like candy floss which was super cute. Overall a very pretty experience. Would go back again, but maybe for the deserts instead.

Pretty little chic cafe tucked away in Connaught street. If you love to post on Instagram, this cafe is for you. Very floral and colourful and brings photos alive. Service was bleh! Nothing special about the place other than the interior of the cafe. Had coffee and scones. The service was poor, didn’t think that was a motivation to order actual food. But it’s worth a visit for a quick bite and coffee break.

I've been wanting to go here from before lockdown, and finally made my way there after a voice over recording which took place in Central London! It honestly looks as lovely as the Instagram pics. They've got some lovely Christmas decor up at the moment, which works perfect with their pink theme that also provides a homely feel. The customer service is top notch and it was a really comfortable cafe to sit in and take a break, before getting back on public transport. I had a milkshake and croissant. The prices to vary if eating in, but still reasonable. I'll definitely be going again.

Cute place for tea & cake. We had tea & scones. To be fair the tea & scones were delicious & freshly baked. You order from a website & the staff bring the items. I had waffles which were great (albeit real sugar hit), but a few people ordered the bagel and beer. No options for beers. Huge gap between first person receiving food and the last, meaning over half the table had finished eating before some people were even getting drinks. Poor communication and service from staff. Costly for what you are getting.

This was by far one of the best dining experiences I have had in a very long time. Our head waitress Ola, went above and beyond with her team to make my sister's birthday special, (my sister is really hard to please, HA). Ola made that happen by giving exceptional service to a very picky bunch (including me). the food was very tasty, I had the waffles with chicken and bacon and they even had Tabasco sauce! I see some mix reviews on this place and was not sure if to visit or not but ended up doing so a few weeks back. The place is very busy we did have to wait sat on a small table inside the door but we moved to the outside when a table became free. As I have been after taking some pictures for my Insta / blog. The problem I found not with the staff was the group of 3 sorry if I get this wrong Chinese or Japanese young girls who had already had food and be sat at the table 45 minutes already. Was just sat on phones all I wanted is a picture of my drink next to the flowers outside you could see them smerking. I know in my head would no go or move this was when we got our food and drink and was still sat on their phones all in all the must of been like this for two god dam hours grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr so rude . I know myself how busy this place is and how much people want a picture because as soon as we had finished we went as other people waiting and after photos, but guess what them girls still doing nothing two of them standing chatting outside the door the other again on her phone as I say would not might but they had finished food and drinks a hour ago . Should be a limit on time or when you have finished you go not sit around for 2 hours taking up a table Did get a few pictures but not the ones I really wanted thanks to people doing nothing taking up a table for 2 hours . Anyway back to the review and sorry for the rant we got the Pink & Blue Unicorn lattes and "wow" so amazing and the coffee jug on the side was perfect. I know the price was around £9 but it was worth it as was one of the best lattes I have tasted was so smooth. Also had some cake was very good and moist. We will be coming back would of been 5 star but them girls drove me so mad. Did have a problem at the start as well when the guy who served us came outside and said - have you ordered - me and my hubby looked confused but he did put it right and said sorry to us that is all that matters as they did apologize and said it was a busy day and it was. We will be coming back and the food and drink was outstanding.

Undeniably cute and "instagrammable" place, but to me that's just it. It's generally quite pricey and the beverages we ordered had nothing special. If you want to enjoy an (admittedly expensive) coffee/ brunch with your girl-friends and take some enviable photos, then that's the place for you.

Very pretty decor, chocolate milkshake was rich and the Marie Antoinette coffee was good (very sweet), though we had to wait a while for them both when we were the only ones in the shop. Other than that the cupcakes and macarons were very good, though I think the cupcakes had been sat out for a bit and so were a little dry/firm.

Beautiful little coffee shop gives you the experience of having 23ct gold on your beverage, the unicorn lattes are to die for. Their menu is of historic characters like Marie Antoinette beverage. However we paid £52 for takeaway 3 hot drinks, a milkshake, and ice cream; we wanted to sit in but no tables available and they kept telling us 15 minutes wait until I gave up and said take away. I recommend only go atleast 2 or 3 people you will get seated quicker.

Such a beautiful place to eat and take pictures. Very nice environment. We had waffles with berries which the waffle was really nice but barely any berries which was a shame. However, we were eating in and we were charged before receiving our meal which we were not a fan of since that is not a usual standard unless you are taking away of course.! We also noticed that other people had not been charged until they had finished. Which leads us to believe one thing. Never the less the place is lovely !

I enjoyed coming here for high tea with my daughter and mother in law. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The tea was delicious and the food provided was good. I do believe that there could have been a little bit more variety and food, but we still enjoyed our time! It did say an hour time limit, but we did not feel rushed by the staff.

This was my first stop in London. I was literally off the plane, just dropped my stuff at my hotel and on my way to try this cafe that I had heard and seen such great things about. The service left something to be desired. We had a reservation but the staff just pretty much ignored us for a minority of the time. The food presentation was amazing as is expected but the brownie was as hard as a rock and I didn't take more than a bite because it was so hard. The cocoa was decent and I would get it again. The flowers on the wall are beautiful, no question about that at all. However, they are incredibly dusty. I'm not sure what the solve is for this issue other than dusting the whole wall but it should be done because the dust was honestly stacking up.

It’s a beautiful place to take your friends who are visiting London because the interior is great and the drinks are very cute. There were two girls working there that day. One of the girls was very nice and patient with us when we asked her to take our pictures. Seemed like she was used to being asked to take pictures by customers. The latte is expensive so I won’t be going there for the drinks any time soon but good for tourism.

We were there in mid August, so we expected it to be very crowded, but since we came early it wasn't that bad. We had to wait a little bit before being seated, but luckily it wasn't that crowded inside, so we didn't need to wait long. The cafe is super cute and flovery, and it's very charming!! We ordered an Oreo muffin, cocoa, and a coffe. It was delicious, an the quality was good. I recommend people to try out this cafe, mostly for it's atmosphere.

Just as cute as the pictures! Despite being constantly busy, the staff is so sweet and accommodating. After taking a little longer than expected, the waiter was extremely apologetic (when you see a place is busy, but they're making sure you're taken care of, and sincerely apologetic when running behind, it makes you feel good as the customer). Their Unicorn Latte was actually REALLY good and topped with whipped cream, a giant marshmallow, and edible gold leaf. I will be back for some take-away treats next month before I check into my hotel. Thanks for being awesome Saint Aymes!

If you want expensive instaworthy drinks and food then this place is for you. Overall my experience wasn’t fantastic, just mediocre. It’s simply for the aesthetic which is very cute on the outside. The walls on the inside have scuff marks everywhere, the tables have crumbs on them, the seating is stained, and the floors are dirty too. My friend and I walked in around 12:05PM so I thought it would be pretty clean for being opened for five minutes. Oh well, it was an average experience.

This certainly lives off social media fame! It was very pretty inside and so was the food/drinks but that was about it really in terms of +'s. I got the unicorn latte and the waffles, both were super super sweet and lacking in flavour apart from the sugar. The staff were nice but they were very forgetful and a little distracted for a pretty empty Sunday afternoon. I wouldn't go back now I have the famous flower wall photo as the £6+ for a sickly sweet coffee (with very little actual coffee in it) is not worth it. Saying that, i'm sure someone who loves sweet things would enjoy everything here very much!

Arrived and was amazed by the outside as to how beautiful it was among the other London shops. Beautifully decorated with many spaces to take some interesting Instagram pictures. Photographs beautifully. Waitresses were very nice and helped us when asked if they could take a picture for us. Shared their signature coffee with my friend which we both loved posing with. However I didn't enjoy the food, had a cupcake which was very dry and the icing didn't taste great. Also very small place, not many tables so you couldn't go with a lot of people. Over all nice visit and glad we came as its opened me up to finding more cafes like this in London.

I actually visited both locations last weekend for two different occasions, Connaught Street for afternoon tea, and House of Fraser for a quick birthday sugar rush with my bestie. Both are so beautifully unique and lovingly put together. First off, the afternoon tea at Connaught street I highly recommend, the deserts are so fresh and delicious the coffee is really good quality, possibly the best I have had in London. In House of Fraser I was really impressed with the friendly staff and fun atmosphere as well a quirky menu. The gold menu, is a bit on the pricey side but there are cheaper options too like a pot of tea for £3. The tea was really tasty.

The unicorn cookie was hard to bite while the waffle baskets tasted not worth the price. If you're only visiting for the pictures though then this cafe will provide the perfect location.

I came because of all the reviews on Instagram, where hundreds of people testify to having a great time and really enjoying the authenticity of the staff and beautiful interior. I wasn’t disappointed. Really was an amazing treat. Thank you Saint Aymes staff. Particularly Michéla our server who we later found out to be the owner. She was being yelled at by some difficult customers who were upset they couldn’t sit by the flower wall because it was booked. She remained professional throughout. Top marks to her.

Absolute afternoon tea heaven. My friend and I are huge fans of afternoon tea, we have been to the Ham Yard the Ritz and we just love High Tea! When we saw that Saint Aymes has an afternoon tea we were so excited to try especially as they have put a cool instagram twist on it with candy floss and colour changing drinks. The price was mid range for London afternoon teas, not cheap not excessive. We travelled down from Bath, and arrived a little early but were happy to wait as we were stunned as to how beautiful the place really is in real life. When we were sat downstairs, and had the flower room to ourselves which was great. The tea stands were carted out on arrival and honestly, they were HUGE! Half my height at least! We were served our tea menus and opted for obviously the colour changing tea, which is made from organic flowers. They literally put the tried flowers in . the pot and add water in front of you. They then explained that once we added lemon, they would change from blue to purple- which they did. So magical! The taste was plain, but the novelty more than made up for it - it's all natural and I ordered for the gram. My friend had the traditional EBT which was a taste award winner so delish. You are given the table for an hour, I could have stayed forever. Even after we left the table we did stay for a good hour taking pictures around the space so all good! Over all I would 100% recommend! It was tasty, beautiful and the staff are so nice. All cute in their Saint Aymes pink tees! I'll be back for the regular menu for sure.

It only are the drinks amazing, the interiors unreal, but the people that work here and the service is AMAZING! This was my first proper time going to Saint Aymes (i've only ever gotten takeway in their cute pink cups on my lunch break so I wanted to get the full experience) When I walked in I was greeted by the cutest dog EVER!!!!!! the staff member walked me and my friend to our seat where we flicked through the menu. PS the menu tells you alot of detail about the items and the business itself which was a nice read. Anyways I got the 24ct Unicorn Latte (pink, of course) and my friend got the 24 ct cappuccino and we shared a unicorn waffle. The waffle says that it feeds 2 but we could have shared it with a table of FOUR! Bring your sweet tooth ladies it is covered in berries chocolate marshmallows sprinkles and REAL EDIBLE GOLD. my unicorn latte was a colour changing latte as you pour in the amount of coffee you want. The barista was kind enough to take photos of us and we definitely took advantage of the flower walls and velvet seating. After paying the bill they allowed us to stay for a while to take even more photos. wish they had more locations !!!!!

Saint Aymes is a real hidden gem, just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Marble Arch, London. It was a real treat to be able to catch up with friends in such beautiful surroundings, whilst indulging in the fluffiest waffles ever! They weren't too sweet - just right, topped off with ice cream and syrup. We also enjoyed some hot beverages; Unicorn Latté and Marie Antoinette, hot chocolate and coffee, like you've never seen before - Blue hued latté anybody? Very fun!
