H. S. (.interior was lovely & spacious (big tables good for studying)! food was delicious though portions were smaller than I expected. server was a bit inconsiderate when clearing the table. overall, fab experience and would come again!

T. K.I enjoyed it, good service, well designed, amazing pastries and sweet selection. My food however was good, but a very small portion for the price. The salmon however was delightful. And it was a bigger portion than anywhere I've ever had, good stuff and thank you.
T. W.It's ok. A piece of cardamom bun goes for £3.20 here and it was surprisingly light and not dense like the other cardamom buns I've tried before here in London. The mazarin tasted a little like Bakewell tarts but it has a very sweet icing sugar topping on top. Not something for those who are very sensitive to extremely sugary foods.

T. C.Among all the Swedish themed cafes in London, Söderberg undoubtedly offers the coffee at the same level to honour its baked goods.
Located in one of the most crowded neighbourhood, this cafe surprisingly reserves quite a generous seating space. The interior is indeed pretty Swedish, cozy and simple.
I had a very good flat white here, rich in dry and simple aroma, rounded texture and just the right amount of milk, which absolutely went really well with the cardamom bun.
The staff were laid-back and friendly and helpful, definitely a place I will come back to in the near future since it also opens late.

The concept is simple: Drinking good coffee while sitting in beautiful chairs is double the enjoyment. Multiply that again with one of Soderberg's excellent sandwiches. The Umlaut is an added bonus.

Food is also very, very good and the menu very original, at least to those of us previously unacquainted with modern Swedish grub, or perhaps these are canny Scots, pretending to be Swedes. It’s a mystery. Already established in Edinburgh, first shop in London. Nothing in Sweden, apparently.

The waitress who delivered my coffee spilt some in the saucer and didn't notice at first but later apologised that she hasn't noticed! Very relaxed atmosphere. Good bun selection.

Decently priced. £9.10 for an americano, an oat latte and a cinnamon bun. Good for a central London café.
Gentlemen's and ladies' rooms are downstairs and quite clean.
Sufficient outlets for mobile workers. Seats on the side each has an outlet, but space is quite compact for me personally.
A downside (not really, more of a note for you) to me was that as I sat at the communal table upstairs and I was drawing. That table wasn't the most stable thing to draw on as it often was quite shaky as people moved.
Would definitely go back and try their pastries!
K.We went here for Fika and it was perfect. A great selection of drinks and stuff for those who are lactose challenged. Plus delicious buns, pastries and sandwiches. The atmosphere was lovely and we felt very comfortable catching up chatting. At no point did we feel rushed or like we had to leave.

M.I almost don't want to review them, as I want to keep this place to myself. Wonderful spot! Not the cheapest, but not too bad, considering it's Soho. Yummy eggs & avo toast. Delicious skandi baking, including their own cinnamon buns. They also serve cocktails in the evening. As a fan of everything Nordic, I am in love.

M. M.Really enjoyed my cake and coffee, the guy that served us explained each cake down to texture so was super helpful! I'd met up with a friend I hadn't seen in a couple of years, we went in at 5 and left at 9, we couldn't believe it but the atmosphere was so relaxed and we were never cleaned around or ushered out. The space has been planned out quite well, there are bar seats on the right hand side which could cater for people with laptops and then an array of lounge seating/ sofas both on the ground floor and basement. Super cosy spot, hope they start the Jazz nights here too!

Their stuff is always good quality — this time tried the parsnip cake, which was tasty if a tad dry.
There’s plenty of seating options, comfy sofas and stylish armchairs, plus two lovely alcoves downstairs.
It can get a bit noisy if conversations have to compete with the music — I’m still on the hunt for a nice, quiet café where I can read the old fashioned way — a proper book.
Staff served with smiles, which always makes any place and experience better!

R. P.A very popular spot in Soho for a coffee. I find the prices a bit steep, though this is a bit of a local market trend, so it's perhaps unfair to single out Söderberg. A reasonable amount of seating space with a downstairs area, but it's still not uncommon to show up and find it completely full. Reservations are accepted.

My order was flat white and they also sell roasted coffee beans in Sweden
They have ample space to work or study.

Nous n’avons pas été déçus. Les œufs pochés sur tranche de pain avec épinards, bacon ou avocat et chips de chou kale sont excellents !
