First time at a drive through Starbucks. The only reason we decided to do the drive through was because we spotted it on our way out from the retail park. There was a queue on joining the lane with about four cars ahead of us. I expected the experience to be quick but it took us roughly 20 minutes to get our order placed and another ÷/- 5 mins to receive the coffees. The coffees could have been a bit warmer but overall expedience was good. We would try them again!

The customer service was exceptional! We were served by Lucas, who was a really sweet and upbeat guy, he made our experience here 10x better. Should really get a promotion as I don’t normally write reviews but he deserved one! Thank you so much.

I was served by Sofia today at the Starbucks beckton triangle drive through and she was Absolutely lovely. Both at the machine and at the serving station. She’s friendly, bubbly, sweet, incredibly helpful with my options and made grabbing a quick starbs after work such a pleasant experience. Customer service done right. Should be a manager

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, great coffee and all the savoury and sweet goods you’d expect to find at any Starbucks. It’s my coffee shop of choice since I switched to decaf. Conveniently open till 11pm all nights and stays open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday nights*. Busier Friday nights and the weekend, but quieter in the week especially in the afternoon. *Update: with COVID, the cafe opening times have changed again, now it closes at 22:00 (opening 6:30). Drive through is back to 24 hours. Unfortunately I don’t think the cafe will ever return to 24 hour opening. The drive-through can get very busy which can really slowdown service in the cafe. The cafe has comfy seats at one end and chairs and tables at the other, with plenty of power points that additionally have usb sockets. Something to be wary of, I’m regularly having an extra 5p rung up on the till for a takeout cup even though I’ve asked to sit in with a china mug. Don’t know if this is widespread or not. I’ve complained to staff and Starbucks UK, but it’s still happening!

Honestly, the vibe, her customer service skills were outstanding! Very slow service staff always chatting, Latte £3.70 far to expensive, this is not the Hilton Hotel in Park Lane... I must say the coffee shop is nice and a fantastic idea to be open 24 hours We appreciate that as we both work nights me my wife. Nice place, went after work, clean with plenty of seating and some sofas, toilet facilities available. Accessible for disabled people. Kept relatively clean. Plenty of parking. Usual choice of drinks, bakery products and sandwiches. I tried the chai latte which was sweet, ok for me but my friend thought it was too sweet and ordered coffee instead.

Love that’s it’s 24hrs but staff can be a tad bit slow and get orders wrong how you can get iced mixed with hot mmmm??but as this is one of the only branches that have extra editions available to order it’s a plus. Love the new churro frappes and customising it my way !

Service is poor with too high waiting times for just coffee. The coffee itself is mediocre as all Starbucks coffee is. However, the shop itself is nice and is always clean. The fact that it is open 24 hours too is nice, coming home from a night out and getting a coffee at 2am is always fun, even if it's not the best tasting coffee in the world.

They also have outside chairs if the English weather allows you t take advantage of it. There are enough spaces at the car park which makes it really convenient if you don't want to pay for a car park or waste your time on finding a spot.

Drive through if you're in a rush, friendly staff. Surrounding area is 3/5 cleanliness. Inside the restaurant is a 4/5. Litter pickers would definitely be required with it being so close to KFC and McDonald's. When coming in there can be confusion as the KFC car queue can back up to the traffic light. A separate entrance would help or maybe a complaint to KFC to sort out the way in which cars queue for the drive through.
