Wot a lovely place to be, especially when the sun is shining. Latte was delicious and luscious frothed with beautiful latte art! The Baristas were a cheerful lot! Thanks guys!

Coffee & atmosphere is lovely, with great choice of food, for an artisan cafe! However I am prob 1 of many dog owners that would love this to be dog friendly. As a new local getting to know my cafe stops on a dog walk, I was so upset to find this was NOT dog friendly. A shame I will have to go down to York road in future :(

I had a flat white and a vegan banana muffin. The coffee had a unique taste which I've never tasted before. The muffin was really good too!! Definitely recommend to try this place 😃😃

Been in a couple of times and just a bit disappointed by how it's run. On a cold Saturday at about 3 pm and it was heaving, we (three adults, no kids etc) checked through the window before we went in and there were lots of tables available, went in and ordered then told that we couldn't sit in the area with all the free seats! Had to squeeze onto a tiny table and move once another table became clear. There were another 4 or 5 people at the counter too, I'm assuming they had to leave. Reading other reviews, other comments about being asked to sit in specific places with strollers (which wasn't the case for us) why the rules Storey Coffee? Otherwise tea/coffee and cakes were nice. Shame could be a nice little place but having had this issue a couple of times I don't think I'll come back just to be squashed in when there are tables available.

Excellent food, coffee, and service! I'm sad to see the Story Works location go, but am glad that there is a lovely new brunch location! My only gripe is that the food is a bit pricy given the portion size. Coffee is fairly priced considering the high quality of the drinks themselves and the skills of the owner and baristas.

I learned about this place a couple of years ago and I was dying to try it as I moved to London. It did not disappoint. Coffee is top notch always, staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Small bites and bakes are great too. The overall vibe of this place is just amazing. Definitely on your must try (and come back to) in London list!

Modern coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. Nice to see a mix of small seats and stools for ppl only getting coffee and other tables for people looking for brunch. The coffee is also very tasty. I recommend a flat white. Something to note in advance is that this cafe does not allow laptops or tablets so it is not ideal for a day of working and snacking.

Great on almost every level. I was really happy with my coffee every time I visited and the staff are super nice and accommodating. Once I had the Smashed Avocado (pictured) and it was amazing. The only downside is that they only have this one vegan dish so I would not come here to eat very often without some diversity. But what they do offer is great! 👍

Lovely coffee and food however not Mama and Baby friendly unfortunately 😔. We turned up to be greeted with a note on the door asking for strollers to be left outside which we refused to do as our babies were sleeping, also we did not feel this would be a safe place for our strollers to be left. The server understood and let us bring our stroller inside as we were dining in. The toilets do not have baby changing facilities and I had to change my baby's nappy on the floor. My friends and I unfortunately will not be returning due to the above issues.

The best French toast I've ever had, tres magnifique! Cheese toasty and mocha was excellent too, beautifully presented and served promptly. Decor is clean, comfortable and nice with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Overall a very cool vibe! Highly recommended.

Coffee Story does great coffee and has a smart interior. The service is good and the staff are always friendly. However the pricing is in my view slightly bonkers with a light lunch and a coffee coming in at a hefty £20. The food menu is also quite limited so you pay a lot for some pretty unimaginative concoctions. Perhaps the rent is sky high given the location? But adding an additional £4 to an already pricey plate of scrambled eggs just for a side of salmon is something else! There's a screens ban too which is a nice touch!

Had the americano, and bought back some beans. Pretty good ☕️

Lovely coffee and shop, which I visit often, however I really resent being charged 50p for a splash of non-dairy milk. There is enough demand nowadays, and I truly believe that the surcharge is clearly disproportionate. I would visit daily if it was included, or more reasonable priced, but instead I go to Kat Coffee the other side of my flat.

Best place to go before an exam, it really relaxes you and cools down all nerves. Will defo go every time before exams.

Fantastic Customer Service, polite and welcoming. The business was clean, tidy and well organised with aselection of local products on sale. The coffee was not bitter, a smooth enjoyable drink. My daughter said that the hot chocolate was phenomenal, I will take her word, she is a bit of an expert. Overall, fantastic place in Wandsworth to grab a coffee on the go.

The third star happened only because the food was delicious. But the service and the atmosphere not within the standards I experienced here before, and surely not acceptable. I felt not welcome and awkward, the blonde waitress/barista literally rolled her eyes at me. The place was empty, so this attitude is even less excusable.

Disappointing service - 20 minute wait for coffees with 3 other customers in the cafe at 8am. Paid the bill and realised they had put full service charge on without asking - even though we had to walk up and ask for anything we wanted to order as the service was so slow - even with 5 staff on and 2 other customers! I don’t have an issue with paying full service charge, especially when the service is good and because it’s a local business. However, as the service was so poor and we weren’t asked about service charge - it felt very cheeky of them to add a full 12.5% to the total bill instead of the 50% bill, as all other local restaurants and cafe’s are doing. Great coffee but terrible customer service - the customers next to us had an issue with their Apple Pay (they were regular customers) instead of letting them both go home to grab their wallet (they lived across the street) they asked if they could leave something valuable behind (the Bill was only £15!) terrible service for loyal customers and a local business.
