My first afternoon tea and I loved it! The lady was so so nice you could see she really cares for her customers.
Tea was absolutely delicious as well as sandwiches and cakes. Would definitely recommend. 🥰

The best afternoon I ever had in London! It’s a lovely place, the lady who manage the place is very kind. The scones were freshly baked, hot and tender. The tea was perfect, served in old fashioned tea pot. I wish could give more than 5 stars.

Best afternoon tea I've had so far. All cakes were freshly made and I loved the scones. The ambiance was appealling too.

Amazing afternoon tea on a rainy day. Everything brought out was freshly hand made and delicious. Hosted by the sweetest lady.

Had a lovely afternoon tea at Tea Darling for my mums birthday.
The shop is a bit of an unexpected surprise; wonderfully decorated...vintage yet modern.
Pam the owner was brilliant, really accommodating and attentive. The food was fresh, homemade...plenty of tea/coffee all served in decorated teapots, cups and saucers...each unique and so lovely i wanted some of them for my own collection!! As you sip and eat away, there's old music playing in the background, which gives you a tiny glimpse of the 50's.
I can say we all really enjoyed ourselves and had a nice day out 😊
Thanks for the lovely experience!

Charming vintage tea room run by the fabulous Pam. Cakes and scones to die for and tea on tap - what's not to love? Gluten free and vegan options available, and dogs are welcome too.

Had a lovely tea with banana cake and scone with jam and cream. Nice and unique atmosphere. Great service.

Pam was so so so sweet to our family and especially our children. Everything was fresh and delicious. We loved the decorations and music. We also enjoyed talking with her. She had vegan options for my sister as well. This was our first tea time and we can't wait to come back to visit!

We enjoyed a lovely warm fresh scone, clotted cream, amazing jam along with freshly made tea in little china teapot yesterday in this lovely quirky find in Acton. Lovely warm welcome from the host too. We will be back.

Today I was treated to an afternoon tea by my son and his friends. What a delightful experience. Pam welcomed us with a friendly smile and served tea in vintage cups and saucers. I felt like the queen pouring tea. The scones were fluffy and the tuna sandwich was delicious. Can't wait to go back!

This place is a gem! Such a cozy atmosphere and the tea and dessert was amazing! Everything so fresh! The lady was so friendly and made sure everyone was happy. I will definitely be returning!

I've been here a few times recently with my friends and we just keep coming back! They have various delicious cakes everytime so there's always something new to try, along with my pot of tea. It's such a cosy atmosphere filled with wonderful decor and background music, which really gives you the vintage feel. Very friendly owner and staff. Excellent service. Reasonably priced.
I like how they creatively update the shop front design to suit seasonal occasions such as Mothers day, Easter etc.

A lovely place for a traditional cuppa, freshly baked cakes and high tea; all set in a wonderfully decorated location. You really feel like you’ve taken a step back in time. Pam (the owner) is a welcoming, bubbly person who you can tell puts a lot of love into her establishment. Also caters for vegans. I shall definitely be returning.

A great find! Was looking for an afternoon tea to enjoy after a BUCS event in Horsenden hill. As not the centre of london, we were limited but struck upon Tea Darling, as it was highly rated and looked unique. Rating is totally justified, beautifully fresh sandwiches (only made once we were sat down), organic tea with no bitter aftertaste, gorgeous assortment of cakes and the best warm soft melty scones. Mmmm my tum thanks me and hates me all at the same time (just so much but I couldn’t turn any of it down). The space was filled with vintage china, bunting and classic 40s music. Despite being the only customers upstairs we were not rushed at all, spending over an hour and a half catching up and filling up. My only disappointment is I forgot to take photos - because my appetite took over. Simply put this is a truly classic afternoon tea done extremely well. I can only hope when the world resumes to ‘normal’ Tea Darling will be buzzing - as it deserves to be.

The best place to drink your tea (and eat your afternoon tea). I've never eaten scones like these. These are the most amazing scones. We used to come often to enjoy this quiet place and spend time with the owner.
Everybody should know this place in greater London.
J.
What a lovely place! I had cakes & scones and everything was absolutely delicious and fresh.

It's not the cheapest option but it is delightful as a special treat and everything fresh and of the best quality. Gorgeous mismatched China Frank Sinatra in the air and charming service from Pam. We had delicious sandwiches including my favourite egg mayonnaise, cream tea with warm scones, cheesecake, apple tart, macerons, lemon cake, Victoria sponge. Lots went in a doggy bag for my son as it was too much for 2 even though we had no lunch. Bottomless Joe's Earl Grey tea was a revelation and I ordered a bag of loose leaf on my way home. Altogether a wonderful way to celebrate my impending grandchild and his beautiful mother.

Beautiful place with the most lovely hostess!
D.
It’s well worth coming out of your way to this gorgeous little cafe. Pam is not only a wonderful host but excellent company to have a chat with.
Please come hungry too, as the cakes are delicious and you’ll be having a couple rounds for sure.
I’ll be coming back with the entire family!

Tea Darling is highly recommended...definitely the place to go for delicious cakes, afternoon tea set in warm and cosy vintage surroundings and vintage crockery and cutlery. Our response was wow! to each unique cup & saucer, plate, spoon, fork, cake!! Amazing place. We had a beautiful spread of vegan and vegetarian cakes sandwiches and unique hot drinks!!

Took my mother in law for afternoon tea. It was such a lovely experience. The service was great. Pam made us feel very welcome. Thank you very much Pam we shall be back

My family and I had a wonderful lunch and cream tea here on Sunday afternoon. I had the soup of the day followed by cream tea, both of which were accompanied by an endless flow of tea! The service was fantastic, the lady working was very polite and friendly. Thank you for a lovely afternoon, we will definitely be back!

We ordered the vegan afternoon tea to takeaway and would recommend it to everyone. The owner's care and attention to detail really shine through. It came beautifully packed, ready to be served up on our own china, with three choices of teabags in a cute jar. The sandwich fillings were inventive, the scones (complete with vegan cream) fluffy and light, and the cakes, red velvet, lemon & blueberry, and chocolate, were all delicious. Perfect for a celebration or just to make someone's day.

Just spent 2.5 hours enjoying the delicious food and tea at Tea Darling. The nicest Earl Grey tea I have had in years from joesteacompany.com , the most delicious scones, both sweet and savoury cooked by the lovely Pam. Will definitely be back. We need more old fashioned tea shops like this, proper tea, real cakes and scones, great China cups and saucers. What is not to like.

Spent a lovely afternoon with friends at this wonderful tea room. Great sandwiches, delicious cakes and never ending cups of tea, together with the owner Pam's lovely personality, made it so enjoyable. All of us will definitely be recommending Tea Darling to friends and family.

Fabulous place! A real little gem. Love the teas in the proper china cups and saucers, the handmade cakes are divine and Pam and partners are lovely. Perfect!

As ever, we had a lovely time at 'Tea Darling.' Nothing is too much trouble for Pam the owner. Every visit is always as good as the first. Thanks Pam.
A. S.
Love this place - a 'proper' teashop, with a lovely range of teas in vintage mismatched China, and delicious cakes (the warmed buttered tea loaf is heavenly!) and scones, and the nicest possible staff who have done their absolute best to keep the traditional tea shop ambience and relaxed cosy atmosphere amidst the Covid-19 hygiene and spacing regulations, which are of the highest standard so customers can relax confident in the knowledge that it's safe to do so. Massive 'thumbs up' for Tea, Darling?!

The owner, Pam is a very friendly, lovely lady and quite amusing. Her service was flawless, we just dropped in a day before our return flight not knowing we needed a reservation but she accommodated us providing us with an authentic afternoon tea experience. The tea and assortment of cakes were delicious! Thank you for such a lovely afternoon
M. M.
This is THE most adorable place for a little tea and cake!!!! Pam is an absolute darling, the tea is delicious and I dare you to only have one piece of any of the baked goods... the cheese scones are INCREDIBLE! The come warm and with a blob of butter. Perfection❤️

A meet up with old friends or, new.
This delightful gem of a tea room, Tea Darling will not disappoint. The warm welcome from Pam is the clincher, the decor is calming and pleasant with the beautiful assortment of china displayed. There is nice, mellow music in the background. A must try is, soup of the day. Oh golly! Then comes the array of delicious, homemade cakes, not to mention the teas to choose from. My friend and I had the most wonderful girlie catch up and we are booking the afternoon tea, just because. Thank you Pam, see you soon from Dorothy X

Fabulous place and the food and cake was yummy.
Pam the owner is lovely and made us feel at home straightaway. Highly recommend brings one back to the 40s/50s. Thank you Pam.

Lovely authentic tea room with a vintage vibe. We were made to feel very welcome and the cakes were delicious. Our two year old loved the chocolate chip banana cake. Will definately be returning

A review we don't want to make ... purely because we don't want to share this perfect vintage getaway with anyone else.
It really can't be faulted in any way, from the decor, to the music (thanks for the Al Bowlly request).
The owner Pam made us feel so at home and welcomed that we really didn't want to leave. After having two pots of tea and two of her delicious homemade cakes we ended up staying for 3 hours... we go out for lots of tea and cake and that never happens ... so that alone speaks volumes about this little place that takes you back in time and keeps you there ... absolute gem of a place ... tea darling?
G. S.
Absolutely loved their cream tea. Great quality tea and the scones were heavenly. Thr lemon and poppy seed cake was a bit underwhelming though but will definitely be returning for cream tea!
J. F.
We were made to feel so very welcome for our afternoon tea on Mothering Sunday. Pam and her team do a fantastic job and catered easily to our dietary requirements. Definitely somewhere I'd recommend to friends and family.
J. W.
Pam was lovely. She allowed me to easily organise a voucher for my Grandma to go and enjoy High Tea, as I live in Australia - my Grandma hasn't stopped raving about it since and has told all her friends about it! Thank you so much Pam :D I look forward to visiting myself later this year.
P. R.
The scones are the best I've ever had!
K.
Wonderful, lovely cafe.
I really appreciated the service of the owner.
All cake and scone will make you happy.

Had the most loveliest experience today, the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was so cosy and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Lovely tearoom! I do work here so I am biased, but what a great place to work! The cake is to die for and equally delicious vegan options. And lunch! Oooh amazing! And cooked by me ;).
L. A.
.Md Evans is partly correct. Tea Darling has gone from Questors - many months ago in fact! (it was only a long term pop-up @ this busy theatre)
Pam has how found a new permanent home in Churchfield Road in Acton.
She's only been open a few days but is already wowing her new locals with delicious home made cakes & tea served on beautiful vintage China.
Pam runs her tea room with a great love for all things vintage - even the music playing is 40s - so there's no WiFi on offer: you'll have to have good old fashioned conversation - tee hee. I'm sure Acton will relish this wonderful addition to a street that has a real village feel - ideal for a welcoming a tea room with such a unique style.
Pam also does bookable afternoon teas - & has vouchers on sale as Christmas presents - now there's a brilliant idea!
It's a delightful & charming break from the 21st century - everybody needs a Tea Darling!

Ordered a chocolate cake and a Victoria sponge at very short notice for Easter. They went down a treat. Sponge as light as air!!!!
