Beautiful place, good food and great service! I celebrated my baby girl shower few weekends ago and my guests and I had a great time! Everything was perfect! Deco, food, drinks, music system, service. I’ve booked 2,5 hours for 16 people. We had afternoon tea and I added some extras like macarons and dip chocolate strawberries (it was enough) I saw some bad reviews but I think is because people don’t know how to run a business as Sam is quite straight forward with all the details written down in the contract. My only concern is that the service should be at least 2 hours and she could be more flexible about cancellations and method of payment. It’s true that the venue is expensive but you have the whole venue for yourself with fresh flowers, you can choose a little bit the decoration and you have always someone serving you. I think that everything depends of what are you willing to pay. Thank you for the whole experience Sam ☕️🍰

Sam was very accommodating for all of our requests, before and during the event. Our bride had a great time! We played games, dressed up in hats, enjoyed the food and played the best of 90s music! Overall would recommend this place - great for a hen do, baby shower, birthday etc. Thanks Sam!

Thank you Sam for a great service provided. Sam was very professional, friendly and efficient when I enquired about using the Tea Party services for my best friends baby shower. I was impressed by how beautifully decorated the room was for 12 guests. The mum to be and all of the guests had a great time. The afternoon tea (finger sandwiches, scones, cupcakes, homemade lemonade) was delicious! Thanks again Sam!

Had my sisters bridal shower here. Simply stunning venue and all to ourselves! We brought the music and games and Sam provided us with an amazing spread and was very accommodating. The chocolate strawberries and red velvet cake are a must! Thanks again Sam for a super lovely afternoon! x

I was slightly apprehensive after reading some reveiws however I had an amazing bridal shower here on 16th September. Yes it is £30 per person but it is a private event. The decor was beautiful and the food was lovely. The food and drink were constantly refilled and they pack the patisserie for you to take home! There was too much food to finish! Allison was Julia were great and Allison especially was lovely, friendly and attentive. She was always making sure we were ok with a lovely smile. We never felt we were watched and we never had trouble getting help. My guests commented on how much they enjoyed my shower and how they would return. I just wished I had booked more than 2 and half hours! Thank you Allison, Julia and Sam for a lovely event on the run up to my wedding x

Sam hosted a hen party for us in October and it was a HUGE success!! The venue is beautifully decorated with cute pastel colours and is like something in a fantasy land!! We had loads of fun and the ladies running just left us to run our party how we liked! The cakes and sandwiches were yummy and the pink lemonade was the perfect touch as we had people of all ages so not everyone wanted bubbles. The whole process of organising a huge surprise for the bride to be and her bridal party of 16 people was so easy having Samantha help us book and ensure we had the right amount of food for everyone! Definately the PERFECT venue for any girly event!! Highly recommended!! We will be returning Xx

What a beautiful venue, team and food. I organised my friends hen do at Sams Tea Party and I found the whole experience to be excellent, Sam was super helpful and put me at total ease throughout the whole booking process, the venue was beautifully decorated and everything as it should be. The food was constantly being topped up and we had a really lovely and relaxed afternoon. It was a highlight of the hen weekend. Thanks so much Sam!

Sam, Thanks so much for Saturday, everyone had a great time and kept commenting how beautiful the tea rooms looked - the place is a real hidden gem! Had a bridal shower event on 18th August 2018. Sam was absolutely brilliant! Great host! The decor matched the theme without me telling Sam. The food was great and everyone loved it. Would definitely be coming back here again. Thank you Sam

The venue is so cute! Sam had been helpful during the booking process and prompt in her replies. She was warm and welcoming when my guests arrived and ensured we had what we wanted. My only suggestion would be to be able to select the background music to really personalise the experience more. I would return here and recommend Tea Party

We had a 40th birthday Tea party here, it was amazing! Sam went the extra mile for us and made the party so special. The décor was perfect and the Tea, sandwiches and cakes were delicious. We all had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our day so special Sam!

Super cute and unique, you get what you pay for. Afternoon Tea in london is expensive and you don’t get privacy and a chance to have a party in the cutest setting! Food was filling and tasted goood with leftovers. I would only suggest that 2 hours was not enough and flew by fast. Also bring your own speakers as the one they supply is not that loud and often disconnects. Other than that its a great shout for a fun and unique party. Yes it’s expensive but so are all other Afternoon Tea party packages in London so.. not sure what all the other negative reviewers were expecting from £32??! Oh and the pink lemonade is soooo delish!

I'm sure you've heard this a million times before but the guests were just in love with the venue and thought that the event was awesome - the setting, the decorations, the food were all fabulous. Everyone had a great time and everything turned out perfect! Will definitely consider another event there!

When I saw the Teaparty first time I fell in love with it: I had an instant feelig. Yes, I will have my wedding here! And so it was! And what an amazing day we had!! Thank you for the very professional service, food, organising. The owner is superb. Made everything for us!! All I had to do is to turn up and enjoy my big day! She made it special. We had 30 guests, everybody was constantly served, gorgeous food, (my favourite was the cucumber) great decor, it was just my dream. I love the table decoration, which we could discuss previously how we wanted and she done everything as we wished for! And we all loved the chocolate dipped strawberries!! The best ever! Thank you for my dream wedding!

Firstly, I cannot believe the negative reviews I am reading on here. Please go check out the Facebook and Instagram pages as they are more representative. I did my research there before settling for this place. My interaction with Sam was great who responded to my emails fairly quickly and provided me with all the info I needed to organise a no fuss Hen Do. I organised a Hen Party for my sister on 30 July 2017 and it was pretty easy to find. There was 10 of us (should've been 12 but 2 cancelled) which I thought might be a bit lame but the place is cute and everyone felt it was a good size. Any more than 20 would feel crazy down there but manageable. Food, drinks (tea and were even offered mint tea), decor and atmosphere was great! I’ve posted on various social media platforms and everyone has been commenting on how amazing it looks! The negative reviews about food and service are rubbish! I ordered many items from the extras menu (macarons, mini patisserie, jammie dodgers, choc dipped strawberries etc.) which was worth every single penny. People need to understand that you get what you pay for and it’s girly take on an afternoon tea so you’re not going to get meals. This isn't the traditional high tea which actually is very refreshing as other places you can't really let your hair down and have a bit of fun. I did a few other extras such as balloons and bunting which looked great! We were allowed to take the balloons home as well which is great but just be wary of how you’re taking them home. I had 10 balloons for one table which was crazy!! Probably should have got 5 or something but made it look even more glamorous. I extended the party for half hour for a cost which was fine. My only comment would be that the normal time for the experience should be 2 hours and then have the option of add half hour. Just based on my other afternoon tea experiences but this is a unique offering of private space hire so I understand that. We were running out of time in the end but we did squeeze in 4 games! I wish I had added another 30 minutes. One of the extra bonuses for free were the hats which we had fun messing around with and taking pics and the Tiara which the bride LOVED! All fabulous little touches which made all the more difference. Overall we had a fabulous experience and service. We were able to take the food we didn’t eat minus the sandwiches for health and safety which was great as the men in our life felt they missed out so they got a little bit of the experience we did. I loved the concept of this and hope it continues to do well. I cannot wait to come here again, already thinking of excuses to come back! Hope to come again very soon.

I would like to thank Sam, I had the most wonderful baby shower at her beautiful space. She is the most accommodating and sweet host who did everything she could to make sure everything was perfect! A unique, exclusive and wonderful space and I would definitely recommend it to those that would like something different. I can't wait for another excuse to go again. Loved it!
