D. J.Coffe, food and staff are great, but the seating is terrible. All the wooden benches and tiny stools leave you sitting in a stress position, with just one comfy sofa tucked away in an alcove. It's a huge disparity of comfort with the 1% of customers sitting in their comy sofa looking down on the hard chair and stool sorry folk.
The toilet decor looks like your stoner mates mum's house from the mid 90s and is glorious.
G. Z.Such a lovely place! There is a really nice selection of food & drinks and the prices are super decent. The place is decorated with cute and a bit bizarre objects, it is all in all very cozy on cold and rainy days.

Would definitely visit any time I was in the area. If you are close by and want a bite or simply a coffee make sure to stop here.

V. P.Nice place just in front of Brockley Station, superb coffee and a lot of bakery items and essential products are sold as well! This cafe is doing a great job staying open during the pandemic and there's a great consideration for the cleaning standards and the social distancing rules!

M. W.Wonderful coffee ☕ and tasty snacks. Needs to be a bit more proactive with accurate opening times on G Maps - have twice travelled a long distance to them to enjoy their coffee only to find them closed. Once for a private party, the other time just closed.

I. C.Love the coffee and pastries! Usually get them to go, seating isn't great but they are limited on space. Staff are variable but most are really friendly and helpful. One complaint - if you get tea to have in, it comes in a tiny cup! A bigger mug or preferably a little pot would be much better - I can't visit with my tea-drinking friends because of this. But it's my top pick for coffee and vegan baked treats!

M. W.It's a vegan menu. We had the beans on toast and the avocado on toast and both were tasty. When you order a coffee they ask you what milk you want and look down at you if you say cow's milk, so if you're vegan, this is the place for you. The seating area is a bit cramped and uncomfortable but it's ok to stay for a short while.
J.A good selection of gluten free cakes; also they serve delicious cinnamon buns available only on Saturdays; a wide range of organic products and breads...a brown sourdough bread is so good! Friendly service. Not sure about the decor but i guess that depends on one's taste.

Lazy Sunday afternoon watching the world go by sitting outside. Great cocktails too and only £6. Liked the coffee and liked the green, organic and fairtrade products. Might go back today for more cake :)

M. E.We love Broca, it's our regular spot for breakfast and an after work drink. My boyfriend organised a treasure hunt for me to propose, and Broca was one of the locations. The staff were so lovely and helpful with it, as they always are about everything. The smokey molasses beans for breakfast are delicious.

Nice coffee in their trademark colourful cups, which always bring a smile to my face. They serve reasonably priced soup, sandwiches and some of the largest almond croissants I think I have ever seen.
S. P.These guys are great. Staff are really friendly, coffee superb, tasty fresh soups and sandwiches, quirky and cosy decor if you wanna stay a while. They also sell a mix of basic and hard-to-find groceries (half dozen box of organic eggs for £1!!) and are a darn sight better than the overpriced and snooty Brown's next door. A breath of fresh, local, community-focused air.
D. S.Amazing vegan options in this cafe, I take a longer walk to work most mornings to pop in with my dog on the way to work. The cosmic hot chocolate is amazing!

T. A.Fantastic vegeterian place. The coffee is great and they have a few non-dairy milk options. It is also a small grocery store with a nuce selection of organic fruits and vegan supplies (oatmeal, energy bars etc.)
Their brunch options are really good and everything is relatively fairly priced.

Z. P.The right side of quirky, this friendly fun cafe serves up sandwiches (with amusing names like Ham Solo and Vote for Pedro) and coffee in charity shop find cups. The staff here are particularly lovely and always make you feel welcome. Seating-wise, you're spoiled for choice here - there's dining chairs, church pews, leather sofas tucked in corners and long benches. There's also a 'take one leave one' library for those who like book swapping... The only thing is that this place is cash only so remember to bring some with you.

And the deserts are healthy enough to always give you an excuse...except the peanutbutter brownie...but who needs an excuse for that :)

D. P.As Italian I can testify the cappuccino is excellent. The environment is fancy but actually the furniture is not that comfy. The overall atmosphere is, despite the efforts, not very friendly.
