Busy time of day and raining outside so packed inside but it's a stylish if not excessively comfortable interior We placed our order and waited with a 'number' only to eventually watch our server disappear outside with our rapidly cooling coffees before eventually finding us inside - not particularly sharp service really We were sat at a bar near to the service area and watched the staff - they were really quite slow and impervious to increasing speed to Costa/Starbucks levels to meet demand. Just steady and casual preparation speeds. Needs better management to sharpen it up a bit in my opinion

I was a bit disappointed with the coffee but their earl grey tea changed my feedback. It is the best one so far. Nice staffs, so polite and professional. Cozy place to sit, chat and enjoy.

Good coffee, but not exceptionally good. I guess it’s always the same thing with coffee chains: They provide good, stable quality, but he usually no positive surprises. The Gentleman Baristas is a good example here: You can enjoy a good cup of cappuccino or coffee there, but you’ll find some independent coffee shops all over London that might provide better quality at lower prices. However come on close to Piccadilly it’s not that easy to find a good alternative, so TGB might be a good idea to visit, if you’re craving a coffee.

I love this place. I love their aesthetic. I love their service. I love their products. I love their use of technology. Always friendly. The coffee is fabulous. No need for sugar, although they do have it if you want it. They make their hot chocolate with ganache, so it’s rich! Their baked goods are very well done. They have a contactless, unobtrusive loyalty card program. Amazing. They have a contactless way to donate. Payment is contactless. Great employment of technology. I make a point to come here when I’m in town. It’s a gem. I can’t believe there aren’t more of them.

Love the free coffee gimmick today with hat and tag. But the coffee was indeed really good. A bit towards high acidity that I like , the blend columbia and Brazil, has the note of blueberry was pleasant. The single origin, Nicaragua, high acidity with the note of red wine. LOVE IT

Visiting The Gentlemen Baristas is a must when you’re in London, staff are amazing and coffee is taken seriously. This Piccadilly branch is perfectly located and it is exactly what was missing in the iconic street! Definitely a favorite.

Always found it difficult to get a decent coffee and pastry in Green Park - not any more! Gentlemen Baristas have a few other spots in London which are decent too. Nice decor, good quality coffee. A change from the normal ones in this area.

Good vibe. Average espresso (too sour / acidic for my palette). If you are after milk based coffees and good vibe, you will enjoy the experience. if you are after a straight-up espresso, this may not be the right place for you.

Cheerful baristas, coupled with delicious artisanal coffee. What more can you ask for in the middle of Piccadilly? The only thing was the banana bread was a tad bit too thin and tiny for its price of 3.20 quids.

Very disappointed to be told by the waiter, that I could only have my coffee from a paper cup as they were closing in half an hour. I asked if I could sit down with my coffee in a paper cup. To be told yes, but they are closing in half an hour. The waiter explained that " he" was very tired as he has two jobs. I replied that "he" was a busy "boy" then. To be told " how do I know "he" is a "boy"? and not a girl ? To be honest, I really don't give a stuff !!! Boy /girl or anything in between...all I wanted to do....was part with some hard earned money 💰 to buy a coffee in a China cup !!! I won't be going back and will not recommend !!!!

Only comment I have is the long waiting time for a take away coffee. I am having to wait up to 17mins in minimal space available for my decaf coffee (which I might add sometimes has to be remade as not decaf). Either acquire another machine, or baristas need to up their game on the timing.

Great coffee and customer service, the atmosphere is awesome, the coffee variety is what is impressive the most, they hold coffees from all regions! in addition to a specialist barista that prepares the coffee to the tone of perfection. Beautiful selection of pastry to compliment your visit. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Nice and charming furniture and decor. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Always a delight. I love coming here because there is an abundance of plugs, strong Wi-Fi, great coffee, tasty food, and quirky decor - I desperately want to try on every single hat - with some gorgeous coffee paintings dotted around the cosy interior. Most importantly, the staff is really excellent. They are friendly, helpful, competent and genuinely accommodating. Special shout-out to Giuseppe for always being welcoming and wonderful. Whether you're coming in for a quick break, watching the passers-by from your window stool, or a longer meeting at one of the tables inside or outside, this is a great place for a breather in the heart of London's hustle and bustle.
