Great choice of menu and fresh produce with good quality ingredients used. They have good choice of coffee and pastries too. Try their Banana Cake it's awesome. Tom Tom coffee house is close to victoria coach station so it will be ideal place to wait and rest before journey. Great service from staff as well.

I was writing a review about Elizabeth Street for my blog. We had breakfast at Tomtom Coffee House. I had a supergreen omelette and my partner had the spicy tuna toastie. Both very tasty. The staff were super friendly. We sat outside and enjoyed the hustle and bustle of pretty Elizabeth Street.

A very pleasant cafe tucked down a side road not far from Buckingham Palace. The staff were pleasant though the time taken to do a simple toastie lunch was a little too long for my liking. They also forgot a drink order. The cheese and tomato toastie and tuna toastie were very nice and the orange juice delicious. Probably not one to seek and go out of your way for but if you're in the vicinity then worth the while. An amiable atmosphere overall.

Wow! One of the best places to get coffee in SW1 area, I must say. Highly recommended. They have a range of tantalizing bakes too, both savory and sweet. They also sell Allpress whole coffee beans :)

Worth a visit and more than just a grab and go. Acceptable coffee, kind/prompt service, and aesthetically pleasing presentation of the dish. The outside seating was welcome on a sunny day. The plating is impractical yet adds to the nouvelle ambiance. Four stars for harmonious interplay between all the named elements with the final star reserved for when everything is exceptional.

Excellent coffee and good breakfast We stayed in the neighborhood and decided to try the breakfast over there. I had great poached eggs on avocado toast and my son had sunny side up. The espresso macchiato was superb and also the hot chocolate was good. Good value for breakfast if you stay in the hotels nearby.

Very delicious oat latte. Went 2 days in a row for the taste. Friendly service both at the counter and breakfast table service. Tiny, basic place with not many seats, but a cosy feel. The high bench seats are quite uncomfy & awkward to sit on. No idea if there's free WiFi. If so it wasn't advertised well, but it's so small I'd feel bad to sit there on a laptop. Take away only after about 7pm, and we got kicked out around 7.30pm.

This was the first time I went to Tomtom. I found the member of staff who served me (cashier) to be unhelpful and unfriendly. I felt like I was being rushed and not informed properly on what I ordered. The barista was nicer and more polite. The Tomtom filter coffee was alright, but I could have been more satisfied if I had been given the attention and opportunity to order something to my taste. I might go back another time to see if I can get a better experience. Maybe the member of staff who served me was having a rough day?

Quality coffee in a city seemingly starved of options at the highest end. My Magic (dbl Ristretto with 3/4 milk) was superb. Service was a little slow but the barista was doing his best in a tight space.

Good coffee and delicious food. I went there a Saturday morning and there was more staff than customers. Staff seemed a bit bored, but at least I got great service. I can only judge the place from their coffee, which is very good. If you're in Victoria waiting for a bus or train, forget Starbucks or Pret and hit this place up. It's a few pennies more expensive, but it's definitely worth the extra for a great cup of coffee.

The milk isn't burnt and the decor is relaxed. Falling very far behind the London coffee scene however. Confused menu charging 2.90 for a one shot cappuccino. the baristas are sloppy not properly cleaning their baskets between shots. The coffee tasted burnt. The milk texturing is poor. Still probably the best place to get a coffee to my knowledge of you are waiting for a coach, though I would go elsewhere looking for a decent artisan coffee.

...or at least order for takeaway so there's seats left for me! (Actually, before 10:30am and after 2pm on weekdays, there's usually at least a few free seats...it's just lunch rush that can be chancy.) They serve top-notch lattes/cappuccinos...among the best I've had in the U.S. or U.K. I'd put them in the same echelon as Monmouth Coffee in London SoHo and Ninth Street Espresso in NYC. What they offer above those places, though, is a small but adequate menu of breakfast/light lunch items and a really relaxed atmosphere. Service is friendly, but depending on your personality, you may find it deliciously relaxed or painfully inattentive/slow. Consider paying for your meal when you order it so that you don't have to requeue again to settle accounts post-meal. As a friend observed, they also serve one kind of beer on tap (and several others bottled) and sell cigars from their sister shop across the street.

We tried numerous coffee shops in the area locally around Belgravia. Tom Toms was by far the best coffee around. The extraction times and temperature were good for the double espresso. The beans were a Sumatran variety, most likely a Mandheling. It was roasted to a Full City level which allowed the origin flavor to come through as opposed to the Viennese roasts we found at every other cafe. I roast my own beans and tend to be pretty snobby about coffee but Tom Tom's was very drinkable as opposed to others that I tried and dumped out into the gutter.

The flat white was one of the strongest I’ve ever had – cardiac arrest is surely only a heartbeat away, and I mean that as a compliment. But whilst the tables outside the cafe are nice, inside there are only a handful of seats and the high stools are so uncomfortable that I moved. Staff seem unbothered and, whilst coffee was decently priced at £2.50 (a small price to pay for how efficient I’m going to be this afternoon), a KitKat was £1.

This cafe is so gorgeous and cosy that you'd never think it was a few minutes away from the ugliness of Victoria station. On a snowy Sunday morning it ticks all the boxes - papers freely available, a large table stacked with croissants and a brunch menu that offers fish finger sandwiches. Thanks to the Pimlico location it's a little on the pricey side - how tea and a fish finger sandwich comes to over £7 baffles me - and the service was less than sharp. But in an area full of Starbucks and Caffe Neros, it's a good place to keep in mind.
