m.The Venice Cafe is a typical British style cafe serving the stereotypical British cafe fare. Except the coffee is pretty decent. The staff aren't really that friendly. Neither of the 2 I interacted with could raise a smile.
Aside from the coffee, I ordered scrambled eggs on toast. Another stereotypical British breakfast item. I thought it was okay. Not a very big portion and the eggs were a drier than I prefer for scrambled eggs.
The items came to a very reasonable £4, so can't complain too much.

A. R.The best place for a fry up in Hackney central. Great prices and good sized portions. Also service has never not been perfect. Coffee is better than any fry up place around and included with a breakfast. Would definitely recommend to all.
