Coffee was nice I enjoyed it a lot. Love the environment especially on the sunny day. Good place to have some quick lunch too. Unfortunately my Watch House apps did not work very well in that place. Such a shame that I could not claim for free coffee rewards on that day.

A relaxing place and they do nice coffee. I like their banana bread though I found the standard varies, it’s very good on some days but not so good on other days. The toffee loaf is also quite good, not too sweet.

I was recommended WatchHouse as a go to coffee shop on my travels to London and it definitely didn’t disappoint. I used the app to order coffee and I wasn’t aware of the perk of having your first coffee for free. It really is a nice gesture and one I wasn’t expecting. I really liked the ambience and the coffee was delicious. I will definitely be back and I’ll check out some of the other WatchHouse locations in London too.

I've been to this Watch house a few times. You have never disappointed my expectations! The staff is polite and knowledgeable. The quality and taste of the coffee are unique. You can opt for various coffee and food choices. In fact, all the refinement behind this enterprise is tangible. The special beauty of this place is given by the surrounding environment, being located in the Somerset building, one of the best known and most beautiful in London. I absolutely recommend it if you want to live a unique experience.

A lovely speciality place for coffee. For people like me who have preference when it comes to their coffee, I highly recommend going to Watchhouse. The staff is really well trained and familiar with all coffee types and methods.

This place is easily missed cos it's situated right smack inside Somerset House. But once discovered, one will surely visit it again and again. Beautiful with a large selection of pastries and even breakfast sandwiches. You can choose to sit outside or inside and both are equally good choices. Service was prompt, cheerful and fast! Do visit when you are in the Strand!

Possibly one of my most favourite coffee places in London. Great service, excellent coffee and yummy food. Also it is so aesthetically pleasing.

Nice little café and I come here frequently just to sit outside in the courtyard. I think it's nice to get away from all the busy traffic and road noise for a while and just relax. Coffees are well made and I like their brownies too. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

Incredible coffee. Good food. Amazing vibe. Good for university students! Also staff is INCREDIBLY friendly!!!!! Everyone here is smiley and very very sweet. Highly recommend this place. However, some customers were slightly rude to students. BUT the staff is very accommodating!!

Loved this cafe. Good vibes, mellow music, clean, very well lit, well spaced and of course fresh organic food. Coffee was really good, although sizes of cup could have been bigger. After a few gulps, I had to order more. I loved the pastries, some of the best I have had in a while too. Everything about the cafe was lovely.

Such a beautiful venue. Had seen this online and when I got there it lived up to expectations. It was slightly busier than expected but they sat me promptly and took my order quickly. Coffee was tasty (although slightly expensive for London) but couldn't fault it. The brownie was delicious and the interior beautiful. Would definitely go back again in the future to try more of their menu.

Very busy, mainly student-type venue. Food reheated was very dry and lost quality. Tea came brewed in a see-through pot, stylish but I would prefer to be able to be it longer and remove the tea myself.

An incredible location for a coffee shop. It feels like it's tucked away inside of a palace. Service is great, free wifi and delicious pour over coffees. They also have some savory vegan breakfast items that were tasty as well. Couldn't ask for a better spot to get some work done!

I made my first visit today and I was really impressed. Very nicely presented coffee shop, the range of food and drinks on offer was well balanced, I'm not a fan of places that try to do too much but also not keen on overly minimalist shops either. The staff seemed friendly and efficient and the flat white was excellent for the price and location. I can easily see myself becoming a regular visitor.

I love WatchHouse and frequent other locations but last week was my first time at the Somerset House location. I specifically picked this location because of their opening hours online, it would allow me to work until COB and have a drink before I met friends. When I arrived I placed my order and settled in to work. Not even 20 minutes later I was asked to leave as they were closing early, and my order hadn't even been brought out to me yet. I was then given a takeaway cup and moved along. I was in the middle of completing an important email so I sat at the tables outside and again within 5 minutes the chairs and tables were collected - this was all more than an hour before the cafe was supposed to close. If a businesses opening hours are going to change, even for a day, update it online, have a sign up and nearing the time of closing let your customers know. I'll come back eventually and update my

Amazing cafe to enjoy your morning. Lots of spaces inside with a perfect lighting and huge windows allowing us to get some air. Strong coffee. Staffs are very friendly they even allowed us to pick table first before ordering. Had a great time here and would definitely come back!

It's a really nice place with nice music, aesthetic and air flow. However, they banned laptops on weekends? Apparently it's because they are busy and want it to feel like a real cafe (it's really not, there's only 7 tables occupied for the last 1.5 hours). But everyone is on phones, tablets anyway so I don't understand this rule. I go to cafes to drink coffee, order food, do work etc. If I sat with my laptop all day not ordering anything then yeah that's an issue but for the customers who do... Why punish them?
