Lovely staff and we drank some incredibly delicious English tea. After that we tried it, we bought all the presents to our family here. The prices of tea leaves are around 7-9 £ per 100g. Thanks for everything 😊

Hot Chocolate is the most Chocolatey you have ever had, white chocolate one is also Truky amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful, lots of things to try if youre passing by as well. Everything tastes great!

What a fantastic tea place. If you sit in to drink, you get a stop watch with your pot of tea to ensure your tea is brewed for the correct amount of time. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. A must for any tea lover.

Really friendly staff enticed me in with some free samples of ice tea (which was outstanding). The prices are quite high, but you get what you pay for. The lady who served me was very knowledgeable and keen to share her passion for tea - thoroughly recommend and will be coming back soon!

Much better bar service than the Covent Garden branch! There is no comparison. Staff always took great care of me. Please, keep it this way! There aren't many tables, but it is never very crowded so it's highly likely to find a place. I suggest the scones with clotted cream and jam/marmelade.

The best English tea experience so far! They have most likely the widest selection of different tea blends in London. You lose the sense of time when you’re in this shop, being taken away from the rush of the Piccadilly to the wonderland of colourful tins and boxes, heavenly scents and beautiful china, mouthwatering deserts and luring chocolates. A very welcoming staff always make sure you feel at home and assist you with any particular request you might have.

Great tea shop! Large selection, beautiful packaging, good quality. You can also buy instant tea (this is at least worth a try), coffee, chocolate and various add-ons and accessories for them (for example, marshmallows). If you can't choose a tea, you can ask to try it. The staff are nice and friendly. I recommend a visit to anyone who is partial to tea, coffee or chocolate!

Whittard of Chelsea tea is simply divine! I love English Breakfast, but they are all really delicious. In particular, for slightly more particular and characteristic flavours, I recommend the Piccadilly Blend and the Garden Party Oolong. Also perfect for special gifts, especially the Alice in Wonderland collection. Highly recommended!

The front of the store offers their teas with some samples. They have a nice little serving area in the back. It's got tables and it's not too pricey for a pot of tea (about 3 cups). They have a large selection and provide helpful details if you ask. The staffing was friendly

Such a great assortment of teas! I was impressed with the many options my first time in. I’ve purchased and used many Whittard teas from this location as well as ordered online. I always stop by when I’m in London. Always so friendly and helpful!

I was delighted by the service provided by the Chinese guy in the store. We were disappointed by the service rendered by 65/67 Regent St senior assistant earlier as she refused to provide us with a box to house the 2 tea sets unless we buy 6 tea sets. She could only wrap them with tissue papers. We were travelling back home and we needed a box to house them. To get a box is as easy as paying £1 more in this 13 Regent St branch. We were so happy with their service that we ended up we bought the whole set includind the tea pot, sugar and milk jug and 4 tea sets.
