Really great lovely space! The girls working their are so nice, such a community feel! I have been a couple of times and it was a nice energy and challenging class! There is also a coffee shop. Very approachable particularly compared to some other yoga studios nearby! Looking forward to going back!

Amazing independent yoga studio in East London. Heather and all the teachers here are great, made me feel really relaxed and looked after, after returning to the studio post-pandemic. I love this studio and have recommended to many friends. Great coffee too.

Love this studio for my practise, it’s very welcoming with wonderful teachers practising a variety of styles to high standards. The space is clean and has a warm ambience. The mats and props are all high quality, new and clean. Class sizes I have attended range from 3-9 so they are intimate and there is plenty of space and you get all the help you need. Plenty of positive vibrations emanating from this little gem

Lovely Yoga Studio! I did not have the chance yet to try out the cafe but went to two Yin classes and absolutely loved them. The teachers were amazing and the Studio is incredibly cosy.

This is a gem of a place, i’ve loved all the yoga classes (been most days) aside from one and that’s only because it was too advance for me. The teachers are all really good. It has a community feel so great place to call in for coffee. Oh and the smoothly bowels are delicous! 😋

I’ve been going to this studio for the last 5 months and it’s a dream.
The teachers are really welcoming, accommodating and approachable. There are specific classes for beginners if you are new(ish) which I think is really nice.
The space is beautiful and Heather who runs the place is so lovely.
Love it at Vata E2.

Beautiful studio, couldn't praise their layout enough. Attended Angela's yoga class and she is a great teacher who allows you to advance your way in a very nice tempo yet fun. What's interesting was you felt stress free in her class. Wish to see Angela add more classes in the future

Gorgeous yoga and coffee space close to Broadway Market, Bethnal Green, London Fields. The yoga studio is beautiful and they offer a great variety of different types of classes from Yin to Vinyasa. The staff are all really welcoming and friendly.

I visited Vata E2 for my first ever yoga class and it was amazing! Heather was a great teacher who provided a calm positive environment. I was left uplifted for the rest of the day! I also spent some time after the class to have an oat latte and the most delicious cinnamon bun. I would 100% recommend attending a class or just popping in for a coffee. Thank you Heather and team!

Vata E2 is a cosy little coffee shop & yoga studio with tasty tasty flat whites and is a welcome addition to the neighbourhood! An independent little business run by the lovely Heather! I thoroughly recommend stopping by for the chats, the coffee and the cosiness!!!
