Absolutely love this cafe - such a delicious meal, great menu with a range of healthy choices, including vegetarian options. The staff are very friendly and you always get quick and helpful service. It’s become my weekly stop for some perfectly poached eggs.

Very nice local place for brunch. Lovely staff, good service and excellent food. You have to taste the French Toast. Everything about it is right. The brioche is puffy but not soggy, crispy but creamy. Fruits are fresh and nicely chosen. It was an absolute delight to eat every bit. Highly recommended.

This is one of my favourite restaurants in all of London and I have the joy of it being my nearest too.
Sentimental, passionately cooked food with incredible and fresh ingredients. Fusion food that’s Michelin quality for 1/3rd of the price. All my favourite flavours at once - truffle, fruits, tangy Asian tastes - everything!
Their sharing plate menu style and art on the walls makes this an experience as well as a meal whilst their lighter dishes mean the menu is perfect for summer evening meals. Also offering a surprising number of vegan dishes (and super accommodating to editing non vegan ones too) bearing in mind their small and intricate changing menu.
The road they’re on is both a blessing and a curse - for their customers it means tranquil, sun bathed eating, but for the restaurant they don’t naturally end up with a lot of foot traffic. I’m leaving this review in the hopes that more people are inspired to eat their incredible food!!! 100000/10

One of the absolute best places in west London for breakfast and brunch. High quality ingredients and everything made from scratch. Delicious food and friendly staff. If you are looking for quality breakfast you must try this place!
A. M.
Were good especially the sweet choice but was quite expensive for the food and not worth it in my opinion since there are better options for the price. Cheers!

Great food and service
Food came quickly
Bit pricy
Nice ambiance
Highly recommended

Small and cosy neighbourhood cafe. The breakfasts are big! And tasty. The hash browns are different than any Ive had before and I loved them. Also highly recommend the granola - very fresh yogurt with granola and nuts. Overall would recommend if you're in the area. It is very small though so be ready to wait
A. M.
From the top down: vegan breakfast, vegetarian breakfast, wild thyme breakfast. All delicious and great value for money. Quick service with a small business feel
M. H.
From start to finish, a slick super friendly brunch spot! Great little garden and outside seating area, and sensational menu. Highly recommended

Wow! Fantastic place. Moved in around the corner and was desperate to find a local café with a friendly and cozy vibe. Little did I know I'd moved in around the corner from my favourite cafe of all time. Wonderful staff, wonderful coffee, wonderful food. Couldn't possibly fault it. For my first two weeks in Shepherds Bush our WiFi was down and the wild thyme let me sit for hours, for which I am forever grateful. If you're in the wild thyme I'm probably there too!

Lovely cafe, hidden gem in White City. Warm and inviting staff, and a lovely atmosphere for a low key time
J. S.
We came here especially after seeing some photos of the food. So glad we did! Lovely venue (try and sit outside if you can!), lovely staff and lovely food. All very well priced too!
Y. H. C.
A neighbourhood cafe that has a great crew, very attentive and very friendly people working. The atmosphere was great, especially if you're going for brunch on a sunny day, it would look amazing. Food is really good too, tried various items on the menu after a few visits and my takeaway is that they do the simple things right.
Only caveat is that it can get really crowded on a weekend, so best book before hand as the place is a little small and cosy. And the placement of the location might make it hard to see especially coming out from Uxbridge Rd which is crazy busy most of the time.

Had delicious brunch today, Corn fritters/ avo plus Chillie sweet sauce very good. Environment always welcoming and super clean, staff friendly and very efficient. we are super happy to have such a thriving cafe in our midst.
J. H.
Particularly tasty brunch, friendly service, good covid/hygiene protocol. Food and hot drinks were excellent, 10/10 would recommend. (And will definitely be back!)

One of the best brunches I've had in London. The quality of food is amazing, very inventive menu, the waiters are attentive and it's pet friendly. We were sitting outside in their lovely patio. Will be definitely coming back 😋

Truly delish food in a lovely vibed setting good wine list Sharing plates all yummy especially mushroom croquettes and chocolate fondant ( leave room for that) we can’t wait for the seasonal menu change in April when we’ll go back again

Amazing brunch spot. Great atmosphere, fab staff, and the food was delicious. Really well presented too. Good coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. I had the veggie breakfast and my fiancé had shashuka eggs. Both were excellent.
A. M.
Came in for dessert and coffee and absolutely loved our experience! Very very kind staff that were extremely sweet and welcoming. The menu looks great too so will definitely be back to try stuff out!

Amazing service. Very nice food . All in all a great experience.

The best brunch in the neighbourhood! Incredible food, amazing service and a very cute garden. (+100 points for the botanical pun in the name) We will come back very soon :))
B. K.
Great choice of brunch options including GF. Nice service and the food was top notch. Would go again if I was in the area. Keep it up.

Visited here on Saturday lunchtime when traveling to QPR to watch Coventry play. The service was excellent and the food was exceptional with a well thought out menu, also offering plenty of vegetarian & vegan options. We will be travelling back to London so we can try the evening menu as soon as we can. Top class cafe/restaurant with a nice laid back atmosphere. If you try it you won't be disappointed.

Wild Thyme restaurant in Shepherd’s Bush is a fabulous and relatively new edition to the area and one that must be visited! Opened back in 2017, the lovely Lucia and Alex run this beautiful, colourful, romantic and atmospheric restaurant just off the main road. You get a real and genuine welcome and feel thoroughly looked after during your visit. Attention to detail is everywhere, from the quality of their service right down to the little features throughout the restaurant, and of course in their incredible food.
Recently Lucia and Alex opened the restaurant for dinner in addition to the much sought after breakfast and brunch that they already offer. This was a perfect opportunity for us to come down and see what all the fuss was about!
The beautiful menu is sleek, sophisticated and creative. With 15 small plates to choose from, you know this place is all about quality over quantity. The suggested number of plates for one person is three so we chose the following six dishes:
Baby Squid Salad (Pan fried baby squid and edamame beans, tossed with lemon gel, chili and parsley and topped with grated pecorino cheese and cress £9.00)
Polenta Buttons (Button shaped bites of Polenta, widely flooded with creamy Blue Cheese sauce. Crunchy roasted hazelnuts and chives £6.50)
Grilled Beef Bravette (Skewers of ever tender beef Bravette on a bed of grilled Turkish chilli and spring onion. Smoked cherry tomatoes and roasted garlic scattered with lemony sprinkles or sumac £7.50)
Special Prawns Tempura (King prawns in a special sage tempura. Mirin, ginger soya and Yuzu lime dip. Chilli, spring onion and coriander top £9.50)
Cured Beef Fillet (Thinly sliced cured beef with nutty crumbs of Amaretti Biscuit. An array of home-pickled mushroom with truffle oil as a finish touch £9.00)
Poor Dressed Like Rich – Story of An Egg (Soft poached egg in a cloud of rich potato béchamel. Sautéed wild mushroom and bacon with truffle oil £6.50)
Every single dish was incredibly presented with the most intricate of detail. The Polenta buttons were bsolutely beautiful to look at and tasted just as good too. The creamy blue cheese that oozed out of this little golden buttons was a dream! The baby squid was fantastic and the dip so thick which made it a perfect combination.
The cured beef was outstanding and was so deliciously creamy. We loved the nutty addition of the Amaretti biscuits and mushroom and the truffle oil topped it off perfectly – it was absolutely divine! Poor Dressed Like Rich was also one of my all-time favourites. It was a real hearty dish and the creaminess of the truffle oil with the potato and egg was an absolute treat.
We chose two out of the three desserts to try and they were absolute heaven! The Chocolate Fondant (a volcanic chocolate and raspberry fusion with vanilla ice cream £5.50) was complete perfection and beautifully presented with slightly crispy chocolate on the outside and heaven on the inside. The subtle raspberry flavours enabled this dish to not be too rich and the ice cream was a great addition.
The Poached Pear (Spiced poached pear in saffron, Greek yoghurt, mixed seeds and berries £5.00) was gorgeous to look at and went so well with the Greek yoghurt. It was an enjoyable and relatively healthy dessert!
We were absolutely gutted that this perfect restaurant isn’t closer to home! If you have tried their breakfast or brunch then dinner is not to be missed. This gem of a restaurant in Shepherd’s Bush was great value for the quality of the food and the service was amazing.

We had an amazing breakfast at this lovely place today. Very good quality food in a cosy but sophisticated environment. There is also a pretty outside area.

Delicious food, with both classic and off beat options. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great spot for weekend brunch. Highly recommended.

Was perfect! Small and cosy! Loved the atmosphere. It was delicious, plenty of choices! Took the granola.and englis breakie! And the staff was polite and very nice! If you are in Sheperd area, go there! Highly recommended!

Absolutely outstanding!
Food was beyond good. Service was delightful. Great experience of eating no doubt.
And the fig and wholegrain mustard was definitely my highlight

We celebrated my friend's birthday there yesterday and we were amazed how good their customer service is!!!!!!! The manager and the boy working there (unfortunately I didn't get his name) were super friendly and professional. They made our day even more special! The food didn't disappoint as well. We ordered lots of different things from the menu and everything was DELICIOUS! Their cocktails are great too! I'm so happy we found them, we'll be back very soon!!!!!
THANK YOU!

This is one of the best kept secrets in London. A foodie’s paradise. Dinner is out of this world!! Book your table to avoid being turned away at the door!

Lots of different dishes to share make it a fun place for a night out with colleagues and friends. Everything is beautifully served with a smile.

Great food, service and atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and great with kids. Excellent brunch option and they offer a delicious tapas style menu for dinner. Definitely a hidden gem.

Best vegan breakfast I've had in ages! Some well thought out accompiants and fresh tasting ingredients -perfectly hot coffee too!! Interesting crowd of locals (to people watch ha) and despite its off kilter shape a great use of site & interior decor. Thank you for taking the time to welcome us -looking forward to coming back soon!

Great food? Check! Lovely atmosphere? Check check! Passionate owners? Check, check, check! You owe it to yourself to give Wild Thyme a go - you won't regret it.

Only opened a week ago. Lovely terrace and a great place to have brunch in the soon. Staff is very nice and accomodating.

A real gem in W12, situated just off the main road. I've had their brunches a few times over the years and the quality has never disappointed me. Although their prices are a little bit on the higher side, the atmosphere and customer service made up for it in my opinion as it felt very relaxed and cozy.
A. M.
Very good quality of food the coffee was tasty and good temperature!
☕👌🏻

Lovely place, cosy andintimate with goid food and healthy portions

They have recently updated their menu and the food was incredible! They have put a lot of thought into their vegan breakfast and it was easily the best I've tried! Tempeh was delicious and staff are also very friendly.

The food was beyond delicious and the staff was beyond friendly! I wish I could give them more stars!! 100000% recommended
T. C.
Tasty coffee and superb service, we had a warm welcome, my family likes the atmosphere also 🌈
V.
Super nice food and super friendly staff. They have vegan breakfast and vegan cake. The restaurant was full when we arrived but we had a table outside as it wasn't really cold. The waiters were very helpful and they've been constantly checking if we were okay/cold and offered to change the table a few times but we loved it outside. Very delicious!! Definitely coming back soon.

Tucked away on a sleepy road in Shepherd’s Bush, this cafe/bistro... Is possibly a more than your average restaurant.
It’s a small discrete space, minimal covers but it’s triangular verging trapezium space offers a great breakfast/brunch/lunch for those that want to maintain a secluded seating.
Coffee is perfect, service is on tap, your lifestyle is a choice... I have no doubt Wild Thyme cater for all. All will enjoy the light airy environment and go easy sitting. No heavy tunes, tones or turn ups. The clientele are subdued and so to the venues detriment - more gregarious turn out would aid this establishment, LB as a busier hive!
Definite 5 Star contender that is under subscribed!!! Head there and support the obvious hard work that deserves your spend!!!
C.
Lovely service. Had brunch outside. Eggs Benedict was tasty with lots thick bacon. Definitely recommend.
c. n.
Absolutely gorgeous food. We spotted the cafe from the main road and had breakfast. Now our favourite local haunt. The vegetarian breakfast was stunning- with a middle eastern twist in some ingredients- holumi and several verbs and spices. Would definitely recommend, it was one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. The cappuccino was also fabulous.
L. B.
Nice food, pleasant side street location.
B. J.
Staff so welcoming and helpful. Delicious lunch. Will definitely be back.

Haven't been here for a while due to COVID....BUT... this is one of my favourite places. Amazing brunch. I take everyone that comes (used to come) to visit here.
Great staff, always very friendly.
A. S.
I used to live around the corner from Wild Thyme, and I have to say it's the best restaurant AND brunch spot I've come across in London. The vegetarian breakfast or muesli that they serve on the brunch menu are delicious, and everything on their dinner menu is absolutely divine. If you are in the area, do not miss this hidden gem!
J. B.
Great new independent cafe, attractive design, outdoor space, delicious imaginative food - and art. Well worth turning into Thorpebank Road off the Uxbridge Road..
A. W.
I had a wonderful dinner here with my partner to celebrate our anniversary. The food was delicious, the wine was delicious, the service was excellent (attentive without being overly so) and it all looked absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend this place!
A. J.
Little gem with quality food, love for detail and exceptionally nice staff.
P. W.
I was invited for dinner on recent trip to London... the cafe is very nice and the food was excellent, we enjoyed every dish. The only downside for me was the attitude of the young waiter (perhaps manager) towards my host’s small children. Both were well behaved but he seem instantly irritated by their presence and dismissed even with a huff them saying hello to him. Sadly his attitude made what should have been the relaxing evening a little stressful as we both felt on edge if the children so much as talk a bit too loudly or get down from their seats. I appreciate that some venues are not child friendly, but it seemed little bit odd as there is a basket of toys available for children to play with.
J. B.
This is a lovely cafe with outside seating that serves delicious food and great beverages.
The toilet is excellent and although the cafe is small-ish it's been well designed to get maximum seating inside and outside in the garden. The staff are friendly and welcoming and sometimes there are small dogs sitting quietly under a table or two.
V. A.
My family and friends all love this place as much as I do. Friendly smiley service and lovely food. Best grilled halloumi cheese in town I reckon. Brunches are lovely and lunch time dishes such as Caesar salad and fish cakes are equally good. Also a pretty place with a small outdoor space.
L. M.
Hidden Gem! I had no idea that some every-day meals ingredients could taste so unique! The combination of spices and the way its all cooked makes the meal absolutely delicious each time. Portions are just perfect. Place is very cosy and makes u feel welcome, staff each time friendly and attentive, they make u feel 'at home'. I could not recommend this place more, I keep coming back there every weekend :)
H. N.
I absolutely LOVE this place. Prefer it SO MUCH MORE than Proud Mary's Cafe. The service is amazing (they're always in a good mood and super friendly). They always remember our orders and the food is just lush. Well priced too and just a really nice environment. I highly recommend if you're looking to eat a yummy brunch!
J. G.
Finally tried this place for the first time today. I’ve been meaning to come here for a while. We got the veggie breakfast and it was great. The scrambled eggs, beans and homemade hash brown we’re the stars of the show. The staff were lovely and I think Wild Thyme has firmly become my favourite brunch spot in the area.
H. B.
Wonderful place, friendly staff & delicious brunch! We love to come here!
E. C.
Super healthy, super tasty, super comfortable atmosphere, rounded off with super service!!! Can’t wait to show my better 1/2 this.
R. R.
Love this place, great food and overall good experience. Go every second week usually and always get the breakfast. Think the portion size is slightly small but the taste makes up for it. Staff are nice but sometimes a little confusing (seating). Would be good if there was also more space but it is quite limited. Arouns 20 people max inside and 10 outside.
R. J. E.
The cafe is quaint and makes you forget your in London. The staff are attentive and fast :) we sat outside and there were heaters and umbrellas on request. The veggie breakfast is quite small portions of every item, but individual items have their own unique taste to them which work well together and on their own :) overall yum and priced well.
N. O.
Went for brunch on a weekend, coffee was good but English breakfast was average, overcooked and quality of the ingredients was lacking. Nice outdoor space to sit in when the weather is good but some of the service is inattentive. Alcoholic drinks selection is limited. It's a good option if you live in the area but doesn't merit a specific journey there.
A. P.
Friendly staff, great food, delicious tuna salad. Would recommend 10/10.
M. T.
Amazing customer service - one of the poached eggs wasnt runny - without complaining the staff noticed that and sent over a fresh poached egg. We were advised correctly on the amount of food to order. Food was brilliant. Very very happy with the whole experience.
C. W.
A gem. Have only ever been there for brunch so can only speak to that - it’s always good food, always good service and it’s in a lovely light little building with a sweet terrace. The other nearby brunch options on the Uxbridge road are Proud Mary’s (good food, haphazard/slow service and always a queue); the Bush Hall dining rooms (good food, ditto on the service, dark room); the Princess Vic (good food, a big pub though). Wild Thyme is as good as or better food, better service and we thought today it might even be cheaper (than Bush Hall anyway). When we walked in today they were super busy but found us a table quickly, sorted us out with water etc and took orders/delivered food quickly. All with smiles. Then on the way out the nice manager guy actually apologised for the service, saying they were so busy. These guys are doing a good job and I want them to succeed. When I walk past Proud Mary’s on the way there and see the queue outside, I do occasionally feel like telling them there’s a better place one road up (sorry Proud Mary’s). But it is!!!

Lovely Cafe gem in Shepperd Bush.
The brunch was very good.
Fully recommend

Trust me... This is a real gem... a star find. Undoubtedly the best local eatery I've been to in years. A cafe by day, on weekend evenings it transforms into a cozy (it's a small, but lovely, room) Mediterranean 'small plates' restaurant.
And that's just for starters! Cos the quality of the cooking is superb, truly wonderful, and the presentation of each dish is delightful too. A truly eclectic selection of dishes inspired by a range of Mediterranean cuisines, you can begin to forget you're in Shepherds Bush, and imagine yourself on Cyprus, or Malta, or a Greek island, so evocative are the flavours and ingredients. Not tapas, in many ways much more sophisticated a menu than that, small plates of fulfilling, mouth watering joy to share with friends, and enjoy with relish.
The welcome is warm and lively from an upbeat diamond of a maitresse d', who is also the only waitress, and works hard with humour and energy to explain the dishes, and look after you with smiling charm.
The wine list is really small but beautifully chosen, and definitely not overpriced. There's a small dessert menu too, again brilliantly put together. My poached pear was superb. But then this is cooking that warrants many superlatives. Go try... I promise you... you'll relish and return! As for me and my friends, we can hardly wait!
M. S.
I've been coming here with friends for years now, and Wild Thyme consistently delivers. There's a pleasant vibe, service is attentive and friendly, and the food is great. Prices are reasonable, considering all these factors. Nice coffee, too.
The fried chicken kimchi burger with spicy potatoes might be one of the best things I've ever eaten, and that's not just the lockdown talking.
Speaking of, there's a responsible attitude to COVID measures here as well, with sanitiser for all customers, distancing where possible, and face masks all round.
S. T.
Best breakfast in Shepherds Bush!Don't miss it!
S. S.
Superb friendly service, great food and coffee. Highly recommended.
PS. For the coffee connoisseurs - they source from Ozone coffee roasters.
L. M.
Great place, lots of light, tasteful dishes and very good service. I'll be going more often. The bench seats by the glass window are too high though in relation to where the table is, so it's not very comfortable to sit there; hopefully they can fix that. Nevertheless it's a wonderful place.
b. m.
Recently opened for evening meals. Serving a menu of mid size plates for sharing or just hogging to your self. Some have said Tapas but that’s not right. For one thing nothing is Spanish and for another the portion size is bigger than a traditional Tapas plate.
Roughly 12 or so plates on the menu. We went with friends so tried almost all of them. Everything was delicious and obviously made on the premises. Highlights were beef carpaccio with truffle oil, grilled octopus salad, Lamb with hummus, an Aubergine salad, and some lightly battered fish pieces.
The menu is fun to read and enticing. It’s all very causal and perfect for a local supper.
The wine list is small but interesting. We only had the house white but it matched the foods well.
There are only three deserts but all are made on the premises and all are very very good indeed.
Well worth checking out. We shall be back.
G. K.
I have been coming to the wild thyme for decent few months now, and whether to pick up my coffee on a daily basis, have lunch or dinner- I have never been disappointed. Coffee is consistently good, same as the food. Love the dinner menu btw! Big shout out to Lucia, Nick and Robi- positive, on the top of their game, and always making my mornings better :)

We had a lovely Sunday breakfast here, driving down from Hampstead to meet visiting friends staying nearby. The food was delicious, healthy and good value. The staff was lovely. The space was cute and bright, not fancy but nice. A really good neighbourhood place. I only wish we had one of these nearby in Hampstead!
F. G.
Really great brunch, not expensive and cozy atmosphere!! Offer the traditionnal English breakfast without being basic, and also a vegetarian and vegan one, plus many other choices. I recommend and will go again!
J. L.
Excellent food and service with reasonably priced coffee and food. Staff are very friendly and welcoming - walking into this cafe make you feel like you've been given a big hug! It ia by far the best in the area.

Wild Thyme cafe is a hidden gem in the Shepherd's Bush area. Perfect for popping in for a delicious breakfast/brunch. Dinners are served on Fridays and Saturdays and it is ideal for a nice evening out. Recommend the prawn linguine and charcuterie board.
