Just collected a batch of wonderful branded biscuits: lovely clear printing, and delicious hand made buttery biscuits, baked to perfection! The presentation of each pack is smart and sophisticated and service was helpful and friendly Highly recommend Willowbough branded biscuits!

A charming little cafe, super friendly staff. Excellent selection of delicious cakes and outstanding coffee. Their scrambled eggs and smoked salmon are the perfect brunch combination - delicious! We finished off with their marmalade cake. Lovely tea shop in wonderful location - full of character.

I had the distinct pleasure of having one of Willow Boughs afternoon tea sets delivered to me earlier this year. Myself and my partner were left in a state of blissful satisfaction with full stomachs and broad spread smiles across our faces! The afternoon tea set came with everything you would expect, the cakes were fresh, the scones were mouthwatering and we both struggled to speak for quite some time due to the pace at wish we found ourselves gobbling it all up. I would recommend Willow Bough Tea Rooms to anyone who loves afternoon tea, new experiences and is open to being delighted!

My other half and I decided to book an afternoon tea this afternoon and we had an amazing time! The sandwiches were super tasty and the fillings were quite generous! I asked not to have cucumber sandwiches so Clare kindly added more of the others. The Victorian sponge, cupcakes and scones were delicious and the freshly brewed tea was the icing on the cake. We also had the afternoon tea delivered at home during lockdown and it is a great alternative to bear in mind! Well done Clare and see you soon!

I ordered a take away afternoon tea for 6 for my wife’s birthday for u to have at home with a few glasses of champagne. The sandwiches, cakes and scones were plentiful and amazing. It came with printed menus and looked absolutely brilliant. My wife was thrilled. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Clare is a very talented afternoon tea maker! The whole service from start to finish is lovely. Prompt communication, prompt delivery, a little printed menu included in the box... but the best part is the food.. The sandwiches are so fresh and delicious. Better than I had at Fortnum & Mason. And the scones and cakes are lovely too. Thank you Clare!

Had a fantastic time at Willow Bough tea rooms. Tried some amazing bakes and spoke to the lovely owner Clare. Located at the picturesque Merton Abbey Mills, would highly recommend! There’s plenty of spaced out seating outdoors, making social distancing easy. Clare also does yummy ploughman’s lunch boxes and fantastic afternoon tea hampers which I’ll definitely be going back for!

Awesome cakes. Made us a beautiful cake for our daughters birthday. Her hampers are amazing too. Clare is lovely to deal with. Highly recommend

Very friendly, always a happy visit (except when scones are too popular and they run out). We've visited Willow Bough a lot more since the lockdown and it's helped massively with maintaining our sanity. I wish we took photos but we often gobble down the baked goods too quickly.

Such a great find! I absolutely love a traditional tea shop (as opposed to the bland, soulless coffee shop chains, which have sadly become the norm). Delicious sandwiches and a truly decent serving of tea (not just one paltry cup’s worth), served in beautifully mismatched china - truly quaint and full of character! Clare, the owner, is warm, friendly and a delight to chat to - the icing on the cake (no pun intended!)

Lovely Mothers Day afternoon tea. Beautiful eclectic mix of bone china crockery. Great variety of perfectly fresh sandwiches and cakes and scones with endless tea! Clare has made three beautiful cakes for me and my family, two novelty cakes and an elegant lemon drizzle. Always beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, I cannot recommend Willow Bough enough for bespoke cakes and a lovely atmosphere.
