Sadly my Mocha did not taste of anything at all? My daughter's hot chocolate was sugary milk? Both had so much cream dumped on top that the drinks were cold in minutes...the choc chip cookie only tasted of butter?plus no toilet roll. A very nice lemon muffin though! All this for a toppy £11.50. Not a visit that I wish to explore again!

I use this store quite a lot, and was excited when it opened! But after a couple of years it’s definitely not as clean as it should be, and some of the staff making the coffees give attitude if you ask for anything.

Coffees were well made and better than other Starbucks I've used. The paninis were fine. The service was friendly. But the place was untidy with many dirty tables. There were two guys working in the cafe but it wasn't that busy when we got there. Maybe they'd had a busy lunchtime and hadn't caught up but given the hygiene standards, I would look elsewhere next time.

I found this Starbucks to be very spacious, and for seating I was spoilt for choice. They have comfortable armchairs inside as well as seating available for smokers outside. The staff were very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. I thought the temperature and the music were just at the right level. I felts very welcome here, and my Americano with caramel syrup was nice and hot, definitely a 5 star Starbucks 💫 🌟

This starbucks is probably the best one I've ever been to. Its really big and bright. With toilets upstairs and a rentable room. There is also a small smoking area outside. The staff are friendly, the vanilla, chocolate etc powders are always stocked and out. There is a large selection of savoury and sweet things to eat. I often go to the one in Maidstone and a few in Canterbury and for some reason the Maidstone one always tests nicer and less watery. Downstairs there isnt an awful lot of seating but sitting upstairs is quite quiet and nice. (Good place to get work done or catch up with a friend). The tables are low down and the door is quite hard to open! But very nice and clean.

Brilliant, grabbed a coffee and beans for my boss. I know nothing about coffee, got a bit flustered but they helped me. They sell beans and then ground them for you, for your coffee machine which I think is nice. I dislike coffee but my boss appreciated that effort.

It's in a very convenient location, right in the town centre, but...they didn't had cinnamon last time I went there. Honestly...no cinnamon?!? It's Starbucks! They should never run out of anything. Especially a very simple spice like cinnamon, which you can buy from a supermarket 🙄🤔 Not cool!

Normally Starbucks is fine but on this occasion the service was slow most of the staff where out the back to busy talking and gossiping to each other a big queue had started started to form, hats off to the only staff member who was left on the shop floor who had to do everything on her own.

Exactly like all the other Starbucks coffee shops. Good coffee, offer light food such as sandwiches and toasties to go with the coffee. Served quickly. Tastes nice. Modern environment. Not much to say really, standard modern day coffee shop. Perfect for a quick bite to go with a nice cup of coffee and a catch up with a friend.

I am a Sussex/Kent based business man and this is another store owned by a franchisee business Cobra Coffee. ( you wouldn’t know the difference as they look exactly like Starbucks stores)This is another store with two meeting rooms you can use for free. You just phone the manager and book in. What a fab place to have your meetings and lovely coffee.

It's a very nice place and the first flour has nice spacious seating which often offers a quiet retreat from the downstairs areas. Drinks usually ok though frequent mistakes by trainees.

I do love a Starbucks but when I arrived at it's less busy times the place was a mess. Tables not cleaned, cups still out everywhere and the furniture had staines and sticky residue on them. 3 girls working behind the counter trying to cater for the que that was building up. I myself even asked for a cloth and for it to be sprayed with cleaning chemical so I could wipe down the table I sat at. Approximately 30 minutes later still nobody had come out to collect cups and wipe empty tables so I gathered cups and put them on the side so that they was not left at tables. Ordered 5 flat whites from here over the space a week or so. Every one was either too foamy, too weak or too cold. When I watch it being made they never use whole milk which is the brand standard for this beverage.
