Fantastic service from the folks here. Excellent collection and inventory on hand, excellent store layout (especially at the moment with social distancing) and you can see Customer Service is key here. Thank you to the folks that work here that helped with all our questions, personalised recommendations to try various coffee in our palette, came away as a very happy customer and will keep returning here. Usually the store is well stocked and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. This store lacks the ambience and good service you'd expect from a 'boutique'. The standards have slipped in the past year or so since the store was first opened. Personally when I shop for the 'premium' products I prefer to be greeted with a friendly face at the till... Not rocket science, isn't it? I still love the coffee though so I purchase it when they bother restocking the type that's in high demand.

Not all the coffees were available for tasting at the sample desk, so had to buy a couple of packs on spec. Service very friendly and helpful staff. Deals on machines were attractive and products are generally very good.

Very good coffee and it's a really nice touch that you can try free samples at the coffee bar. I say free only in the sense that if you have the will power to walk out empty handed it's free. I don't think I have managed it yet, I can highly recommend the Australian iced latte coffee pods.

Amazing coffee and amazing coffee boutique. Right from when you enter the beautiful display of coffee pods and coffee machines and accessories along with the coffee aroma from the end of the shop invites you to have the experience of having a fragrant, aromatic coffee tasting for free. Their coffee is amazing. The service is good as well.

Slightly snooty staff on the tills yet great staff on the sampling desk more than made up for it. They will give you a sample of whatever variations to the Nespresso range they currently have. The store has a drop of point for recycling your pods or you can pick up a bag with a free post return label to post the pids back for recycling. Its jot the cheapest coffee but it is up amounts the best.

Too hard to see what's available because the pods are in small windowed enclosures at the tills and stacked in plain numbered packs in vertical shelving you had no access to - there's a wide range of pods, but I wasn't able to tell if each counter had a different selection. We noticed two different shapes of pod as well as sachets (?) for commercial environments, but no obvious clues as to what machine does what. There's a "Nespresso bar" to the rear, but again it's not obvious what's available, or even that they have them for sale. I found it a very cold clinical experience, akin to the way Apple sell their products, but without any warmth to the experience.

Staff are mostly really friendly apart from the one time I caught a couple of them at the taster bar insulting and dissing customers. Coffee pods are also pretty pricey but I use the Original pods and not Vertuo so I can at least use third party pods as well as Nespresso branded.

Forget about going there for a quick nip. You can't just ask for something and pay for it, they always ask you for your post code to log your purchase in their system. As a result, if there are a couple of people in front of you, be prepared to spend 15 minutes there.

Fantastic Nespresso store at Trafford Centre. All Nespresso stores are generally at a high standard but the Trafford one for me is the best and the leading one in the UK. Just bought another Nespresso machine as a gift for a friend. As always, fantastic service, especially from the manager, Mr Wasif. Great staff, great store and highly recommended.

Great customer service from Kostas at Trafford centre. Came in midweek to stock up on capsules and redeem an offer. Unfortunately it wasn't on my account. Came in today and Kostas was able to apply the offer and also ensure an extra sleeve of coffee for the inconvenience of having to come back.

Love this shop, staff are very knowledgeable and if you want to try a different type of coffee, the staff will always have a coffee recomdation for you to try based on the coffees you already like. Don't forget to take your old capsules back for recycling too.
