Absolute gem. I like eating out in Urmston for breakfast and there's a few good spots but this is my personal fave. Really like sitting out the back in the comfy huts. Coffee is decent, breakfast is a tasty rib sticker and the people working there are prompt and friendly. Nothing not to like in my opinion.

Food and service is always above and beyond in Scrumptious.. Usually go for breakfast, which is always delicious, but went for Afternoon Tea today. The food was delicious, fresh and nothing was too much trouble. They also cater for allergies and dietary requests with no issues... Great place for people who are Coeliac..

Nice vintage tea sets which I really want to bring them all home. We wanted to order a hightea set but the store owner said reservation is needed🥲Will come again for the tea set. However, the vegan breakfast surpirsed me with juicy mushroom and addictive halloumi🤤

A lovely little place. We've passed this place countless times over the years but until today we'd not been inside. It's a small room, and we were immediately asked if we'd booked (we hadn't) but thankfully a table was available. The menu has a decent selection of breakfast and brunch dishes, as well as salads and afternoon tea. Sadly my favourite breakfast dish - porridge - wasn't on the menu but we both found something that appealed, and the food was lovely. At the rear of the building there are a number of cabins with tables and seats available for groups, and these appeared to be popular. Friendly staff, nice food, and delicious looking cakes on the counter. We'll be back.

I had afternoon tea here with my niece for a treat. The scones and cakes were very good, the menu was good value for money and the atmosphere was pleasant. It was disappointing that the vegetarian afternoon tea menu (which we pre-booked and confirmed on arrival) included tuna fish sandwiches, though. The server seemed willing enough to rectify this, but the traces of tuna fish left on the serving plate that she returned to us (traces that I only noticed after we finished eating, and being very hungry we did clear our plates!) suggest a certain lack of care and attention. Overall, I’d pop in again for a slice of cake if I were passing, but I would not make a special trip back.

Decided to eat here after being recommended by a family member. We sat outside in one of the 3 spacious pods in their gorgeous looking back garden. My Wife had the Salmon, Avocado & Halloumi, and I had the Scrumptious deluxe breakfast, and both were superb, and extremely good value for money. We shall most certainly be visiting again, and recommending eating here to everyone!

Had a 'take out' afternoon tea, for my daughters 40th birthday. Food was ready on time, fresh and very packed for travel. We had one gluten free afternoon tea, which my daughter said was the best she'd had. The bread rolls were nice and soft. Definitely recommend and will use again. 🍰

Wedding anniversary brunch! We booked a booth and we're shown to it after receiving a lovely welcome on arrival. We both had eggs benedict with bacon plus a pot of tea and orange juice. We didn't have room for cake so took 2 pieces of victoria sponge home with us and they were delicious. Highly recommend a visit and thank you for making our morning so special.

I was introduced to Scrumptious by a friend who raved about and I have to say, even just for a cheeky brunch, it exceeded expectation. That was probably the best eggs benedict I’ve ever had and served up really quickly. Julie and Claire were fantastic, handling our every need promptly and with a lot of character. Even observing them interact with other customers for a short time, it’s clear there is a passion there for making sure that every customer has a great experience. Will definitely be going back.

I have been to this little gorgeous place a few times and it's the best! I'm ceoliac and it's ceoliac friendly! The owner is really nice, kind and polite, all staff are really friendly. The times I've been here I've ordered gluten free food and a gluten free afternoon tea, which is amazing! The owner is very attentive as being ceoliac herself it's nice to go to a place knowing it's going to be safe to eat there :) all food is amazing! The gluten free afternoon tea I had was not only very delicious but looked really cute and gorgeous. I would recommend this lovely place to anyone, if your ceoliac like myself..it's a bonus, definitely worth 5 stars and more! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I rang Julie last minute on Thursday to enquire if she could do a take away afternoon tea for Friday. Julie went right out of her way and managed to squeeze me in, excellent customer service. The tea itself was gorgeous well made and value for money. I will ordering again for my daughters birthday

Very friendly locals cafe, nice eclectic decor. The staff were great, the coffee how ever not. The training on the coffee machine needs to be redone as the Flat White and the Cappuccino were indistinguishable. The food was very nice although the avacado was a bit under ripe.

We went for my wife's birthday lunch with our two young children. There was a great choice on the menu, with all day breakfasts until 1pm. I had the meaty all-day breakfast, which was great, my wife had the veggie version, which was very good too. Our kids were made to feel welcome, and we noticed other people with kids at the same time. The staff were friendly and were also happy to adapt one of the meals for our youngest. The time from ordering to serving was very reasonable. We sat inside, but outside seating seemed to be available. Seems to be popular; we booked.

This was a first visit. The windows were steamed up and needed a squeegie running over them. Ambience was nice enough. Stayed for coffee and cake so didn't sample the savoury menu. The coffee was weak/bland but fruit tea was nice. Main gripe was that there was no drinks menu and the drinks on offer were limited. Cake was delicious and of decent proportions.
