I went for my first time today and was so impressed!! The food is lovely and good portion sizes. My father in law said it was the best chicken Caesar salad he’d ever had. They make their own sauces and cakes as well. If you get a chance try their green smoothie 💚

Great place to have late breakfast in a very good atmosphere and very pleasant and helpful staff that helped to choose nice breakfast and drinks and adjusted the menu to the best they could. The cafe has an art exhibition at the time and we had a look. If you are in a rush you can choose a box and select a dish that suit you and depends on how hungry you are at the time, which is good idea. It is just out Stretford shopping centre and not far from the metrolink 🚉

My partner Becky and I came here last night by pure accident as we walked past. We had a great time. The hosts were both lovely, the food was really tasty. I especially liked the cauliflower and the chicken skewers. We would recommend to anyone to give them a try. We will be coming back to try the rest of the menu sometime soon! Thanks guys.

Paul and Georgie have the most welcoming atmosphere, you're always greeted like you're part of the family. The food is delicious and the coffee is so tasty. You must try Georgie's lemon drizzle cake. The wall of quotes is always inspiring,I always seem to find a new one when I look and uts great to see local artists work on the other wall, I ended up buying a piece.

I have ordered via social media, aswell as walk in. The Sunday dinners are beautiful, freshly made, gorgeous mash potatoes. The staff are very friendly & we most certainly are customers now. We travel from Wythenshawe just to collect from here as it is very nice. Next thing we will be trying is the afternoon tea

Amazing food, atmosphere and owners. I cannot rate Uplift highly enough. As a coeliac (gluten free) it can be difficult to eat out, but the chef at Uplift always goes above and beyond to ensure my food is prepared safely and that there are plenty of options.

We went to Uplift yesterday for afternoon tea and WOW. It was AMAZING!!! Its the nicest Afternoon tea we have honestly ever had. Everything is so fresh and beautifully presented. Theres loads to choose from. We were asked what we would like on the sandwiches and it was all done to perfection 👌 Customer service and food 10/10 (5*) Paul & Georgina are so welcoming and friendly and really cannot do enough for you. Georgina even put "Happy Birthday" balloons up for us (which was such a nice surprise) because it was our sons birthday. He also was given a huge Oreo shake/smoothie which he said was delicious and Happy Birthday sung to him which was a lovely touch 🥰 It was my first time out since Covid and im so glad we came to Uplift. Thankyou for a wonderful afternoon Paul & Georgina ❤️😘 we had the best time xxxx

Lovely food, lovely staff! Come here about once a month maybe more and food is always good quality and we'll priced. All the staff are super friendly and great service. I have yet to try their tapas on Fri/sat but will be doing soon as I've heard wonderful things!

Uplift is that quiet place for good healthy nourishment. You can also get nourishment for the soul with some of the activities that run from there. The staff are warm and welcoming. Generous portions. Bonus of a loo on site too

This place ticks all the boxes and more,Stretford is so lucky to have a cafe that cooks up lovely food at a reasonable price,It can cater for the greasey spoon lovers out there,with breakfasts or if you want to have really lovely and more wholesome food it has that well covered too,not many cafes can do this.I had one of the box meals and it was delicious,will definitely be returning.Thanks again.

Visited "Sublevo" last night with hubby Excellent food and attentive service! Nice atmosphere with a chilled vibe. The Rabbit Lollipops and Chorizo were gorgeous! The Gambas Pil Pil were also sublime! We were even offered a complimentary dessert as it was their first night for evening dining which was a lovely touch. We had churros which were delicious! It's also BYO! We loved it and will definitely be back soon!

We popped in here on the day of the Manchester Marathon and it did not disappoint! Really tasty, generously portioned meals for good price. Definitely check it out, it's nice to find somewhere offering decent food without the need to be overly trendy.

Great to have a local cafe that is keen to provide lovely, healthy and enjoyable food in Stretford. I was made to feel so welcome by the staff there and bumped into a friend who lives locally too, having a coffee at the same time. I had a coconut muffin which was delicious and low in sugar too. Definitely a great addition to the local cafes in Stretford.

Great for breakfast & Sunday lunch

Very friendly staff members who are up for a chat and the food is delicious and healthy. Gives the area another dimension in terms of food and will be good for the pure gym goers a few doors down
