Sometimes the service is slow depending on who’s in but the staff are friendly and helpful. They always server good quality food and drinks. The atmosphere in here has a homily vibe and the seats are so comfortable.

It was really busy when we came here but despite this the service here was still really good. The que went down quickly and the staff were friendly and didn't put you under pressure to decide what you wanted to order. There is plenty of seating inside and outside the store but still inside. There's some really interesting cakes that were fresh and tasty!

We had a nice iced mocha here and the lady who served us was friendly. The seating area and toilets were a bit untidy but we had a takeaway drink so didn't stay for long. Staff seem friendly and good at making the drinks :).

Staff are a little distanced. I'm disabled and in a scooter, I also wear hearing aids. They made no effort to pass the payment machine to me, I had to reach up and hope I tapped in the right place. I got no acknowledgment to my request to bring the coffee over, they all had their back to me so I'd have no idea if they answered. Someone with green hair brought it over so they must have heard which means they were just rude not turning round. However, much of the coffee was in the saucer with no offer to clean up the mess, she just walked away without asking if perhaps I needed anything else. Could do much better

We do enjoy a drink and a bite to eat in Nero. Unfortunately very time we go we find that we have to wait for ages because it is always slow at the counter. My other problem is occasionally it is difficult to get an seat, because people buy takeaway and then take a seat, none of the staff seem to challenge them. Table clearing leaves a lot to be desired to. We will still go and enjoy the coffee.

I have been to this establishment on numerous occasions, I would recommend going here in during the week as Saturday always seems to be busy and their is not enough staff around on Saturdays and café Nero seems to run out of food rather fast and it takes a few days to replace it and sometimes, the way some customers buy a hot or cold drink, just to stay here and tend use it like a business conference centre to hold business meetings, if some people want to have a business meeting, hire a conference room and not café Nero, this is exceptionally annoying, when their is very little room and they are taking up all the seats and tables, soon as address this problem, than café Nero Will get the two extra stars, from me.

Compared to their "competitors" across the road (Costa Coffee), the guy's at Caffè Nero are always friendly and helpful. Drinks are always on point 👌. Definitely recommend visiting.

I have been a regular at Caffè Nero for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. The coffe and food is delicious, the staff are the perfect blend of professional and friendly and its a nice place to be. What really marked the end of the first lock down for me was being welcomed back on my returning visit and being able to sit down in a comfy chair and simply enjoy a good cup of coffee. I just look forward to the day when we can get real mugs again

The coffee was fine but it was about 3pm, hardly late, and run out of pastries. Service by three people, a trainee (trainee tee-shirt) working her socks off, a guy who was going as slow as possible, a lady who had the air of being duty manager, talking loudly to the guy on the end of her facetime call, but basically adding zero value. When it became obvious her call was an annoyance to the 10 deep queue, she picked up and shuffled some papers, and went behind the wall, continuing her facetime call with phone out in front of her face. Meanwhile, half the tables are out of use and piled high with used crockery on trays. And down the side of the till area, to get to behind the wall, it's piled high with boxes of rubbish, all on show to customers. Shockingly badly managed by people who simply don't care. Well, the trainee will probably get fed up with carrying the other two, and leave.

A good, spacious Cafe Nero serving good coffee. Can get busy as this is inside Centre MK, but we usually go there quite early in the morning and have never been disappointed. Staff are quite friendly too.

Absolutely love their coffee. Even with COVID restrictions the cafe still has the same service as before. They are definitely better than Costa. Our first choice for a coffee. Convienent location, it's close to the multi story car park. You can pick up your coffee before you enter the The Centre or pick one on the way back after shopping.

My first visit to Cafe Nero despite walking past it for many years. Brought on because of some excellent value coffee vouchers from the Nectar loyalty card. Quick service, polite and friendly. We had no problems finding an empty seat. Tables were clean. Coffee was a bit strong for my wife's taste but she's a one cup every other day drinker, not an addict like me.

Coffee was amazing, as always. Service a bit less amazing. They opened late, unlocked the door in front of us and left it closed, then hid behind a pillar to watch if we enter. The weirdest and least welcoming shop opening I've ever seen. The person didn't smile once to us and we were the only customers at that point. If I didn't like the coffee so much, it would be my last visit.

Went in around 1130 and it was very busy. Waited about 15 minutes for food and drink and I think the staff managed the queues very well..always polite friendly and it just didn't seem that the busy period phased them. Food tastes great. Coffee was more like a cappuccino than a flat white and I think it was over priced so not sure I'd go again.

Go-to place for coffee and a snack, or something more when we're in Milton Keynes shopping. I like Caffe Nero branches and this one is no exception with pretty speedy counter service and a nice range of food items. The café was being cleared effectively, so we didn't have that thing of having to get rid of other people's crockery, crumbs and mess before we could settle down. Staff pleasant but getting on with what they were doing, speedily and well. Enjoyed the break and then ventured back into the shops again.

My friend always says that I order a paragraph because I have so many things I am particular about but I always get a smile from staff and they don't miss a beat in producing exactly what I requested. The decaf coffee is definitely worth the extra money for the superior taste.

I also don't know why the baristas ask you to shout your order while in the queue - when they're already serving someone else - then ask you to repeat it again when it's your turn anyway.
