Very tasty coffee as good as I make at home. Which is quite a good standard from my barista skills. Small wait as only 2 staff in busy ship but got a table and it's a lovely place to chill

Lovely coffee and great cakes but they desperately need more staff, the two poor ladies were SO overworked and there was a long wait (15mins) for a simple takeaway coffee and dirty dishes all over because of the backlog. The ladies were working super hard but can’t keep up. They need at least three on to keep up - ownership take note!

A pleasent enough environment to enjoy a coffee and snack. However the coffee (cortado) was far too milky for my liking and the muffin was not particularly moist. Staff were friendly.

Have become a regular of this coffee shop over the last couple of years. Good strong coffee with a nice selection of treats. Would recommend this to anyone. Price is a bit more than Costa (which I am also a fan of) but it is definitely worth it in my opinion.

Lovely lunch today with a lovely freshly prepared NY bagel and pot of tea - great seating outside and lovely service and even a free tea refill - yes it’s not the cheapest but if you’re after cheap food and no service go to Greggs.

The coffee is fantastic, but I feel compelled to write something about the thoughtless customer service I experienced today. Despite the cosy interior, the staff were anything but welcoming: I was one of few customers sat inside and could barely hear myself think over the unnecessary noise the two staff members behind the counter were making. They were both noisily messing around, banging chairs on the floor and the blonde lady was screaming orders at the top of her voice, seemingly for the fun of it. As a customer, it made me feel quite unwelcome and it is particularly inconsiderate towards those who may be sensitive to excessively loud bangs. I've worked in hospitality for years so I know that sometimes it's noisy. Nonetheless, what I experienced today was completely unnecessary and a real shame because it is rare to find independent coffee shops in this area :(

We have been going to this place for some years and since some time ago the quality has changed and the flavour of coffee is no longer special and service slow. No longer worth it the price you pay for the size of coffee... Shame as was lovely place...

Really enjoyed my visit go Out of Office once again. Really encouraging to see all covid guidelines followed. Only slight critism is having my coffee served up in a very small paper cup (sitting in). Understand this in a way, but believe a dishwasher would clean cups sufficiently as they do this in Costa.

Best coffee in Milton Keynes by far, lovely staff and cool little old building with a 500 year old well in the middle of the floor. The snacks are also delicious- I don't have much of a sweet tooth but oh my lord those brownies... Highly recommended!

One of the best coffee houses in Milton Keynes. Cosy atmosphere, friendly staff, very good coffee. If you are going for a trendy drink with sirup or other fancy stuff then go to costa, but if you want good quality clean coffee then Out Of Office is the place to go. They always use quality roasts, and they customise every cup to the customers preferences. If you want a quick bite with your coffee, or wanna sit with your laptop and work then these options are also available.
