Love this location for my impulsive coffee needs. Staff are always polite and helpful, and always cater to my fussy orders. Parking can be a bit tricky sometimes, and there is sometimes a queue due to its location and popularity, but it’s never been unreasonable. Still my favourite Starbucks in town.

Good service and good location offering an extensive selection of foods and snacks (including some Gluten Free option) which was very surprising. There is a drive through as well as a large seating area and the coffee is fantastic. Staff are friendly and helpful and very efficient - there are quite a few staff available and that way they are able to deal with the vast number of people quickly and efficiently.

Amazing clean Starbucks, everything you want, just be careful of the parking restrictions because the external company catch you out! Luckily inside starbs there is a free parking meter that lets you avoid it just remember to use it!! Best coffee!!

Really nice coffee, cheaper than other competitors. Interior of shop nicely designed, good amount of indoor and outdoor seating available. Toilets could be better as one was out of order, however there is a baby changing facility in them, always a must for a family. The waiting time was average, but it was Saturday lunchtime so i can allow this. There is a drive through, which is handy. All in all a pleasent experience.

Decent enough coffee. My only issue is that four of five orders incorrect when using the drive through (Monday to Friday coffee and only Thursdays was correct). Not a good ratio, but since it's the only place to get decent coffee on drive through, I'll have to persevere with them.

I visit this Starbucks pretty much 5 days a week, making use of the drive thru. The service speed is generally very good and the staff are friendly and very professional. Quite often when I pull up to the speaker the barrister knows exactly what my order is before I open my mouth. I find the Starbucks card quick and convenient especially the auto top up.

Very fast service, and the staff are always polite and friendly! If you're like me and like to order weird variations of the drinks on the menu (ie. Add flavour syrups/ non dairy milk etc.) On the occasion that the person at the counter makes too much of your drink, they will give your drink in the next size up with no extra charge (eg. If you ordered a tall they might give you a grande) :)

This is the only local Starbucks to us plus a drive-thru so very convenient. The staff have on a few occasions gotten our orders wrong and we’ve only discovered after driving off. The team/staff seem to stumble during their busiest times. Everywhere is mayhem during rush hours both inside and wait time for drive-thru customers.

Greatest stack of breakfast, that is not a burrito! I particularly loved the generous black pepper in the savory gravy. My coffee was cold and the place is never clean. The chairs are so uncomfortable, they just don't want customers to stay long. I now only use the drive-through and have my overpriced coffee in my comfy car.

Been coming here for a long time and haven't written a review yet. Recently, with COVID-19 precautions, I've been here more often for takeaway and kudos to the team, they have been first class. Always friendly and a great coffee, this is my go to in MK for takeaway or drive through. I usually use the app and collect, it's way quicker. Still a big chain shop but quite convenient, clean and well run. Quite s number of people there for the time of day day suggesting a regular customer base, which is usually a good sign. You can put car reg in of you plan to stay longer in car park

This is also an awesome rare Starbucks drive through, which is great but does mean the pace of drinks delivery can be a little slower than normal. I love this store because it is open until late at night. The service can be hit and miss I find. In the mornings at the start of the day everything looks well presented but as the day goes on, there seems less attention to presentation and tidiness. Whilst I don't object to staff smoking in the outdoor seating area, perhaps having a sheltered private area for this would create a more a relaxed and professional atmosphere. This store has potential to the flagship store in Milton Keynes but is not quite consistent enough yet.

The only Starbucks Drive Through in Milton Keynes and honestly my favourite. They serve quickly, always get my order right, got extensive parking on the retail park itself, throw away previously used cups that are still in the car and make it very easy to pay with cash, card or app.

Easy parking and free for upto 3hrs; ideal spot to meet up or catch up on work if you don't want to fight the crowds in CMK, also very 'roomy', so no tripping over other customers. Credit to the team. (try the Cheese & Ham Toasties or a Nutella Cookie for a sweet treat)

It's a Starbucks, so you know exactly what you're getting. The resturant prioritises the drive through so at busy times if you prefer to eat/drink in you can have a longer wait than you might hope for. You can shorten the wait if you order ahead online via the app.
