When staying in a nearby Hotel I wanted to have a quality breakfast and found Upper Regency when looking through Google maps. Cafe was close by and had good reviews and opens early. The Cafe itself is clean and well presented and the greeting was friendly and welcoming. The view into the green is really nice especially for MK which is mostly a concrete jungle. I had black coffee and Eggs Royal. The coffee was good and food really good and well presented. I look forward to coming back when next in MK.

My partner and I found a lovely bistro cate for lunch, service is amazing, positive energy from all the staff, wide variety of food choices to suit all dietary needs and 5 star quality food. We xpuldnt resist and returned for breakfast! Thank you we will keep visiting ❤

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely cafe Upper Regency. I came here with my family and the service that they provided was unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience and they were super, super friendly. The food (breakfast) is absolutely amazing and their smoothies are super filing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. The food will most definitely keep you full and satisfied for the rest of the day.It was the best breakfast meal I have ever had mashallah. I highly recommend that you go with your family

A very friendly cafe. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. We were visiting Milton Keynes for the day and had researched places for breakfast before arriving. I was pleased that we chose this cafe. The cafe had outside seating and is in a quiet area opposite a park. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty. I had eggs bene and my husband the vegetarian breakfast. He commented to me that it was probably the nicest vegetarian breakfast he has ever had. Great find and if we are ever back in the area we would choose to go there again.

We had a lovely breakfast at Upper Regency Cafe recently and would recommend it to everyone! The vegan breakfast was delicious and different to others I've had elsewhere which was a lovely change. Coffee and smoothies were wonderful and the staff are some of the friendliest people I've met, we honestly felt like friends rather than customers! The atmosphere was really warm and relaxing and filled with happy people. We'll definitely be back!

After the first cafe we tried wasn't serving food, we came here before heading to Snozone. As a group of 8 the guy serving us was very attentive and made every effort to get our breakfasts out in good time. Only being a small cafe, we appreciated the effort and glad we popped in. The food and drinks were all good and great value, friendly service, would recommend.
