This is a beautiful shop. It never disappoints. I especially love all the variety of teas and hot chocolates. This time I treated myself to biscuits and jar of luxury hot chocolate plus my usual Assam. Thank you ladies, we come back every time. You must visit this place, they also sell tea cups and various tea pots. Excellent as gifts.

Nice shop easily found inside the shopping centre. A sample table enables you to try a few drinks.. Service was fast and friendly, I cannot fault.

It's a nice little shop, if not over priced but for a tea lover you can probably find a gift. However, for such a small shop and with more staff than customers I do not need to be asked by three different members of staff if I need any …

I always receive wonderful service here. The staff are friendly, helpful and informative. They're in no way pushy when it comes to selling, which puts me at ease when it comes to stepping into the shop. I unfortunately didn't get the names of the two staff members who helped us yesterday (02/04/22). But they were both really sweet and helpful.

I am a new recovering alcoholic and was looking for my evening alcohol substitute. The blonde lady working on 02/08/21 (sorry I didn’t catch your name) was incredibly helpful. She gave myself and my girlfriend a sample to which we loved! Then advised me on what was best for my specific needs. She also gave me a few samples of tea to try at home which was very lovely. As I said I don’t drink coffee, she substituted the coffee sample for some lovely shortbread. Overall the best customer service I have EVER received. I will be back.

I have been a regular customer to this store for a number of years, and although the staff have changed a few times, the high quality of service has not diminished. If fact I have found the latest team to be exemplary. The store is well laid out, clean and well stocked. I also appreciate the innovative items that they sell in store, some of which I have purchased and continued to use once the novelty has worn off. If you're looking for premium teas, coffees or hot chocolate, you cannot go wrong with this store!

Lovely range of teas and coffees. Pricey but you get what you pay for. I went there for their chocolate coated coffee beans, lovely !!

My disabled elderly mother recently bought a glass teapot that had a flaw in it. She does not live locally and was unable to return it. The manager Heidi made a special trip to Mum’s house to bring her a new one. Now that is exceptional customer service.
