Good Coffee, friendly staff and lots of sweet stuff! Really big selection of cakes, cans, deserts, milkshakes, chocolate bars, sandwiches, smoothies and coffee syrups. Service is really slow however, waited 10 minutes for a coffee and it wasn't busy.

It was really busy when we went, but still managed to find a nice table upstairs. There is a huge selection of drinks and some tasty treats for eating too!

We came here after many years of not visiting and I believe it's now under new ownership. Wow, a really good atmosphere and experience. Staff are friendly and attentive and the food we had, two panini, was cooked fresh and tasted great. Nice subtle coffee and lots more drinks to try on our next visit. We will definitely be back soon!

I’ve been here 93 times last year! And I love the milkshakes I think I’m a addict! my favourite has to be the white chocolate kinder bueno milkshake! And the seasonal ones the creme egg milkshake! I also love the mars milkshakes!

Coffee is not bad has all facilities ie toilet, staff are friendly and you get a good portion of cream on your mocha! Always good but service can some times be a touch slow hence a star missing. Recommend to all coffee drinkers .

My review is defiantly overdue as I've been a regular customer for over 3 years now, love coffees service is second to none and spot on every time, I'm always greeted through the door, their choice of drink and the beverages themselves are amazing, their prices are very very good especially whilst you compare them to the likes of Starbucks or Costa. love coffees loyalty system works flawlessly and I find myself in abundance of points so I'm always offers free beverages in return. overall I would have to say love coffee is the best place on the isle of wight to sit down chill out with a coffee with a relaxing atmosphere and watch the news or a nice chat with the staff! i wish the staff a merry Xmas and a happy new year and may 2018 bring you more success. -Andrew.

Best place for a flat white or mocha on the island. Not perfect but very good and consistent unlike some places where you don't know what you'll get from one visit to the next. Staff are always friendly and will bring your order to your table.

A smaller friendlier coffee shop serving all your favourite hot & cold drinks along with many unusual ones too. Decent snacks hot & cold, cakes, delicious sweetshop based milkshakes, frappé & iced to a large selection of teas. All served in a friendly style by polite helpful staff. Often a quieter atmosphere than other coffee shops, there's even board games to play available upstairs & conference facilities !

Food and entertainment was excellent so were staff very friendly but rooms were outdated shower over the bath and when you are nearly 80 not easy haven't stayed in a hotel without wet rooms or walk in shower for a long time and until they update it won't stay there again which is a shame
