Coffee was amazing however it wasn't hot, my partner wanted something to eat but was shocked at prices, toilets were disgusting and tables were dirty. Other than that staff were very friendly but obviously overworked.

Given that it was late in the evening, service seemed non existent. I ordered and paid for drinks; sat down. After a period of time, I had to go and ask for myself. The premises, although small seemed to resonate chats. I expect more from Starbucks.. I shan't be going back.

The baristas are all very knowledgeable about the mixes of drinks. Went in and asked for "something cold" the lady that served me asked a couple of questions about what drinks I usually like and she provided me with something I've never had before but will definitely be having again! :D great atmosphere here too.

As with the rest of Newport City Centre the shop has seen better days - roll on more better days. Costa Coffee and Cafe Nero look smarter, but the coffee is a good as anywhere else.

Your average Starbucks in terms of their food & beverage selection yet the members of staff are absolutely fantastic. Rarely do I see that kind of positive energy and smiles all day long. They also helped me out to install the Starbucks app and how to use it. Minus one star for the small terras outside as I do smoke sometimes.

Fast service as always. The waitress accidently put someone else's coffee order in my takeaway cup, poured it into the cup it was meant to be in and then made my order without replacing the cup. I ordered a strawberry frappachino, and could taste the coffee in the bottom. Would have preferred it if she swapped it but it wasn't anything major. I love coming in here with friend for catch ups. Have never felt like we weren't welcome.
