Great place to get a drink, sweet treat or bite to eat. Love the fancy drinks they do on top of just your standard coffees. Flavoured hot chocolates and iced coffees are great. Much more affordable and interesting than the big chains. Been there lots of times to catch up with family and with my kids and husband. Friendly staff and clean tables with plenty of room between them.

If you want great coffee with great service then try Bewiched. I was served by Michelle today, she was friendly, smiling and polite. In fact every time I have been to Bewiched the staff have been friendly, smiling and polite. It makes a nice change to get such great service consistently.

Friendly staff, cozy interior design. Been here a few times. A definitive choice over the other cafes in the shopping center. Great selection of drinks. However, I believe its lacking on the food/Snack front. Would like to see a greater selection of cookies, buns or sandwiches. But for what it is, it’s great! I would definitively come back. Lunchtime on a Saturday we were greeted by an extremely charismatic young woman, loads of energy, super friendly, wonderful sales technique. I really appreciate an upbeat attitude because I've done this work and it's never easy so Gracie absolutely deserves recognition. The coffee is also delicious, the place was clean and the food and cakes were all displayed beautifully. The interior is quite nice too. Very good atmosphere

i come here at least twice a week; they serve amazing coffee and the staff always say hello and goodbye to you! really lovely bunch of staff - today grace made my coffee and she was brilliant! the vibe here is so chill, great for studying, working, meeting friends, for literally anything! great selection of cakes too! really nice to support a local northamptonshire chain!

I normally like Bewiched. On this occasion I visited the Grosvenor centre in Northampton only to be taken aback with the place. There was only 1 member of staff present (a black guy) who was serving someone ahead of me. Whilst he was attending to the other person another guy appeared behind the counter and although he saw me, merely mooched about doing nothing in particular until the black guy finished serving the previous customer and came past the other man to serve me. He was very smart; and polite as he took my order. Then a girl staff member came in and looked like she too was doing nothing. The black guy brought my food to the table and went back to the counter where he started washing up crockery. Additionally there were tables to be cleared and wiped down but the other two weren't helping and I couldn't help but notice how grubby the surfaces were in the work area and there were cleaning materials where food was served. To put this in perspective I am white and in no way connected with the food industry but very disappointed in this branch

I’ve always preferred this place to the larger franchises- it’s more comfortable, has a good range of competitively priced food and drink but mainly it’s the quality of service. The staff are genuinely nice and warm people, not in that sterile way that they can be in chain places. I had a bear drawn in my latte without asking for one- what more do you need? Go to this coffee shop.

I was searching for an independent coffee shop in Northampton City Centre and near my place of work and happen to find this place. (1) Good staff, the owner seems nice. The staff are consistent. (2) I order my regular Mocha wherever I go. I rate the Mocha 6/10 as the cup isn’t often filled to the top. I have been here several times and not often pleased with the size. (3) Price is reasonable. My Mocha cost me £2.90 compared to Starbucks and Costa. (4) Interior design and set up is what you would expect from an independent coffee shop. (5) Above all, I like the fact I can come and spend time away from the outside world. Finally, a decent independent coffee shop. I would recommend this above Costa and Starbucks which are in close proximity.

So far each time I've been here the satff have been polite and drinks were made in a decent time. This place is also breastfeeding friendly as it's a little dim and also can have a free glass of water while I'm Feeding. The entire design and decoration is pretty cool and has an awesome little coffee shop feel to it!

Cosy little coffee shop tucked away on the upper floor of the Grosvener centre. They do some very tasty toasted sandwiches and panini's and great coffee. They also do great tea. My other half and me come here most times when we go to town.😃

Popped in on Sunday afternoon (19/03) with my sister for a bit of lunch and it was FAB! Greeted warmly by Will, Shannon and Lydia, they were so friendly and we had a lovely chat whilst they recommended what ice tea/milkshake flavours we should try. My sister had Peace Iced Tea and she says it's the best one she's ever had!! I opted for Malteser Milkshake and it was incredible, totally obsessed. We both had lovely paninis as well, all great prices and great quality. Fantastic service, brilliant location (especially for people-watching!) and lovely staff. Can't wait to come back! 😄❤️

Really good coffee, nice, clean and quiet, but please never take a tiramisu slice from them. It's DISGUSTING! Maybe it looks a bit like a tiramisu, but a layer of hard icing instead of mascarpone ruins everything down. Selection of snacks and pastries are not the best. Next time I am coming back to Nero café.
