M. R.Despite being out of tapioca pearls, still hundreds of options to choose from. Went for honeydew milk tea with oat milk and coconut jelly and you can customise the ice and the sweetness level. Great location just by the entrance. Bright colours and fun tastes, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
R. S.Really good experience! We went there at around 4.30 and lady who was taking the orders kindly wrote our names on the cup as per our request and improvised by adding hearts to it! It was very busy as well but the orders came out quick. They were out of Tapioca but it’s understandable as we went near closing time.

They have a fantastic range of teas and they were all fantastic . Ordered 3 different drinks, all of them were great. Really glad I went in person .
P.s. after the ordeal with ubereats, I was so happy to finally get some delicious bubble tea
W. S.Great customer service and great tasting bubble tea however after a certain time in the day the tapioca ALWAYS seems to run out and this is frustrating for people who come around 4/5pm! Please could the staff ensure to make enough tapioca to last until the shop shuts!!
N. N.Visited this establishment at a recommendation from a friend and had a very lovely milk jasmine tea. Another visit I ordered their classic tea and it had a strong tea flavour and I really enjoyed the tapioca. It's not like the dehydrated ones you get in supermarkets.
Though it did take longer than most other bubble tea places to get the drink. I took the time to wander around the Waterstones next door.
I have a feeling that one of the reviews that complained about the lack of flavour might have had an encounter with COVID.
k.Ahh I love this place so much I basically go there whenever I’m in town! I always suggest my friends we go there, they try and be the quickest they can and they’re so sweet, I have just ordered some milk tea for me and my brother right now I can’t wait till it arrives I’m sure it will taste as good as it always does!:) lovely customer service
N. C.had amazing customer experience earlier today, absolute 10/10. we ordered 2 creme brulee drinks which i've not had before.
the customer after us ordered the same drink and 5 mins later she was having a go at the staff claiming she'd been waiting 15 mins for her drink and that the staff weren't trained properly bc they couldn't whip out 3 drinks in 5 mins. bearing in mind there were only two people to make the drinks and it was mentioned several times that creme brulee has the longest prep time on the menu. the woman was stressing me out and i wasn't even working there.
anyway the manager/supervisor (idk) handled the situation like a LEGEND. she politely told the customer that she wouldn't tolerate disrespect towards staff and she could cancel the order and give the karen's money back. the karen said no but continued to complain about nothing so the manager/supervisor just opened the cash register and gave the money back and wished her a nice day.
all 3 drinks were ready like 5 seconds later and the staff were so sweet and kind they gave us the karen's drink for free! :D
