Brilliant food, great atmosphere and an enjoyable meal with the family. As the premises is in 2 parts, we dined at the front with great comfort. The staff were brilliant and attentive. Food came out at good timing, even though it was busy which is a good sign the kitchen know what they are doing. The food was 10/10 and the right portion. The atmosphere had a pleasant neo-jazz ambiance and without doubt, one of our favourate locations to dine at. Definetly would recommend to all!

Can only judge on the milkshak and delivery service as havent tried anything else yet. I had the lotus biscuit milkshake which was amazing! delivery service came right on time. Will definitely order again. 😁

The black waitress/cashier woman was the sweetest, she was very helpful and made us feel comfortable in the restaurant - she is a valuable worker. However, the food wasn’t my favourite but it wasn’t bad it just didn’t look appetising or taste that good. But the setting was beautiful and nice music.

So this resturnant was recommended to me by a friend.. inside is very clean and the flower wall throughout the hallways are amazing.. Shipa the hostess was very helpful and up sold me the lamb chops , the prawns and I'm going back today for the wings .. Jenna then sold me some amazing icecream and desserts which were well presented and tasty

Staff service is great. They are very friendly and helpful. The mocktails are AMAZING. The food is alright. I am not a fan of the shisha but maybe that’s just me. The environment is good, young people and good music. I would recommend people trying it out. This is not a negative review. I would go back there as the staff and the environment are great.

Staff are all great and super helpful! We asked them to sort a surprise birthday dessert with a 'happy birthday' message and although it's not something they usually do, they pulled it out of the bag so well. Thank you guys!

Amazing atmosphere, best shisha desert place in Northampton for me! Not only is their deserts amazing, their food is fantastic so much flavour to it! This place does it all and they do it very well! Highly recommend :D

Don't take any notice of the negative reviews. I go here at least once a week - the staff are friendly, know what they're doing and are attentive (Daniel in particular is extremely helpful and friendly) . The food is very, very good indeed and the premium shakes are indeed premium (try the peanut butter cups shake) . I once made the mistake of eating at a cheaper fried chicken place before going to Zizou's. Never again. Even the vegetarian options are good. You get the impression from the food that trained staff are working in the kitchen. Every time a party leaves an area a member of staff thoroughly cleans the seats and the tables - it's spotless all the time! Therefore comments regarding hygiene /cleanliness /cheating gum everywhere just aren't true. The shisha is spot on, I'd recommend trying different flavours from their own mix range. Pomegranate, grape and mint is a favourite of a friend of mine and I like the 'exotic' mix, a guava flavour. The atmosphere is great, no rowdy behaviour, music isn't hideously loud and is a mix of old school r and b and hip hop and more up to date music too. Everything is reasonably priced and while a couple of the staff aren't English, it seems that staff everywhere are a mix of English, Asian (from abroad) and Eastern Europeans. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, polite and helpful. I'm someone who expects good service, but I don't expect to be waited on hand and foot. You have to take this place for what it is really; but honestly some weeks I've been there two or three times and I have nothing to complain about. I wouldn't try the delivery service-why would you? Everything you need is at Zizou's! And having read the comments below - I expect bigger food places buy their strawberries from cheaper places than Tesco. Try it. Unless you're too wealthy for this sort of place (I'm not!) or you're used to really high end places, this is a lovely place to chill out, have some tea, smoke a shisha and listen to some music. I introduce all my friends and family to Zizou's!

Food tasted delicious came earlier than expected and the delivery man was very polite only problem was I asked for the munchies waffle but I got sent the Malteser one but it tasted lovely so money lost thankyou ! Will definitely be ordering from here again !

Is mine and my my families go to place for deserts, cookie dough, milkshakes, ice cream/gelato and cakes cannot be faulted only reason this is not 5 stars is the delivery time every time I have ordered is pretty much the biggest joke I have heard (same as a lot of the other negative complaint on here) Whatever just eats says just ignore you will wait between 1 and half hours to 2 hours for delivery at least....young girl working behind counter answering is rude but can’t blame her when she is taking the blame about false advertisement for the business about delivery time and having to deal with annoyed customers.....business needs to invest in more staff and it would more than likely get 5 stars from all customers!

Good shisha garden. By law they should keep one side uncovered tho. But lucky they didn't cause it would be extremely cold. Green tea was good too. Lovely to find a shisha place in Northampton.

Nice place for a shisha, good flavours they have food but no alcohool. Pretty hard to find if it is dark you have to pay attention otherwise you will miss it.
