One of my favourite places to go for a bite to eat whether it's just a cake or a lovely meal! Staff are amazing, food is so good you will not be disappointed! An absolute hidden gem!

Friendly service, reasonable coffee and great cake. Was a bit disappointed though that they now want £2.50 to walk around the garden. Needed to walk off that cake but £5 for 2 of us for 10 minutes in the garden seemed rather expensive.

The gluten free artisan sandwich was exceptional, initially I thought £11 was expensive but when it arrived it was bursting full of fresh high quality ingredients and worth every penny. A flavour sensation of chicken thigh, halloumi, avocado, sun dried tomatoes, sweet chilli jam… absolutely delicious. I’m normally fobbed of with tiny slices of dry gluten free bread, a shadow of the real thing… not here! A high quality hand sliced door step cut gluten free loaf awaited. Bravo! Lovely setting, beautifully decorated and very friendly and helpful service. Literally can’t fault it, will be back.

Definitely worth more than 5 stars, stopped here today (Sunday) for a mooch about. We were greeted by friendly and attentive staff and clean and well decorated surroundings. We ordered food, I had the seafood flatbreat, it was delicious, the accompanying fries in a bucket perfect! Not the cheapest of places but you don't expect it would be but in my opinion well worth it. I hate places that charge a lot and fail to deliver in quality, quantity and staff friendliness. Keep up the good work everyone, thank you very much, hope to see you again soon.

What a truly terrific breakfast. The flavour was sublime. Hot plate, hot food great value for money! Also tried one of the sausage rolls, scrumptious! My mum said to die for! Will definitely be returning!

An absolute gem of a place! Staff are so friendly in this warm and welcoming cafe. Lee served me today and was so friendly and looked after me really well. Another member of staff (didn’t catch her name) came up and asked if I wanted another drink and she knew exactly what I’d had before even though she hadn’t served me. So attentive. Food is delicious, beautifully presented and very reasonably priced. Great vegetarian and vegan options. And they don’t stop serving at 3pm on a Sunday like so many other places do. Very clean and comfortable with outside seating also. Always greeted with a smile, which is most definitely what we need more of in today’s world. There are lovely craft shops just outside too, (and crafting areas but not yet been to those) and lovely gardens to walk around. Well worth a visit. 😊

Afternoon Tea wasn't as expected . Very dry bread and unsure of fillings. Offered onion rings goujons mozzarella sticks n scampi very odd not to my friends choices and seemed skimpy on cakes. Disappointing for 15.95 per head it looked like the cakes were all bought in cheap supermarket quality and it was such a shame as there homemade cakes looked delicious but not on as samples. Only one drink too extra drinks cost more. Delightful staff n venue otherwise won't be endulging in this again.

Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful, great food selection, burger was very tasty and topped it with an egg. Lasagna was a good size portion, fresh with a great taste. Nice scones and carrot cake. Lovely surroundings and garden.

This is a hidden gem a real find. A delightful cafe with a great atmosphere and very friendly staff and a lovely selection to choose from. The cheese scones with a cheese tweal are sublime especially if they are slightly warmed. Check it out you won't be disappointed plus for a small fee there's 4acres of gardens to explore with the peacocks!

Amazing place! Brilliant service! Creative and tasty food! Interesting art on the wall and a real slice of what is good about Norfolk today. A good choice on the menu and everything is prepared with care. Loved the shops that are on the same site and well worth a visit.

Called in the other day, as usual met by pleasant friendly staff and was shown to a table, within a few minutes our order was taken and as expected with fresh food we waited about 7 to 8 minutes for it to be served to table. I had the quiche and my wife had the crispy chicken, we both enjoyed our lunches. Well worth the visit, we dine here about once a month.

Love this cafe, food is amazing and the staff are so welcoming. A gem of a find within walking distance from the campsite next door. Had a delightful afternoon tea earlier this month and we treated ourselves to a return visit for breakfast this weekend. Best veggie breakfast ever the grilled halloumi and sweet potato rosti were delicious. Will definitely be back. We sat indoors - such a pretty little place.

Popped in for breakfast. Good experience. Seems very popular. Try the upstairs for more room. Tables and comfy sofas available. Very attentive staff - Lee - who whizzed around making sure everyone was happy. Full English Breakfast @ 10.95 was very well cooked, tasty and nicely presented. Family friendly and pleasant surroundings made this a great pit stop. Good mobile signal but WiFi not currently available so use a Kindle or pre-downloaded material if you want to read. I will return definitely.

Wow! This Cafe, situated at Alby Crafts gets better and better. The owner has done a brilliant job with the furnishings, the bright, efficient and friendly staff and most of all - the food and coffee. Each meal we've had there has been very good and the fish and chips were the BEST we've ever had!!

Quite possibly one of the best sandwiches you'll ever have! A nice 'door step' of the kind you see very rarely nowadays, packed with great filling combinations and at an excellent price. Ask about kids options and the chef will come and create one. We've been coming here for a number of years now and have seen several owners come and go. The current owners of the business opened this iteration at the start of February but has to be one the best. Alby Craft Centre is a destination in its own right benefitting from a cafe on the premises. The Artisan Cafe certainly 'levels' thing up and is a place to visit or stop off for in its own right.
