M. C.We stumbled on this tea room by chance and so glad that we did. Service was amazing , spotless clean , cakes were beautiful and the whole feel of the tea room was an amazing experience in itself. We will be back again.
A. A.Wonderful tea at an equally wonderful space. They have a great collection of loose leaf teas and the scones, served warm, were exactly the afternoon pick me up I needed.
Staff seemed a bit harried when I visited (on a weekday afternoon) but they were still friendly and efficient.
F. C. B.Staff are so friendly & pleasant. Is dog friendly which is not that common & is greatly appreciated on a freezing cold but bright sunny day in Norwich! Has fantastic carrot cake (previous visit) - today just a fruit scone but what a scone! Comes warmed with cream & jam - sublime.
Y. M.Myself & my daughter used vouchers for afternoon tea for two last Friday(15th July). Very impressed by the menu .We had a choice of finger sandwiches, bread , flavoured scones & big slice of cake. The big pot of hot tea was refillable too. Friendly staff will definitely return.
P. W.We went with our son to Biddestone last week. What a stunning find. Build your own afternoon tea. With a massive pot if tea all for £14.95. Great cakes, scones and sandwiches and a huge selection of teas. Not really for coffee aficionados. They also have a branch in Aylsham.

S. O.Really lovely food .....a hearty afternoon tea...with a great selection of sandwiches (unlike a trational sandwich selection which include egg and cucumber...which I hate) scones and cake.
But such slow service...
I know you were understaffed....but over 30 minutes for the orders to be taken and nearly an hours wait for food to arrive !!
I'd have given 5 stars ....but the slow sevice really did let it down
C. J.Very cosy and quirky feel inside, with a large "living room" area full of comfortable sofas. Also a range of books and games are available to check out whilst there, again adding to the homey feel. Range of cakes (gluten free and vegan options available) and endless lists of teas. Only filtered coffee is available--note that this is a tea house, and it sticks to that label strictly. Staff seemed a little scatter brained even though it wasn't that busy or early-but still very kind.
