I completely forgot to take a picture when the food first came out and instead we jumped straight into eating. The food and the owners are amazing, and we were so happy to have found such a lovely vegan cafe. 100% we will be going back there again the next time we visit Norfolk. Thank you so much for the lovely breakfast!

The poppyseed and lemon cake was devine. Washed down with some splendid iced tea, very generous portions. I had the supergreen soup for lunch which was served with a nice chunk of bread. The service was brilliant very friendly staff. Highly reccomend.

We absolutely love this place and can't rate it highly enough!! We visited every day while on a mini holiday to Bacton and couldn't believe our luck that this was just around the corner. Their all day breakfast is perfection and really good value for money. Their drinks are delicious and the cakes are a must! The owners are so friendly and easy to talk to. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian or neither of those, you won't be disappointed! We'll definitely be booking another trip to the area in the near future just to come back here!

We popped by this lovely VEGAN cafe this afternoon after a dog/beach walk in nearby Mundesley. We loved the quirky and cosy decor of the cafe, there was a great selection of cakes and other foods on offer. The tea and coffee came in large mugs with a nice oaty milk and we can highly recommend the biscoff cake 🎂 😋 definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. Thank you Carmels

For years we’ve been driving by this area when visiting Bacton, seeing this little row of a couple of bijou shops not having much attention paid to them. So it was a great surprise to find there is now a welcoming and friendly vegan cafe, so we had to support it. We had the vegan full English and we’ll be back again! (There’s a lovely gift shop next door too, well worth popping in for some local produce & crafts).

Lovely little vegan cafe open 10 to 4 for takeaway during lockdown. Wonderful owners and the freshly made doorstop delicious sandwich and lemon poppyseed cake were absolutely scrummy! I couldn't take a pic of the cake as I ate it too quick. 🤩

Called in 3 or 4 times last week for morning bacon butties and lunchtime salad sandwiches. The lady behid the counter was very pleasant and the shop was imaculately clean. Very good food at very good prices - what more do you want?

We are not even vegetarian let alone vegan, but we like good quality food. The coffee and mocha were great, but the cupcakes were absolutely brilliant. I dog sat in the car whilst my husband shopped. He said the atmosphere was very friendly and good humoured. A great find and will hopefully become a regular stop off when we move up next year. We might even risk taking the dog in!

We love this place, It has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, We are always greeted like friends which I find quite rare these days. They allow dogs in which is great for us as we have a little Border Sausage who we take with us. It is always clean, tidy and presentable. It's worth noting they have a 5 star hygiene rating too. We really like the food and drink which is also offered to take away if so desired. We can't recommend this place high enough.

Fantastic cafe. The coffee is great. I had the soup of the day, which was pumpkin and that kept me full for ages. Luckily I managed to squeeze in a slice of delicious chocolate cake. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is delightful. Thanks very much - we'll be back!

An absolute delight to find this cafe on our way through Bacton yesterday. We were too early for hot food, but the tea, latte, scone and gluten free flapjack were worth the journey alone. Lovely staff, excellent service and great outdoor seating area. I hope to visit again for the hot food menu. Highly recommend.

Carmel Cafe is a lovely cafe with outside seating as well as inside. It also welcomes dogs which is very handy after you have walked your dog on the beach which isn't very far away. There are some lovely cakes to be had, they require a very strong willpower to resist. Enjoy your visit, with a nice cup of tea and irresistible cake. Mike

We arrived earlier than our reservation and were immediately accommodated without incident. The owners are lovely and the food fresh and delicious 😋 We went for tapas and there was a good choice. Desserts and coffee finished a pleasant relaxed evening. Highly recommended ❤️

I like this cafe. it is small, independent, family-run, the sort of place i like to support. their oat cappuccinos were terrific; service was friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant. the decor and ambience is warm and cosy. Their weekend Mexican night was wonderful.

This has always been a little gem of a place but now that it opens at night over the weekend it is MAGICAL! We had the most delicious vegan Mexican meal and the nicest gin and tonic I've drank. So cozy, intimate and relaxed in there. The staff are welcoming and friendly....you can just feel how much they love their place. Thank you so much! We'll be back. Wonderful welcoming cafe with excellent food and drink options, a pop up bakery, delicious cakes & bread ( the scrambled eggs on fresh granary toast with mushroom ketchup is just delish for a breakfast treat!) And most importantly, dog friendly! Always a personal service and everything is made fresh. Also just a stones throw for a walk on the beach & a fabulous gift shop next door for a browse pre/post cuppa. Highly recommend!
