s. g.Relaxing atmosphere lovely decor. Loved the waiting staff dress code. Felt like I'd stepped back in time to a beautiful victorian tea room.
The prices are very reasonable . The tea for 2 came with a teapot of real tea, a pot of hot water to refill with choice of lemon or milk. Sugar lumps and a little tea strainer! The tea tasted delicious.
We had Egg Benedict with a choice of mushrooms or bacon. The sauce was delicious and buttery.
Cannot fault the service atmosphere or food.
H. T.Afternoon tea was lovely and service was prompt. The mini cakes weren't my favorite but the scones and sandwiches were delicious.
S. C.The best cup of tea I've ever had, Harriet's Special Blend, sister in law has the peppermint, she said it was so smooth. We also had sandwiches which were delicious. Thanks to the staff as well. Tea so good that we bought some to take home and I shall be ordering on-line once it's finished.

The staff were very courteous and friendly, the atmosphere was very serene and relaxed with a pianist playing.
L. H.Superb what a hidden gem in Norwich... Staff are so polite food was excellent and staff all dressed in matching outfits. This is how a tea shop should be... And they even do cooked breakfasts which was perfect ...... Brilliant place well worth finding it... Tables out side if you have a dog.....
A. M.Old style tea room with a modern feel and friendly service. The eggs benedict was very tasty, one of the best I've had, although not sure about the side salad. Overall, a very enjoyable breakfast
R. S.Tried the afternoon tea set, nice environment. Food is okay, some desserts and sandwichs are lovely, but some are average. Staff is okay, however I was asked to put the tea pot and other utensils on/ off the serving tray for them. A bit pricy given the quality of food and service
