The staff were friendly and fast paced. I had a vegan mocha, was delicious. The only one thing I didn't like was they handled food with the same hands they touched the till with. I know this is an issue across the board though.

Nice little Starbucks, just felt a bit dirty. No sign of any hygiene practices within the public area. Toilets smelt like a camping portaloo, and not clean. Build up of dirt and scale around floor and corners.

I have been dozens of branches of Starbucks all around the world but Riverside branch is way better than all of the others! Staff is super friendly and the coffee they make is extremely yummy! They absolutely know what they are doing and always smiling (even with masks on!)

My first review was harsh. The staff and service are great, but not accepting cash! I understand we're in a pandemic but people still use cash it's legal tender. Wear gloves when handling cash or sanitise your hands after handling cash. Every other store has adapted. Ill be back soon with cash.

Everyone is so friendly and cares a lot about the coffee and everyone's safety, Elliott served me today and was very friendly and the coffee was perfect! I have been in before and served by Sarah and Tyler who are also always smiley and enjoying their job! Definitely the best starbucks in the city.

Wow ! What a change! I stopped coming to this Starbucks due to the lack of service and cleanliness. I visited today after 6-7 months of being away. I was greeted by a lovely man (Elliott) who I later learned was the store manager. The service was brilliant, the staff happy, the store clean and the manager cleaning and tidying himself. As a leader myself, I can completely see the impact that this new manager has had upon the staff and the store. I will be coming again on a regular basis. Thank you Elliott

Cold inside due door permanently open while winter is outside. Also remember being there in the summer when they had air con switch off and it was over 30 degrees inside. This is definitely not a place to relax

The best Starbucks in Norwich, always has a good range of drinks and food from breakfast to afternoon tea. The staff are excellent, friendly and extremely helpful. I am in a wheelchair and need extra help, from bring my order over to me, to finding a suitable table for me and making sure I have enough room to fit my wheelchair close to the table.

Coffee was good, loses one star because my stalker has started following me here. The one who thinks she's my wife and writes about things that never happened. I'm so tired of her following me, which is why I needed the coffee. At least that wasn't a disappointment, unlike everything else in my life.

Easy to reach when shopping in the shopping center in the Riverside, but not the very best coffee you can have in Norwich.. Customer service is average, but even with few customers they seem to don't be able to keep up with the orders. Good for a break while shopping

We come in quite early and it's always so peaceful. They're so clean, I've even seen them clean the fire extinguishers !!! Friendly staff and always happy to serve (even on the really early morning)
