The absolute best coffee available in Norfolk, so many varieties around the world, it tells you the origin, cultivar or variety, how its processed and the roasting date, which is usually within a few weeks if not days depending on when you get it. I never thought coffee could have such a complex taste before having this coffee. I always buy my coffee here and i dont see how anywhere else can compete. Ps i usually get it from the Greengrocers on earlham road, which is also a great place :)

Cheap prices for good coffee and cake. A pretty small cafe so I would get here earlyish in the day to ensure a seat if you're planning on staying a while. Very friendly staff. The cafe itself is very aesthetically pleasing and has a great view of the lanes and bustling Norwich life. Tables come with complimentary mini lotus biscuits.

Everything they sell is the most outstanding food that I have ever tasted. This is an amazing establishment! You can buy coffee from both the coffee shop and the roaster, both within short distance of each other. At the roaster, you can only get take-away, but I find that the roaster’s queues are about 1/10 of the cafe’s.

The coffee is DeLiCIoUs, I would always go here over: Starbucks, Costa, etc. The only advantage of the aforementioned franchises is seating areas, although certain Strangers do have outside seating. The staff are always cheery and clearly have a passion for good/great coffee (you can tell by the way they look when they make it - no I don't stare...maybe). Find one - give it a go - realise how much money you've wasted elsewhere - get the caffeine shakes.

Nice coffee, but unfortunately have a limited milk alternative selection. I think they only offer Oat, perhaps Soya is an option too but don't quote me on that. I wish they offered pea, rice, almond or coconut as then people with food allergies may be able to drink here. Love the outside seating, do wish the inside was more comfortable to sit in, all hard chairs from what I remember pre-covid.

Best coffee spot in Norwich, and yes I’ve tried them all. All they are lacking is a place to sit and chat inside for the cold months. Price is good as well. My family and I find ourselves coming back time and time again.

My favourite coffee of all time. The food is a bit expensive and there is no space to work, but the the coffee makes up for all of it. The staff is also very knowledgeable if you want to find out more about the beans. The atmosphere is nice too. It feels a lot like a retreat from the world, especially when it's cold outside and all the windows are covered by condensation. Very cosy.

Been to Strangers a few times and this is the second time that they don't have filter coffee or cream. Which I don't feel is much to ask for a coffee shop. Then the long black which was served instead of the filter was in a noticeably smaller cup than a latte. The coffee roast is quite nice but I probably won't bother to return when there are other nice little coffee shops around which don't frustrate me quite as much.

This is a vibrant cafe with 'hip' staff who are committed to giving a good service. The cafe itself is compact and part of the Norwich 'in' scene, a great place for people watching. The coffee blend they use here is perfect, not too bitter like some of the bigger outlets use.

The coffee here is always excellent, and their beans are generally exceptional and very well roasted. Definitely worth a stop for a brew if you're in the city.

You are able to get a cheaper cup of coffee in Norwich, but it will be hard to come by a coffee that is as good as strangers. Having Lotus Biscoffs readily available on the table makes for an amazing complimentary coffee companion. Quite a young, 'hip' coffee shop, but it is definitely doing it right.

We went there for a coffee on a rainy day. Very nice, small place with friendly staff. We also ordered a piece of cake and vegetable samosa. Both were delicious! Can recommend it to others.

Think they know more than someone who has worked 10 years in Italian cafes. Took an age to make an espresso, defeating the point of said coffee. Not even one smile nor a greeting once through the door. Above average coffee which is not difficult to achieve given low average quality of English coffee. Oh and slightly overpriced. I don't get what all the hype is about.
