I am joking really!! But, would be nice to have wet wipes, I defy anyone to not want to wipe hands/mouth after eating haddock and chips outside, listening to the waves and happy families spending time outside on a lovely summer's evening. The meal was excellent - and the gulls didn't bother anyone either.

The kingfisher café situated on the coast road overlooks the sea. It has an extensive menu ranging from an English breakfast to a roast dinner it also does scones and cake and specialist coffee . Opening times 10 until 3 Tuesday to Sunday at present, I exspect this will change as the season progresses .

Loved this place! Coffee was fantastic. We came for breakfast and had scrambled eggs, sausages all really yummy. There was also a selection of brownies and blondies which I didn't try but looked fab! Its right by the beach too so a wonderful view whilst you are there. Definitely recommend going here.

Rode up from Ipswich this morning with a few mates on the motorcycles as part of our weekly breakfast ride outs. Have gotta say this has to be the best breakfast we've had really great value and quality food is presented to the customers. Staff were spot on very welcoming to all and super friendly. Would I recommend the king Fisher cafe for anyone looking for a place to visit yep sure I would would we ride there again most definitely.

We had breakfast at this excellent seaside cafe. Due to COVID restrictions the tables were well spaced and reduced in numbers. We waited a short while which was fine. Our table was sanitised and we were seated, following an apology for the wait which really wasn't required but very thoughtful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our food was delicious and the coffee nice and strong. We weren't rushed, despite another queue forming. This proves this place is popular. I have looked at some of the previous reviews that have placed The Kingfisher in a bad light and cannot understand how this can be? I, for one will be returning again to this traditional cafe by the sea. Thank you to all the staff who work there.

The All Day Breakfast was really good and not oily or fatty but very tasty with good quality sausages and bacon. Staff were very polite and efficient. Highly recommended.

Big breakfast is always a treat, the food service is great, the lunch menu is served with quality and generosity, the owners are really lovely and hygiene is very good. Social distance rules are posted, the café is back open for sittings and is 2 meters away from each table. Get down there your missing out!

Best Full English Breakfast ever. Hot, fresh, well cooked, massive portions, good value and quality ingredients (not a catering sausage in sight!). Fantastic Vegetarian Breakfast also, as rated by the wife, and a great Junior Breakfast for my 3 year old who has been going here since he was 4 weeks old! We eat here regularly, have tried other places but just end up disappointed and wishing we had gone here as usual. You won't go wrong here.

They have an indoor and outdoor seating area, a great selection of ice-cream flavours and serve a decent coffee. The staff are always friendly and helpful, no matter how busy they are and this place gets really busy! Cross the road and you are on the seafront with step and ramp access to the beach.

Great bikers cafe in addition to catering for all. Has adjoining chippy, both right on the sea front at Walcott. Can get heaving at peak times. We've eaten at the cafe and and the chippy and the food is very good, and reasonably priced. Afterwards sit on the sea wall with a coffee or ice cream. Friendly staff. The outdoor tables are or were starting to show signs of age on my last visit but that's probably the salty air. Great place to visit for anyone.

A great stop to take a breath enjoy the beach scenery and enjoy really good food from an extensive menu. Choose either the cafe side or the fish bar to eat from, dine in or take out as you choose. The table service was brilliant and the staff were just so patient polite and couldn't do enough to help us. On this occasion I had burger but I will return for cakes and ice cream on another occasion. Stop on by this very popular local hotspot.

Found this little gem of a cafe on our weekend break whilst staying nearby. So many positive things to say about this place. The food was amazing, not fatty or greasy, just beautifully cooked with great portions at a very reasonable price. Super clean Cafe and also plenty of lovely outdoor seating with seafront view on a summers day but also seating indoors too. The staff were so accommodating and very attentive when we were asking about dietary requirements. A massive plus for us being vegan was the diverse menu that they had so we could still enjoy our favourites of battered (Quorn) sausage and chips but plenty of other things too for vegetarians. It was really lovely to see an adapted menu to suit all tastes and lifestyles and also a very eco conscious Cafe considering the environment, serving up any takeaway food in enviro pacs!! We were so, so impressed with all the effort this team puts in to their business. Definitely worth a visit and the 5 star review, i wish i could give more stars. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Rare to find a breakfast place with such decent food, butchers sausages (as opposed to cheap deep fried derivatives), thick back bacon, really blood red tomatoes and eggs cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Not the best looking place but looks can be deceiving!

Often visit when we stay, just up the road at Ostend. Late decsion to visit on Sunday and cafe was full on first attempt, but took a short stroll along the front and back and we were in luck. Enjoyed a roast lunch with a good and interesting selection of 4 types of veg. Good value and friendly service. Our 3 yr old grandson settled for a pizza, ( as well as sharing our veggies) a small 5" not too crispy child portion and finished the lot! Then went on to enjoy a generous 'small' cone of ice cream and sprinkles. Can't get a better recommendation than that!

Friendly staff and the food was basic but good. I had a tuna sandwich thinking that it was expensive but then it came with unindicated chips and a salad. The sandwiches were so filling that I couldn't eat either the chips or salad. I also heard other customers saying how much they had enjoyed their meals. Would visit again.

This is a lovely little cafe in the centre of Stalham High street. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is very good. I would call it a "Posh" cafe rather than an ordinary cafe, but sometimes that makes a nice change. I would definitely recommend it and use it again.

Traditional English seaside cafe at Walcott. Very popular with natives and visitors alike. Very good full English, bacon just right. Since last visit changed over from trad' sausages to chipolatas which were excellent. Followed up by 2 scoops of ice cream, honeycomb and coffee, had to let out belt. Stayed bit longer in Walcott than plan due to having out of date timetable (numpty).

Great location and the food is lovely and the staff are friendly and attentive. Service is a little slow and unfortunately during one of our visits there were dogs inside constantly barking, personally don't think dogs should be allowed into a cafe however I can't really fault them on much.
