Great place to wait for my train and grab some fabulous food, vegan sandwich, coffee and vegan roll. Thanks when I come again I'll be back ! Great place to catch up with old mates too 😉
R. M.
The best croissant I've ever had!
The staff were polite and friendly. The atmosphere was brilliant (lovely decor, music is ambient and not too loud). Coffee was excellent too.
H.
Very professional and friendly staff. Visited on morning of Easter and surprisingly they were open - was assimg by Nottingham but could see they had a regular clientele and atmosphere inside was very warm and welcoming.
They were selling their own coffee and other products, you can see people working there care for customers and enjoy being there which makes you want to come back again.
I hope higher management appreciates people working there as they are heart of this coffee shop. Whenever I'll be back in Nott I'll look forward popping in again
M. W.
One of my favorites in town, lovely staff delicious coffee and food!
N. H.
Seemed busy, most of the seats were full. But we were served fast and the food was amazing, mocha was excellent. Sugar on the table for my sweet tooth. Friendly staff. Always recommend this place.
R. W.
Really nice vibe & the spanish lattè i had was spot on. think this may be my new stop off point when i visit notts via train 👌
K. V.
Delicious coffee and a nice place to rest outside in the sun. The staff was brilliant, friendly and super helpful. Even though we had a slightly weird order they fulfilled all our wishes. Also super tasty pain au chocolate. Will definitely come again :)
G. Y. T.
nice coffee with nice place to overlook the canal and bridge and people watch.
H. L.
Prefer the other cafe in market square. Too much ice in cold coffee made it tasteless and the staff not so friendly when we told them. Won't visit again.
T. S.
Lovely food and served quick. Perfect for a work lunch time. Lots of choice. Very impressed.
A. F.
Visited another 200 degrees coffee outlet, this time in Nottingham by the train station.
The staff are polite, they know their staff and most of all know how to make a proper cup of coffee. Mind you at the price you are paying for it, they had better be like that.
I liked the cosy atmosphere - outside it was raining and it was so nice just sitting by the front shop window and people watch while sipping my cappuccino.
There is free wife for you to make use of.
I have not tried their food but that is next on my list and I will happily report back once I have done that.

Refreshed review.
Fantastic service, friendly staff and gorgeous coffee. Well a few of them actually. Cake selection is good but could be bigger, seems to have reduced.
Old review:
Perfect coffee made as you request (which for me is extra hot latte - a crime in sophisticated coffee culture). Love that if you're drinking in they bring you your coffee when you've paid, and if they know you well you may get a "unique" design.
Bright and airy inside it has a distinct look and feel that's high quality.
Staff are amazing, headed by Jen the manager, and Christian and Ted make every trip worth while. Good banter. Keep it up boys!
N. B.
Lovely coffee shop with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Delicious coffee. Vegan options available
L. A.
Good coffee, different blends available. Nice selection of snacks and cakes. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
N. R.
Best coffee in notts! The vanilla latte is 10 out 10!
A. C.
The coffee, the canal side view...it all made it well worth the cost. It's slightly pricier than Starbucks but has all the star features a regular chain cafe lacks-They even make their syrups in-house! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm start to the day with a good coffee, a quaint view and quick service
C. B.
Had a nice sandwich & green tea in a nice, rustic atmosphere. I was disappointed that there was no cream option did he hit chocolate so it would be better if there was a wider selection of drinks for non coffee drinkers. Other then that it’s a lovely place!
S. P.
The coffee shop is located right next to the river, which is a great view while having a coffee. The team was great and very friendly. The coffee is always good at 200 degrees. Only downside was the toilet was very dirty.
N. M.
It always feels like you found a little piece of heaven when traveling and you find a coffee shop that you could make your regular place if you were local. 200 Degrees has outstanding coffee, friendly staff and good food. Your main problem will be finding a place to seat.
D.
This place should receive 6 stars. Perfect for morning breakfast. You get variety of options to eat and drink to start a tasty and refreshing morning. I almost visited this place everyday without fail during my stay at Nottingham.
P.
Tasty drinks and lovely customer service. Plus the coffee shop has cool decor.
a.
Best coffee in Nottingham. Lovely to sit above the canal if you're lucky enough to snag a spot.
G. W.
Very impressed with the layout of the place, the staff are super accommodating, very good food selection, coffee was delicious, if you haven't tried it check it out you won't be disappointed.
M.
Love the coffee blend at this place always great. Had a cheeky Red Velat cupcake but the price hmmm, could of been bit bigger.
Nice atmosphere and vibes, feel relaxed everytime I leave.
Will see you soon.
Thank you for reading my review.
J. F.
Wonderful coffee shop with a really cosy atmosphere. The coffee is fantastic! It would be great to have a wider selection of loose leaf teas, though.
A.
My favourite place to grab a quick delicious coffee while waiting for my train. They have a selection of snacks and lunch options, some of which are suitable for vegans - I recommend the salted view of they have it. Staff are very friendly which is a plus.
M.
Time to kill near the station? Much warmer than hanging out on the concourse. Just keep walking past the Starbucks - far superior coffee and environment. Key for me is they bring your drinks to the table - no need to stand around getting annoyed in a void near the till!
A. C. (. B. &. D. F.
Great little coffee shop, staff were excellent. Coffee spot on. Great little gem, 2 mins walk from Nottingham Train Station
S. Ó.
Great cheese toastie for the 3 year old. Delicious Indian style sandwich for myself. Very good coffee. Cozy interiors. Felt very refreshed after our stop here inbetween trains.
S. K.
Clean friendly coffee shop reasonable prices, quick service.
M. C.
Always great coffee and nice food in addition. I like to go when I can. Thanks.
W. O.
Fantastic pastries and great oat latte. Kept me going before a long train journey home. Will be back!
S. S.
This very small and cosy coffee shop with supper, welcoming and friendly staff.
Most of their products are locally sourced, the coffees, are amazing, the place has become my go-to every time I visit Nottingham, just around the corner from the train station.
One small suggestion is that may be considered having 3rd member of staff. The time I visited the place is always busy and waiting time can be discouraging to those who are in a hurry to catch a train or bus. I waited up 13 minutes for my coffee to be ready, but I enjoyed every sip of it.
E. H.
For a chain, this is fantastic. The staff are great, the coffee and cakes are always delicious!
R. S.
Nice place for a coffee and outside seating was style was great!
Z. N.
Whenever you see the 200° you know there's good people serving good coffee.
C.
A cosy coffee shop which feels more like a mom and pop business than a chain. Great customer service, attentive, interested and professional employees as opposed to those found in the newer stores. Please keep your charm Nottingham 🙏
W. C.
Awesome coffee place will definitely go back when next in Nottingham
M. R.
A coffee bar that does exactly what it says on the tin, superb range of coffees in a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy. M
M. V.
Great coffee shop in the city centre. It can be quite busy at times. The coffee and the food provided are excellent. The double chocolate muffin was divine. Definitely recommended if you’re in Nottingham.
K. K.
I love this place. It's a nice cozy space for some meaningful conversations. Excellent location. And the main - coffee & hot chocolate is worth a kill. Drinks are fab. Food - honestly never eaten anything but smells delicious.
L. T. P.
Great place to stop and relax
Whether it a coffee our a drink
Time to chill
A. M.
Everything you need from a coffee shop, friendly staff and strong coffee!
H. F.
I've been to this cafeteria many times and I just can't stop coming back! Friendly baristas, stylish&cozy interior and delicious coffee, loved it! ☕❤️
Y. S.
Ordered the batch brew, which unfortunately tasted stale and was lukewarm at best.
F.
Just sharing some of my photos
R. G. (. P.
the best coffee in all Nottingham ! nice service, clean and really good place for spending a good time !
C. G.
Lovely coffee. Friendly staff. Good service
A. F.
Good quality coffee shop, nice views of the canal. Come here for a proper coffee.
C. D.
Great atmosphere, great staff and great coffee
H. E.
Good coffee, lovely atmosphere. Lots of space to move. Excellent noise level too - no blaring music.
G. M.
Amazing service from the dude with the brown carhartt cap on and a nose ring! 🤘 Very friendly with every single customer that came in and even noticed that I had my NHS face mask on and offered me the 10% off which I didn't expect. And the coffee was a very quality roast also. Thank you!
a. m.
Now they have expanded this has become my favourite branch of 200 degrees. Great coffee and an excellent range of sweet snacks.
M. B.
Lovely coffeee shop by the train station. Their sandwiches are really good and so is their coffee. Lots of options and a really good price
L. C.
Fantastic food and coffee. Really would recommend at any time of day for any coffee needs.
J. A.
Amazing coffees, hot chocolate and pastries. It isn't too expensive, though the sit-in coffees sometimes seem a little small for what you pay, though in my experience this isn't the case for the take-out ones.
This branch is smaller than the market square one, but light and airy and much more spacious for its size, generally a much more chill vibe and nicer to be in. A great place to grab something before catching a train or relax if you're early. Loyalty card available.
J. T.
An older building with a colonial style. Wonderful staff and tasty coffees. A must stop after/before a trip to/from Nottingham station.
E. C.
Excellent service and the tea was absolutely 💯
J. T.
This brand of coffee shop is by far one of the most aesthetically pleasing coffee shops I've experienced. They remind me of the good old days in LA just without the weather!! May they long continue! They employ well and the coffee is stunning! League of its own!
A. M.
This was the first 200 degrees I ever visited (there’s been at least two more that have popped up since).
The coffee here really is great and I always ended up buying one of their pre-made cold brews to-go. There’s around 4 places to get coffee by the train station and this always my preferred place - they usually have a great selection of snacks too
A. O.
This has to be one of my favourite coffee shops in Nottingham so far. It's a relaxing place to be and the location is very convenient! The service is very good and the coffee is fantastic. I struggle to walk past without being compelled to go in!
B. T.
I've had two truly amazing coffees in the UK. The first was in a independent coffee shop in Liverpool, the second one was here. They roast their own beans and the coffee (and sandwiches) are awesome! Plus you get a nice view of the canal ducks and geese!
C. T.
A favourite with locals - great food which varies on a regular basis, nice atmosphere and generally considered to have the best coffee in Nottingham. Indoor and outdoor tables available, and a great place to work during the day. Also very well located just off Market Square. A local gem.
r. b.
Was fab service n lovely drinks😊😊
昌.
Nice flat white 🥰
B. K.
Absolutely fantastic cup of coffee. Service, ambience and sandwich were also great but coffee is really the reason to visit.
S. P.
Brilliant service every week. Friendly staff and best coffee in the world. This coffee shop has kept us going through lockdown!
C. W.
What a wonderful business this is - for a 'chain' coffee shop, they've kept the best features of the independent store. There is a good atmosphere and the prices are reasonable. Ice and lemon water is available to self-serve, which should be industry standard in a shop that sells a dehydrating drink imo. Make sure to ask for a stamp/loyalty card and visit the store by Market Square also!
J. S.
Fab for coffee, cake, savouries, near Nottingham railway station, a great place to catch up with friends. Friendly staff and always spotlessly clean.
K. F.
Sister location to the one in Market Square - walk past the chain store coffee houses and come here for the best brew in Nottingham.
L. C.
Great coffee, great atmosphere, friendly staff.
A. P.
Coffee so good I travelled 200 miles just to get a cup... Now, that's not quite true, but whenever I'm on Nottingham for work I make a diversion here... Really tasty.
Feel free to use my opening sentence for promotions if you like.
O. S. B.
I've been to this location of 200 degrees several times now, and it offers a great atmosphere to do work (with plenty of plug sockets!). Staff are friendly and make very good coffee. The food is also excellent, in particular their sandwiches.
a. w.
I like the coffee here, it has a deep molasses like taste. Sadly one of the patrons pulled the alarm after completing his poop and made a quick exit as the alarm continued to sound. I won't discount the shop any stars as idiots could inhabit any coffee shop.
M. S.
This is a proper coffee shop. These guys clearly care about what they do and how they do it. I had a couple of hours to kill between meetings so settled down at a table that had power sockets underneath. Had some great coffee, properly roasted and a decent fresh sandwich. With the buzz of people coming in and out, plus the right background music it was a comfortable place to sit and work. If only all coffee shops were the equal of this....
d. b.
Great coffee, great staff great place to go.
J. M.
I've only been a few times, and the last time I went was mixed. It's a lovely atmosphere, as you can expect from any 200 Degrees. I had trouble connecting to the wifi, but a staff member was quite happy to help me with this. However, I did later find a couple of hairs in my drink which is pretty much my worst fear when drinking anything!
F. F.
Excellent service and coffee. More expensive but worthy
J. H.
Met up with friends, nice latte great place to catch up
B. G.
I loved the look of this place.
I went in to buy lunch to have on the train as it is right next to the station.
It looks great.
Looks like the kind of place to have great coffee.
I had a chicken and bacon Caesar wrap-average.
The reason I am here though is to review the sausage roll. I’m in shock. I don’t know what I’ve just eaten, but it was not good. Half way through I became convinced it was vegetarian. But in the end I believe it was indeed pork based, it was just the worst sausage roll I have ever got near to.
I’m still in a state of disbelief and encourage anyone and everyone to try it and let me know if it is actually as horrible as I experienced it to be.
L. D.
Only visited once but its a lovely cosy little place. Good selection of cakes & pastries & nice tea & coffee. Good service & a nice atmosphere. It's also super close to the train station so handy from that perspective. Would recommend.
A. A.
Great place, great atmosphere and great coffee! Have to say one member of staff especially stood out today, Darcy has a huge smile on her face all the time and was pleasant and welcoming to all customers 10/10 service.
S. B.
Awesome coffee for a reasonable price. Pastries provide a nice little snack too.
There's also barista lessons available for people who wish to show off to friends that they can draw a leaf in a latte.
These people have no friends.
J. J.
Place to be for a drink and a snack and good vibes
A. C. F.
The coffee is great. What I didn’t like to see was how a British employee was treating his Asian origin colleague, being
Mean to him including calling him a idiot in front of all customers. Not a nice thing to view when you are in a coffee shop trying to wind off. Monday 6th May aprox 5:00pm.
S. C.
Stopped off at 200 Degrees Coffee Shop before getting a train. Coffee had great flavour and the food was tasty. Great value for money and will likely return on my next visit to Nottingham.
R. J.
Best coffee shop in Nottingham. Even better than its sister shop in the centre. The atmosphere is perfect for an independent coffee house: fantastic coffee blends, great snacks and good music. Why on earth would you go to the US tax dodging bland mass produced coffee place 2 doors up that rhymes with tarducks??
M. N.
A cracking coffee shop near the railway station.
Serves really good coffee in pleasant surroundings. The food (paninis, salads, cakes etc.) are all really good quality. If you have a bit of time to kill before a train then I would highly recommend hanging out here rather than the desultory station offerings.
f. s.
Great coffee. I was served by a very friendly Australian chap with a great beard who makes a mean skinny soy latte with specifically 0.25 litres of milk, at a perfect temperature of 65 degrees. Merci, will be back in a hurry.
A. B.
Excellent coffee in cozy surroundings. The light food offerings are tasty too. Ignore Starbucks as you exit the railway station and walk 10 yards further for a much better experience.
N. T.
Quite simply the best in town. Close to the station. Great coffee, creative and appetising lunch menu and tremendous staff. Lovely decor, warm and welcoming atmosphere and a vibrant crowd from hipster to traveller to suits to students. 200 Degrees has rapidly become the best coffee shop in Nottingham (both here and at Flying Horse Walk) and has exported the brand around the country. You'll never drink St*rb*cks again.
V.
Great coffee with welcoming and helpful staff. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, and my coffee did not take long to be made. Drinks and food are priced reasonably.
L. M.
My previous review of this location made mention of them being slow, this now appears to have been sorted out .
In relation to the coffee, hats off to them for putting some time and effort in to making your drink. The milk is textured with skill and they always create a bit latte art on top of your drink. The only snag I find is that the coffee is never hot enough and I have to ask for them to make it hotter. I appreciate that there are limits in relation to what temperature coffee extraction and milk foaming needs to be, however, the standard latte from them is hovering just about luke warm, which isn't right!
Also, I have to query the way in which their food is displayed. It looks good and your eye is drawn to the display, however, it is uncovered and right next to where people queue and that cannot be conducive to good hygiene I know! (keep an eye out for the flies!)
J. F.
Place remains great for coffee and service. Unfortunately management recently made some very poor decisions over the breakfast food choices. Iconic, tasty, on-brand choices replaced with bland, bloodless stuff that looks and tastes dull. Did margins just increase in exchange for loss of identity and choice, guys? Need a re-think...
P. B.
An excellent all round experience at this shop. Very helpful indeed and to be highly recommended for coffee and above all service. Great location if you want decent coffee and something to eat before travelling on the train.
C. E.
Good coffee but def not the best in Nottingham. Place is nice and cosy but allow 10 to 15 minutes to get your take away coffee made...Always¡ With or without queue. Not sure if it is because of the lack of staff or the slowness of it.
S. C.
I find it difficult to find good coffee in Britain. It's usually too weak and watery. I had a long black and it was excellent... almost as good as in Australia, and you can choose your beans if you like.
L. D.
Great location, layout, seating options, and staff. The coffee is always fantastic and the baristas are very knowledgeable. If you're interested, the shop also offers barista classes at their city center location
H. C.
Great working space facing the river. Superb location
S. T.
On a freezing 1st February morning, a warm, welcoming and cosy Chia Latte at 200 degrees coffee was just the thing to start my day. My drink was creamy and zingy. Lovely first experience. I'll be back
T. S.
Good 'artisan' coffee shop near silbury boulevard. Selection of hot and cold breakfast options - croissants are popular and run out early. Good for business meetings.
S. K.
Probably the best coffee in Nottingham? Locally roasted and you'll find their beans used all over Nottingham . This is one of two of their cafés. Always busy, always friendly.
R. E.
Came up from London for a work meeting. Had time to kill before catching the train back to the big smoke. Thank god I came here. Undoubtedly one of the best coffees I have ever had. Not a bad environment either!
A. W.
Favourite coffee shop in Nottingham. Near station, great coffee and staff who know their subject. Decent cakes too, some vegan.
S. L.
Good coffee and tasty cakes. The salted caramel bubbles one great. Good quality flat white too. They roast their own beans.
K. T.
Good coffee and light snacks are available at 200 Degrees, the place always seems fairly busy during the day. It's a good place to meet friends before catching a train at Nottingham Station.
A. K.
One of the nicest coffee stops. Lovely staff who searched music player for title of a phat tune playing...... anybody playing Disclosure or Jamie Woon has taste buds😂. Iconic Notts coffee Co. Full of interesting peeps. Fabulous play list. Tuneage + coffee = my idea of heaven!!
B. R.
Decent if very hipster-feeling coffee shop. Excellent coffee and a respectable selection of baked treats. They have some basic lunchy options too.
E. B.
Lovely bright space, always plenty of seating and very nice coffee. The ham/apple/cheese/walnut baguette is particularly good!
P. C.
Near the train station and the tram... Very comfortable atmosphere..pleasant lighting and sound levels....coffee good ..tea a bit special, many varieties...i had a chocolate orange danish, very tasty. Well worth a visit....
O. C.
Great coffee, staff and location. A calming atmosphere throughout shop and the staff really know their coffee! Fully recommend.
A. S.
Great branch of this great coffee shop chain. Ask for you flat white or cappuccino extra hot and the missing piece of the jigsaw falls satisfyingly into place. Sublime.
f. a.
Nice and quiet place to seat and chat.
D. A.
Good coffee with the expected quality of hot and cool drinks.
The cakes here are nice too. Near the station so good all around.
T. A.
Always a pleasure having coffee here. Great quality of coffee, close to the train station in case of a fast pre-journey coffee, very friendly stuff.
G. S.
The main thing about Cafe 200 more than the other chain coffee houses is that its far cleaner and had friendly staff in a laid back atmosphere. My favorite coffee house.
M. S.
I stopped at this coffee on my way back to the train station. It was lovely. I had a very nice sandwich. Worth the money. The guy at the till was very kind.
L. T.
My favourite coffee shop the staff are very friendly n the coffee is great 👍
M. K.
Nice to stop by,decor I mean, quite busy, so you will wait, as service is not the fastest. Disappointed with coffee latte as it was served in a smallest cup I ever seen for latte, and pricy, for it I paid 2.80£ 🙄
P. N.
Good service, thank you.
N. A.
Excellent quality coffee. Staff fine.
J. B.
Good coffee and food ok, although 'fillings' can sometimes be too adventurous. Great decor and staff friendly enough.
J. H.
Best coffee shop in Nottingham. Can we have a West Bridgford branch plz!
S. C.
Coffee was tasty but cold. The cheese scones had no cheese in them. Overall ambience was lovely.
S. L.
Really friendly staff, nice bacon butty and a brew. What more could you ask for.
P. E.
Best coffee within a short walk of Nottingham train station. Friendly staff, nice decor, but most importantly tasty well-made coffees.
R. C.
Excellent coffee and staff really friendly. Adhering 200% to covid safety precautions..well done.
F. M.
Great coffee, friendly staff and very good food.
R. M.
Really good coffee friendly staff you need to try the Spanish latte it's amazing 🥰
S. C.
Beautiful environment, coffee lovely. Easy place to sit and chat. Cake excellent doesn't taste mass produced.
T. M.
Good service, great tasting coffee. Definitely recommend going if you have a caffeine craving!
R. S.
Top class coffee and the sandwiches are pretty good
H. G.
Nice selection of cakes and sandwiches though coffee and hot chocolate leave a lot to be desired and could be improved. Service was good but a bit slow for the amount of people in the store
J. T.
200 Degrees is the very best coffee shop in Nottingham and I think the UK.Their cappuccino is second to none as r all their coffees the food is great too and the staff r all wonderful. There r 2 shops one near the station and the other in the centre of town.I have been to their Cardiff shop and the standard is maintained there.I can recommend 200 Degrees to anyone who enjoys good coffee and a great place to drink it.Look at the board outside it has some really witty lines that make u laugh out loud a novel introduction to the fabulous place.
T. M.
Great coffee, great food, friendly staff. Very trendy. The coffee is amazing.
P. B.
Some of the best coffee in Notts. Bearded barista wearing cap makes excellent coffee quickly. Highly recommended for your caffeine fix.
C. R.
Great coffee. Very, very tasty toasted sandwich marked suitable for vegans. Can't complain one bit.
O. D.

A. R.
Forget the station coffee places and get your coffee fix here. It’s cosy, has plenty of seating and the food is pretty decent.
D. M.
The coffee is good, but I got less than 1 cm cake for 2.85 pounds. It was gone after 4 bites.
M. S.
Very nice coffee shop, lovely food and drink very nice staff, I will definitely be visiting again it's just a shame I don't come to city all that often.

(Translated) Coffee is more than wonderful but the problem is the place is always crowded. I think it should be open to other branches in Nottingham. At least three shop owners are very friendly. Another problem is the price. Many are considered to be a cup of coffee as they are constantly increasing from one period to another.
