Great friendly, personal service with lots of different cakes available and a good choice of hot & cold options on the menu. Lovely, quaint little place to sit inside, take away or eat out in the courtyard. Caters to families & dog friendly as well. Thoroughly deserves the high ratings it receives.

Good quality food, coffee and milkshake. A very friendly team. Spacious and modern outside area and fair pricing. Felt welcome and not rushed. Didn't wait long for help to order, for our order to arrive and to be cleared away. Highly recommended

A relatively small (one of everything) English breakfast is a bit too expensive at £7.50 and the staff got both my food and drink order wrong. Having said that, the place was fairly busy on a Saturday morning, so they must be doing something right.

Had a superb lunch today with the family, Gary and the team absolutely fantastic, couldn't do enough for us, mick and i chose the steak pie chips and peas on Gary's recommendations, the ladies had omelette, and a beef chilli, also cake to take home, excellent stuff guys

A quaint little cafe serving great homemade food and epic milkshakes at a very reasonable price. The garden is a lush suntrap with plenty of tables. The staff are super friendly with a relaxed service. A great visit :).

A lovely cafe with great homemade food, lots of choice, and friendly staff. The cakes looked amazing. Options to eat in or out in the courtyard, which was lovely on a sunny day. Gary went above and beyond when we were finding it difficult to get a taxi, offering to take us and pick us up free of charge from where we needed to be. Really shows the values,community spirit and kindness of the staff here. Would definately recommend.

We have used this cafe numerous times as a destination for our club ride. Food is always excellent and served fast. Owner is always chatty and on this occasion provided zipties to enable us to complete a temporary repair to complete our ride. Always a pleasure to visit this cafe.

Very friendly and accommodating staff and the cakes were just delicious! Doesn’t look very much from the outside, but there’s a lovely garden at the back with an indoor space as well. Don’t miss out on some wonderful food!

What a lovely little bistro! Went there for the third time with a bunch of ladies from 'fat club'😅 and I can't fault a thing. The service is friendly, polite and very accommodating. The food has been outstanding on each occasion. The cakes are delicious and my ladies have tried a lot of them! This has become our after weigh in treat! We will definitely be frequenting this wonderful place often. Definitely worth 5 stars!

Impromptu lunch- felt welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. Great service, lovely food (the cheese scones were particularly amazing), and all at a sensible and good price. Will definitely be back- next time with the children! Thank you!

A wonderful place! Delicious food. Very friendly staff. The lady immediately came round offering hot water bottles , so welcome on a damp cold day! These really worked , what a wonderful idea.They have a large outdoor canopy. The cooked breakfast and special sausage roll are highly recommended !!

Delicious breakfast, fantastic coffee (nice selection of speciality coffees too). The staff were very polite and mega accommodating. I'd 100% recommend and will definitely visit again. My only very slight criticism was service was slow but can't really complain as they did warn us it would be when we were seated. All round brilliant experience. Thank you.

Great bacon cobs freshly cooked, to individual liking. Coffee was best one I ever had especially the lattes, made fresh and served by the most friendliest young lady and also by the most welcoming people around always made to feel at home and leaving like a friend every visit. Well worth the stop of in the area. Gary made me feel happy and was so comical at times as made jokes and these were very funny and he came across as inviting and true. The others and himself seem welcoming and friendly and always greet with smile and charm.

Delicious. They always deliver on the breakfast cob front and we've enjoyed plenty of weekend takeaway treats during lockdown but today we sat out/in the cabin for the first time. We took our newborn daughter and dog and were really well looked after. The whole place felt clean and safe and, as ever, the cobs were spot on 👌

Always a fantastic full English breakfast here. I have to eat gluten free and am well catered for for the breakfasts and cakes here. Many tasty choices. You can always tell a good coffee when you drink it black as I do! coffee. Great, friendly, helpful people and happy atmosphere always. I am a regular here for all of the above reasons.

Jo-hanna's made a white chocolate and raspberry victoria sponge cake for my sons 5th birthday. The cake was outstanding, delicious and beautifully presented. It went down brilliantly with the family. The cafe & bistro is fantastic for food and drink, eat in or takeaway and is run by a lovely family. It's a must if your local.

Found this place randomly because the agreed meeting place for breakfast wasn't actually open for breakfast. Suffice it to say, we were very pleased that had happened. What a gorgeous little find.
